Easy Calorie Cuts

Jim Katsoulis explains how small cuts like using 30% less butter or oil beat drastic diets for lasting weight loss. He covers weighing frequency, comfort eating, and why gradual 10-20% reductions work better than GLP-1s or crash dieting.

Hey, everyone. Welcome to today's program yourself Thin Podcast. Today we're talking about easy calorie cuts, which are the only calorie cuts that I consider, because if you cut calories like most dieters do, where you're chopping out 50 to 70% of your calories on day one, and you expect you're going to maintain that calorie cut forever, I don't think that is a good strategy. Now, you can argue with me, I won't disagree that if you were able to cut 70% of your calories out starting today, that you would lose weight quickly. I'm not going to argue that. What I'm going to argue is that you're not going to be able to do that. So we have to. Before we get into this, we have to recognize the difference between, you know, a plan on paper and a plan in reality. And, you know, you can write down, cut 50, 70% of your calories out starting tomorrow, and it feels fine. And when you go to actually live that day after day, week after week, month after month, it gets a lot harder. And so that's the part that I want you to take into consideration when you consider what I'm saying here, which is that really, when we talk about easy calorie cuts, what I'm going to share with you really is the mindset and the strategy of how to create easy calorie cuts. And it always begins with the mindset piece. And I began sharing with that already. That part of the mindset shift that you want to make is to stop looking at drastic calorie cuts as the way, and start to realize that while on paper, if you could do it, they'd be the best, in reality, you can't stick with them. And so small calorie cuts, easy calorie cuts, really become the only path forward. And when you start to really wrap your head around this, it becomes so transformational, because all of a sudden, weight loss doesn't have to be this miserable experience anymore. You know, I say, oftentimes, metaphorically, you know, the way most dieters approach weight loss, it's almost like if you've never played piano and you're going to start, but for some reason, you believe in your head the only way to learn piano is to play eight hours a day. And while this may yield you the fastest results, if you were able to do it after the first day, we wake up and your fingers are all crammed up, you hate the piano, and you don't want to sit there anymore and play and so this is kind of what most people do with their weight loss, is they jump into a plan head first, trying to do it perfectly. And usually that plan involves cutting calories pretty drastically, right? Because you want to lose weight quickly. And so we want to get out of that mindset and start looking for the easy calorie cuts. And once you begin looking for them, you're going to see they're all over the place. So I will share some specific strategic ways to do this. But again, I want you to understand that the mindset piece is so important here. And it's not so much about me telling you some of the ways to do this, it's about you absorbing this mindset in seeing how you in your life with, with what you deal with, the foods you like, your routines, your rituals, how in that context you can begin to dial the calories down comfortably. Okay, so as an example of easy calorie cuts, one of the easiest calorie cuts I know of is to use less butter or calorie dense foods. So I use butter as an example here. If you don't eat butter, just implement something else. But when it comes to butter, ice cream, now, again, cookies have butter in it, right? So anything that has a lot of butter in it, oil, things that are calorie dense, a lot of calories and a little bit of space, those are the easiest calorie wins you can achieve. So butter, for example, to cut 30, 40% of the butter is not that difficult. Right? You're hardly going to miss it. You won't even notice it that much. And yet you've cut a drastic amount of calories out relatively, but you've stayed under the radar. And that's the key thing. The way to easy calorie cuts is to look for ways to cut calories that's comfortable ways that you hardly even notice. And using 30% less butter is one of the easiest ways in the world. So you start looking for opportunities like this, using 30% less oil, putting 30% less butter in certain, you know, recipes that you're eating. And it goes on from here, eating 30% less ice cream. So we look for the most calorie dense foods and then we figure out how can we comfortably dial them down. And here's the other piece is that that's the first phase. Because the other thing we're going to take into account is understanding how human psychology works is that when we first cut 15, 20% of the calories, it's not that big of a deal. And after a couple weeks or months, we're going to normalize to that new level, right? So if we go from here and we cut 50, 70% of our calories down, our body, our mind, everything knows, everything's weird. Our. Our. Our nervous system's setting off alarm bells. If we cut off 10, 20% of our calories, it's kind of under the radar, and so we don't really freak out as much. And what ends up happening over time is you start to normalize to that new amount. So for me, if