So many times the reason that we procrastinate actually is because the task is just too fake. It feels like this huge overwhelming thing and we don't really know what to do. Now to give you an example, when I have on my to-do list create content, this can feel really overwhelming. It feels like this massive thing and I just don't know where to begin. And that's actually super common, especially if you're ADHD, because our working memory easily gets overloaded. So what can you do about this? Well, literally just ask AI to break it down for you. And then make content suddenly becomes pick up the camera, just hit record, talk for a couple of minutes, do an edit and post it. And then it actually becomes actionable. It becomes bite-sized and suddenly it's not scared anymore because now your brain sees the first thing, which is just picking up that camera, which literally takes you 2 seconds and then it actually becomes doable. And then once you actually pick up the camera and open it, you start recording and you get this flywheel effect where it actually becomes fun and doable. So what I ask you to do is the next time when you feel overwhelmed by a huge thing, this, this thing on your to-do list that just feels undoable, ask AI to break it up in some simple actionable steps and see what kind of difference it actually makes. So look, I've created this whole library full of AI prompts that actually help with ADHD and procrastination. If you want it, then comment "DM" below this video and I will share it with you for free. It does genuinely help me a lot.
