Can you feel genuine love for your body? Loving your body is one of those things that everyone says and knows you should feel, but struggle to actually feel. So how do you feel a genuine sense of love for your body? The first step is to stop thinking about your body visually and to start thinking about it functionally. What are the things that your body can do that you have been taking for granted? So, for example, if you have eyes that can see, to really appreciate that, because someone who's blind would love to have those eyes, if you can walk, to appreciate the simple fact that you can walk. Because if someone can't walk, they would love to have a body that could. And so you can go down the line of things that you have on your body that work that you have been taken for granted. And when you put your mindset into this place, you start to feel a genuine sense of love. And from that place of love, you start to want to take better care of your body. So it's a very powerful tool to really help you transform your body and your health.