I want to just throw numbers out here, but if I wanted to reduce 50% of my calories, I would do it over months, 10, 15% of the time, because I would go and cut 10, 15% of my calories out in a way that was relatively comfortable, give myself some time to normalize to that new amount, physiologically, mentally, emotionally, all those ways. Then once I felt good, I would cut another 10, 15% out, normalize, and so on, until I reach my goal weight. But the main idea here, again, this is where you start to put these two things together. The mindset and the strategy is to, again, begin by looking for easy calorie cuts. If it's not easy for you, forget it. Don't, don't even waste your time, because you're not going to stick with it. And the real magic of this approach really starts to reveal itself and show up six months from now, a year from now, two years from now, five years from now, when you have built your success on top of a stable foundation of comfortable calorie cuts. And it changes the entire process along the way, and it makes it way more likely that you're ultimately going to get to your goal weight as well. So I hope this helps you out. Give this some thought and look for some easy ways in your typical eating patterns that you can dial the calories down comfortably and easily. And I think you're gonna be amazed at how simple and easy it can be to cut calories down and ultimately lose weight. So if you want some support in doing that, click the link in my bio or go get the free. Go get the free hypnosis session I made for you. It's called the New Thin Me. You can click the link in my bio or you can go to program yourself then.com and get it there. If you're on Facebook or YouTube, I'll literally type the link in for you. But again, this is a free session. I also give you a free training, and you can get it here, and I think it'll help you if you never tried hypnosis. It's definitely worth. It's free. You got nothing to lose here, so go check it out. But yeah, if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. You're all having a nice winter. It's officially winter. It is where I am. We got 8 inches of snow yesterday. It was kind of a surprise. I wasn't really ready for that, but I'll take it. I kind of like it even though I had to shovel, do a bunch of shoveling yesterday. Didn't like that part, but it was all right. It's kind of nice being outside.
So I hope you're all having a good day. And yes, any weight loss questions are welcome. I usually hear.
Monday through Friday, usually around noon Eastern. Get a little late start today.
To answer your questions. And I know it is a funny time. That's why I always. We have a bunch of new people in the program join this weekend, join the regular program and join the Thrive program. So again, welcome to all of you and again, I salute you all. I, I always am so impressed by people that kind of go against the grain a bit and don't wait till January. You know, I think that's one of the best things you can do is to get out of the wait until January mode because that, that sabotages you because again, when you wait till January, you're in this all or nothing mindset. Right? Whereas I can't think about this now. I'm going to wait till January. Right. But it's like that, that's the problem. Right? So I'm program yourself, then we're all or something. And I can't think of a better month to be something in than December for most people. So again, please understand that you don't have to be perfect with your reading but at the same time you don't have to completely just forget about it. You know, there's a middle ground there which is where the, the success happens. I believe it's really improving when you're not being perfect. That's the secret.
Jen, Jen says hi, Jim, we just got a dusting here. Am I part of Mass Near Foxborough? Oh, really? Yeah. That's interesting. I, my brother got a decent amount. He's about 40 minutes south of me. But.
Yeah, we got hammered. We got hammered. And then, But I'm excited because again, I, I, I cannot wait. I'm snow, I'm skiing and snowboarding. I'm a snowboarder. Like I could snowboard and I've been doing that for a long time. And I started skiing the last year or two, but last year I didn't do anything because my shoulder was hurt. But I'm super excited to get back out there. So I'm kind of waiting to see when the mountain's going to open up. I joined a smaller mountain this year. Usually I join kind of the bigger mountains up in Vermont. But finally accepting my situation, I said, the closer one's the right call right now with my kids and stuff, I'll be able to go with them. It's got to be closer. And so anyways, can't wait, can't wait. And so this can only help them open quicker. But anyways, what's up, Sherry? She says, hi, Jim. Such important advice and so helpful. We have snow too. Loving it. Yeah, it's so it. The first couple snows are pretty fun, to be honest. I don't know. All the snows are fun to me now. Like, I got the whole snow removal thing figured out pretty well, so. And luckily I, I get to work from home, so, you know, travel's not a problem. And God bless my wife, she's putting the snow tires on today. Of course, I like to have had those on driving around yesterday, but it was still. We got the, the able to drive it. But anyways, I'm gonna talk about weight. Feel free to ask any questions.
