Weight loss calculators are just guesstimates about what you'll lose in a certain period of time. So please remember this, because if you think your weight loss journey is going to look like the calculator says, it's almost guaranteed that you're going to feel discouraged and want to quit because people lose weight at different speeds. One thing you realize very quickly from studying different weight loss studies is that in very strict lab conditions, where they are extremely specific about the calories going in and out, is that people in a group will lose weight at different speeds. So you may be a fast loser, you may be a slow loser, but slow weight loss is still weight loss. But if comparing against that calculator number, then you may feel very discouraged. So don't understand that your journey is your own, and as long as you stay on the path, you're going to get the results that you want.
