Are you addicted to the struggle of losing weight? Now? Explain what I mean. I'm not talking consciously. I know you 100% consciously want to lose weight. I'm talking subconsciously. There's a saying that people prefer a known hell to an unknown heaven. And as much as you want to lose the weight, one thing you'd have to agree with is that you are familiar with the identity of being a person who struggles to lose weight. It's one of the main things you think about. It's one of the main things you talk about. So that if tomorrow morning you woke up at your goal weight, what would you think about? How would you relate in the world if you were no longer the overweight person, but you were the person who was at their goal weight, how would that feel? And it is that vacuum that you're experiencing right now that is terrifying to your subconscious mind. So the solution to this is to begin your weight loss process by developing a new, thin and healthy identity who lives at their goal weight naturally, easily, and is able to relate in the world comfortably as that person.