User212 says, what is your success rate? You know that question?
I've never come up with a good answer to that question. And I'll tell you why. Because anyone that gives you a number, anyone's like, oh, my success rate is 85. It's like, you got to drill down. So what's that mean? Exactly? What's that mean? You know what I mean? Because I think a lot of diets will make it seem like it's success. This is. First of all, let's start with diets. The most successful diets. Well, there's no successful diets. Do you know what I mean? So you're going to see every diet you've seen in your life. You're seeing that before and after picture and what's the success rate? You know, and then there's some percentage associated to it. But even in that case, it's always about what percent of people lose weight. That percentage of success with a diet has nothing to do with how long their, their success rate, keeping it off. Please understand that. And most likely that number is bullshit anyways. Okay, so that's dieting. Now the other thing is that if we look at statistics like, well, let's say GLP1s. Let's talk about GLP1s. That's the newest thing, right? Diets all have failure rates, right? So it doesn't matter. Oh, well, 85% of people lose weight on keto. Well, what's that number mean? It means people that do strict keto will lose. 85% of them will lose weight. Now I imagine that number probably 100%. Imagine 100 of people that did strict keto and followed it perfectly would lose weight. 100 of people that follow any diet are going to lose weight if they actually follow it. Okay, so what's the success rate mean?
You know, now we talk about GLP1s. What's the success rate there? Well, it's a percentage. 25 of people can't even do it. You know what I mean? So, so it's 75 right off the bat because 25 can't even get started. They get too sick, all the rest of it. So what's the success rate with GLP1?
Right. And, and so, you know, we have numbers. It's higher numbers, okay, of weight loss. Again, we don't have long term numbers because we won't have those till five years from now. You know, so what we got to think with GLP1, GLP1s have the highest success rate of people that start doing something and lose weight. Way higher than diets.
So is that the most successful thing? Well, we don't know. Because are people want to gonna want to continue using GLP1s forever?
I know people love feeling half nauseous all the time when they're losing weight, but are people gonna want to live their lives feeling just below nauseous for the rest of their lives? Never enjoy food the way they used to, never look forward to an amazing meal. Is that how people are going to want to go through life? I don't know, but I think a lot of people are not going to want to live their lives that way. And I think once they normalize to the weight loss ends and it's been a year and you're injecting yourself, you're paying this money out, you always feel nauseous, you haven't really enjoyed a meal in three years. I think a lot of people are going to stop taking it and so they're all going to put the weight back on. So what's the real success rate? You know, and again, it's, I just, it just is, you know, then finally the reason success rates are, is statistics are so, you know, if 80% of people have an experience. It really, really, in essence has nothing to do with you, you know, so, you know, I'm not trying to shirk the responsibility. The truth is I, I couldn't give you a specific success rate number. Program yourself then. Because I don't, I don't have the capacity to track all that with every client I've ever worked with or customer I've had. So I'd be bullshitting you. Um, you know, the best thing I can give you is that the people get in the program and I always make it. I think this program isn't for everyone. So right off the bat, I'm trying to like, dissuade people from joining because it's not for most people, you know, it's for overthinkers, overachievers, kind of perfectionists, that type of person. You listen to a lot of podcasts, you read, you take in a lot of information. That's my person. You know, you talk to yourself a lot, right? That's. That's my person. Overthink things, you know, Then you got a good chance of succeeding with Program Yourself then. Because the people that I've seen like that, who have committed themselves to program yourself then. I've never seen anyone stick to it who hasn't succeeded. And then I see what someone else said that success. Shereen wrote, success can be so many things. Define success. And there's another piece to it. So what is success? Just losing weight. Because in that way I think that's a trap. Because we could say keto, long term fasting, dry fasting, Doing extreme.
Is success because you lose weight quickly. But is it success if you're miserable doing it? If you're white knuckling, if you can't even keep it up, you know, so again, and program yourself then. We're not only looking for weight loss success, but we're also looking to have mental, emotional, and kind of physical and energetic success with program Yourself Then. I want you to feel better. I want to be able to run your brain better, you know, so the definition of success is much better. And program yourself then we always say we take the weight loss, we wrap it in personal development. So it's not just about losing weight. It's about becoming the best version of you. So again, success is, is when you really drill into it. I hate to say this, but a lot of time when it comes to weight loss success, your success rate, it's a bullshit number that you can just tear apart to be. End up being meaningless. And that's not me running away Say, oh, I don't want to say a number. I don't have a number. And I would, I would really question anyone who gives you a number because the, the most accurate number you can get when it comes to weight loss success is usually the most strict, unsustainable plan. So, for example, I'll give you an example. Kaiser Permanente.
