Nothing more powerful than DCM driving core motive. Nothing will affect your expression, your character or your growth than your driving core motive. You know why? Your driving core motive is why you do what you do.
Ultimately, when you have self awareness and you understand your characteristic traits across the colors very quickly, once you engage with others, you're able to gauge where they are in terms of color.
