And the reason why I'm sharing this is because there are so many people with ADHD that are like, oh, I am interested in this and this and that, and it changes every week. And every couple of weeks I am moving from, from painting to doing this and to doing that. And like, it's all over the place and you're constantly changing without a real direction. But what I actually want you to know is that if you actually look at the verbs, they don't really change that much. So for example, The nouns, they can change every couple of weeks, and that is fine. It is okay because that is the novelty that you need in your life. But if you actually look at the verbs, it is creating, solving, teaching, or whatever it is for you. And this is, this is what probably has mostly stayed the same throughout your entire life. For many people, this was already in their childhood and what they enjoyed doing. And maybe you lost the verb doing the thing that actually excited you as a kid, but there's a lot of information there.
