We would like to share some really cool nuggets of the Breakthrough Success Plan with you. Jess, why don't you tell them a little bit about what the Breakthrough Success plan is?
Okay. It's an online course allowing you to go at your own pace. And the Breakthrough Success plan was designed for people that wanted to get more fulfillment, recognition and income in their lives. And it came from over 45,000 coaching hours over the last 18 plus years. Coaching every everyone from the director level all the way up to the senior VP and some COOs and CEOs that help them level up their careers and.
Small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Absolutely. Well said. Well said. So this has been an exciting time and I know we're going to just drop a little nugget on you. And the nugget we're going to drop would be the habit code. And the reason why we're going to do that because there are a lot of people that we run into that have no code.
This is true. And this has helped countless people over the years. In fact, why don't we do a little sneak peek of the habit code right now, Jess?
I like it. So stay tuned. Watch this.
One of the best ways to showcase and own your strengths is to live by the habit code. The first principle is humility. When practicing humility, you allow others to feel important about themselves. Substantial research shows that humility predicts, effects, effective leadership. It's associated with minimizing status differences, listening to subordinates, soliciting input, admitting mistakes, and being willing to change a course when a plan seems not to work.
Here's some ways in which you can practice humility. Listen to feedback and act on it when it's on point so others feel valued through their contribution. Show your vulnerability by owning your mistakes and apologizing when appropriate. Be authentic, not perfect. Giving others permission to do the same.
Welcome back from that little sneak peek and that little nugget on humility, which is the H of the habit code. Remember to listen to feedback.
Absolutely.
And show some vulnerability and be authentic.
Yeah. So this thing called humility, that's a really big thing. So I love that. I love the fact that this became one of the modules that's going to actually serve people and help them raise their game.
Yes.
You want to share a good case study with them that might be quite exciting.
How about you share the one about Kate?
Oh, yes, Kate. Kate up and coming, professional, hard working, highly, highly intelligent. But the biggest challenge that she had is that she was never, ever, ever authentic.
Yes.
Share some of the details without giving too much away. But share some of the details about what Kate was challenged by. By not being authentic, having no authenticity.
Well, you could tell that she was overacting and just she wanted to be liked so, so desperately that she would overdo and overplay everything. And it was really kind of a turn off until she learned to do the habit code.
You're absolutely right. You could actually feel her in, how would you say?
Inauthenticity.
Yes. You could actually feel that.
And.
And everything around anything connected to her felt like it was fake. It was a facade, something that she was just putting on for show.
And then she wondered why she had difficulties keeping men in her life and even at work and even with her children at home.
Right. Had difficult. She had challenges maintaining all relationships from family members to co workers to bosses, subordinates to children. And the one thing that helped her clear that up was going through this habit code where she could open up to her awareness and determine exactly what the road plan for her success was going to be.
Which gave her the systems, tools and processes to do just that.
Absolutely. So you want to stay tuned for more.
