This is a hypnosis session to help support intermittent fasting. And even if you're not officially following intermittent fasting, it'll help you not eat for periods of time comfortably. So you can begin by closing your eyes or defocusing your eyes and using your peripheral vision, bringing your awareness inside of your body and taking a deep breath in. And slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in. And slowly let it out. You can bring your attention inside of your body, down to your stomach. Relax the stomach muscles, and feel that relaxation spreading throughout your stomach area. So let all the muscles, all the organs relax completely and totally. And feel that relaxation begin to move up into your chest. Relaxing the chest muscles. Feel that relaxation allow your chest to open and expand. Feel it moving deep into your lungs and your heart. And feel it moving up into your shoulders, completely and totally relaxing the shoulders. And feeling that relaxation continue to move up into your neck, up into your ears, and down into your jaw. And you can feel your jaw muscles relaxing as if they were a dry sponge absorbing That relaxation, getting soft and relaxed. And feel that relaxation moving over your lips, up into your nose. So with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax a little bit deeper than before. And then feel that relaxation moving up into your eyes and your eyelids, completely relaxing the eye muscles. Feel it moving up into your eyebrows, up into your forehead, and down over your face. So that all of the muscles completely and totally relax and let go. Now I want you to take a moment and connect to your body and feel this relaxation. Feel how nice it is to relax the muscles and to allow yourself to breathe more fully and more deeply. And as you connect to your body while it's relaxed, you begin to notice how enjoyable it can feel When you give your body a rest. And relaxing your muscles is one way to do that. And another powerful way to relax your body is to take a break from eating, because digestion uses a lot of energy. And so when you take a break from eating, it's like giving your body a little mini vacation, and your body will thank you for it. You'll sleep better, you'll feel lighter, and you'll be more energized when you take breaks from eating. And your body loves taking these breaks. Because if you look over history, it was normal and natural for people to take a break from eating, sometimes for days. And you're only looking to take short breaks from eating. And because it makes your body feel so good, Your body encourages you to take a break and just live your life, to use all of that energy that you create and save to do other things in your life that make you feel good. And when you take short breaks from eating, you begin to sleep more soundly. Your body feels lighter, and you feel more energized, just from taking these short breaks, by giving your body these mini vacations from food. And it can feel so nice to do that. And the more you do this, and the more comfortable it becomes, the quicker you begin to slim down, And move towards your goal weight. Now I'm going to count from 1 to 5, and on the number 5, your eyes will be open, you'll be fully awake and refreshed. Number 1, slowly returning to your full awareness once again. Number 2, each muscle and nerve in your body is loose, limp, and relaxed, and you feel wonderfully good. Number 3, from head to toe, you feel amazing in every way. On the number 4, your eyes begin to feel sparklingly clear as you become aware of the room that you are in. And on the next number I count, eyes open, fully awake, completely refreshed and relaxed. Number 5. Take a deep breath in and have a great day.
