Tahoe Tipping Point

A speaker walks through the run-of-show for Tahoe Tipping Point, an intimate evening event lasting 1 to 1.5 hours. The fireside chat is the centerpiece, kept conversational and open. After, guests can stay in the room or move upstairs for cocktails, then everyone heads to dinner, with Darrell Odom covering 40 seats.

Sam, The itinerary for tonight, we want to keep it nice and brief and tight and warm and intimate. We want to get our very best stuff in so we don't have to stay here too long. I really kind of see this as an hour, hour and 15 minutes, hour and a half tops. If it goes beyond an hour, it's because our energy and our movement is bringing us there. It's not because we're laboring it. This is a non labor thing. So the Fireside Chat, which is the nucleus and most prime reason why we're here, and we'll get to that shortly. There'll be some introduction stuff happening. I want to really be like a conversation. It's an open conversation. There are no wrong answers. There are no right answers. It's just what you think. If I don't like what you think, Neil can edit it out. I won't use it. If I don't like what I say, I won't use my stuff. So don't feel like that the cameras are rolling, that it has anything to do with your performance. It's not a performance for you. It's just your thoughts. And I talk to all of you all the time in a very personal relationship type of manner. Let's just talk like we talk on the phone or in person without leaving out some of the stuff that we can't tell everybody. Can't tell you that you didn't hear that from me. So now what's going to happen then is we'll do. Grant will do an opening. And I want to thank the marketing team. It's Patty Scott who's not here. I thought they were going to be here, but Patty Scott and Deborah Learmark and Mickey, Mickey Foltz, the host. If it wasn't for all of their efforts, all of these great accommodations and all of the things that we're doing, from the skiing to the Fireside chat to all that would happen. So I want to thank them on camera so that they know how important and special they are to all of this stuff happening. That has to happen right away. Then when we finish here, if we're really, really grooving, we'll stay in this room and we'll go up to dinner from here. If we're not, if we've done our thing here and we want to move to a cocktail area, they have it staged for a cocktail set up for us to go upstairs. And then from that we'll go to dinner. All of us are going to go to dinner. And Darrell Odom is buying thank you, Darrell. He didn'. Daryl Odom is by. He didn't know the school administrator. Buying 40 dinners. Imagine that. Okay, Bradley, you can help.
