If you have ADHD and you struggle with procrastination, then please continue watching. So when we procrastinate, it's usually one of those three things happening. So number one is it's an energy problem. We naturally already have lower levels of dopamine, and if we don't get in the right amount of sleep, nutrition, or exercise, this can even be worse. Number two is a clarity problem. A task can feel very overwhelming, very big, and you don't know exactly what to do. And number three is an emotional problem. So there might be something under the surface that is actually preventing us from taking the next step. Now, the tricky part can be that sometimes we don't really know what we don't know. So we don't know what is happening. It can be something below the surface. It might be an emotional problem while we are not sure about that. And now what I recommend you to do is literally just ask AI, I'm procrastinating on task X, ask me 5 follow-up questions to detect whether it's an energy, clarity, or emotional problem. And then based on the advice it gives, ask follow-up questions. So if it's an energy problem, ask it how to get some quick dopamine, for example by getting some exercise or getting a cold shower. And if it's clarity, then ask the AI to break down the huge overwhelming thing into some actionable simple steps. And if it's an emotional problem, then ask it what am I really afraid of. Is it maybe perfectionism, fear of failure, is it rejection that I'm avoiding? It is super simple, but it actually works. Like sometimes you're just thinking that you are lazy, but it's actually just a dopamine problem. Or you think it's this huge overwhelming thing, but as soon as you break it down into some actionable steps, it suddenly becomes easy. So look, I've created this whole library full of AI prompts that actually help with ADHD and procrastination. If you want it, then comment DM below this video and I will share it with you for free. It has genuinely helped me a lot.
