So sometimes procrastination actually is about fear and we don't even realize it. In my ADHD community, I see this all the time. People think they are just lazy or that it's a dopamine problem, but actually deep down they are scared. Maybe scared to fail, or maybe scared to actually succeed, or maybe scared to being judged. And with ADHD, we feel those emotions super intensely, but we sometimes can't really identify where it's actually coming from. So what is actually happening below the surface? So this is where AI can really, really help you. You can ask it to identify what's actually happening below the surface, actually help you to dig deeper. Like maybe you're not avoiding to just send that email. Maybe you're avoiding the potential of actually getting rejected. Or maybe you're not just avoiding that project, but maybe you're avoiding actually becoming the version of yourself that has that success. Because deep down you don't really know if you're ready for it. So there can be many things like from the fear of failure, of fear of being rejected, or fear of that it's not going to be perfect, it's not going to work out well. And AI can literally help you to pinpoint this exact thing. So look, I've created this whole library full of AI prompts that actually help with ADHD and procrastination. If you want it, then comment DM below this video and I will share it with you for free. It has genuinely helped me a lot.
