Do you really want to lose the weight? If you're struggling to lose weight, the answer is probably no. After doing over 5,000 private weight loss sessions, the number one mindset issue that keeps coming up is that literally, people do not want to lose weight because deep down, subconsciously, they associate weight loss with pain. And that pain shows up in different ways. So, for example, you may be a woman who doesn't want to deal with attention from men, so they use the weight to avoid that. You may be worried that if I lose the weight, I'm going to look worse. I'm worried about the extra skin. You may worry that if I lose weight, I'll never enjoy my life again because it's miserable. Miserable. And there's a million reasons why. Subconsciously, you may not even want to lose the weight. So before you wonder if you can or can't lose the weight, you may want to spend a little bit time and really get crystal clear on whether you even want to lose the weight.
