Eric Jarrett, what was the most moving, most moving part for you today?
Probably just some of the videos and the presentation.
So what was the greatest moment today for you?
The greatest moment for me today was probably the skits and everybody getting a chance to participate and kind of show their colors.
Did you learn something new today about yourself?
Definitely. I learned a lot about myself today. I learned that I learned my color and I learned how my color interacts with other colors, which is, I think, gonna be very helpful.
Taking everything that you learned, how's it gonna help you in your workforce moving forward?
I think it's going to help me be a better leader in our organization, and it's going to help me better develop future leaders in our organization.
If you can say anything to Jesse right now, what would it be?
Thank you.
Thank you, and I appreciate it.
Terry Geis, what was the most important.
Thing that you learned today?
The most important thing I learned today is that we have a very diverse group. We have a group of folks, while all have lots of energy, come from different angles, and have different motivations, and that our biggest strength is the fact that everybody can use their own motivations and strengths to help us be successful.
Given everything that you've learned in this course, how's it going to help you and your workforce moving forward?
This course will help us in our workforce moving forward to understand better that we have work to do in communication. We have work to do in simply how to craft emails and get messages out to people, and probably most important to me, to make sure that we don't allow emotions to drive what we're trying to accomplish.
What have you learned about yourself today?
What have I learned about myself today? I've learned today that I should probably take more time to let people know what I appreciate in what they do.
And if you say one thing to Jesse right now, what would it be?
If I had a chance to tell Jesse, actually, I just did tell Jesse. But if I had a chance to say to Jesse, I'd say thank you for bringing some energy to the last day of our conference, and we really appreciate your ability to get everybody involved in this course.
My name is Jim Hubbard. What I've learned today in the seminar is that I probably have room to learn a little bit about people and the personalities that I'm dealing with when I'm interacting with others within the organization and learning how they may perceive the conversation and how that might end up in a better outcome for both of us on both sides.
Given everything you've learned today, how's it going to help you and your workforce moving forward?
Well, I believe we're going to move forward from this by taking, taking some of the concepts that we learned today and actually applying them. I'm actually going to suggest that we either make some name tags or somehow put our color codes embedded within our email so we know who we're dealing with and maybe keep that in mind when we're communicating more often.
What was your favorite part about today?
The idea of writing down in your last five minutes really gets you thinking and no offense, but it wasn't about work. It was about my family immediately. So that was pretty enlightening.
If you could say something to Jesse right now, what would it be?
Well, thanks. Appreciate all the time and I do appreciate how it was specifically tailored to our company and how you're able to put in a lot of the specific day to day things that we're dealing with. I know you put a lot of effort into it to make the drive out to Beatty and learn a little more about us, so we appreciate that.