So you join their program and it's a medically induced weight loss. And so you restrict your calories. Dramatically low, 500, a thousand maybe. And you're drinking a lot of meal replacement. You're going in there regularly weighing, you're getting accountability, you're getting tracked to make sure you're not having health issues while you do it. And it's very, very strict. And so over the year, doing this very strict thing, you may lose however much weight, doesn't matter. And say they bring a pool of people in and out of that pool, 70% stick with it and succeed. Let's say, say 90%. That, that's not accurate, by the way. That's not true. But let's just say it's 90%, right? Say, holy, this has got a 90% chance of success. But again, no, it doesn't, because I've worked with those people who end up coming back into my, coming to my program a year after they finish that program because they can't stick with it. It's miserable, right? It's meal replacements. They don't, they can't do it. They don't want to stick with it anymore, and they put the weight back on. So that 90% success is really relative to just that. Whatever. Let's just say 12 months they're in the program and it's not sustainable. They can't keep it up. They can't do medically induced weight loss forever. And so they go back to their normal lives and they can't maintain it. So, so what is success? And again, I'm not, I'm not trying to be, be slippery here. I'm just saying that it really requires more thought, I think, because a lot of times we throw that rate, that number and word around without really understanding what it means. And, and I think that's part of being stuck in a diet mindset. So.
Anyways, slow girl vibe says, how do I stop seeing food as a comfort blanket? Okay, that's a great question. How do I stop seeing food as a comfort blanket? You do not.
There you go. Food is always going to be a comfort blanket. So to try and trick your brain and trick yourself into thinking it's Not a comfort blanket is really impossible. That's like me saying, I just got a pair of them. I just got a pair of new gloves, and they are just lined with the softest, most luxurious in there. I don't know. I love putting my hands in there. And so it's like, if I said, oh, my God, how do I convince myself these gloves are uncomfortable? You can't. Okay? The problem isn't that food is a comfort blanket. The problem is that food is your only comfort blanket, and it's your best, most reliable comfort blanket. That's the bigger problem. And so the answer is not to try and trick your brain. So you see, food is not comfort comforting. That would never happen. What would deny reality? No, we're not going to do that. And so the answer is to find other ways to comfort yourself that don't involve food. And that's where things get interesting. Because ironically, as much as you think food is a comfort blanket, it really is not much of a comfort blanket in reality compared to other things. Okay, it's always going to be a comfort blanket. But the secret is to figure out other things that are way more comforting. And so, you know, it's different for each person. But for me, doing yoga is more comforting. Meditating is more comfort. Drinking my water is more comforting. Taking hot showers is more comforting. Doing my relaxation work is more comforting. When I meditate with my blanket on is more comforting.
Taking naps is more comforting. So I have a lot of other things that are more comforting and that I can rely on other than food. And so I still use food occasionally as comforting. You know what I mean? It still happens sometimes, but I have so many other options that most of the time I'm using those. And that is what allows me to manage the comfort eating in a way where I'm able to manage my weight, too. So hopefully that helps. Frida says I've lost 80 pounds since March, but it's been very slow lately. How do you keep motivated? Yeah, I mean, every single weight loss person is going to have to deal with this. Your weight loss is going to slow down as you get closer and closer to your goal until you get to the point where you no longer lose weight anymore. And how are you going to stay motivated to do the extreme thing you did? Because I know, Frida, that to lose 80 pounds since March, I mean, we're talking what we're talking six months here. Six months, 80 pounds, that's a lot of weight. And so I know you've done something extreme and to do Something extreme. We need an extreme amount of motivation. And for most people, that extreme of motivation is coming from the scale going down regularly. As long as the scale keeps going down in dramatic ways, you can keep that motivation up high and do that extreme thing. It's a house of cards, though, because at some point, guaranteed, the weight loss slows down and then at some point it stops. You get to your goal weight, and I know you think, well, once I get to my goal, I'm so happy, I'll do it. No, you won't. No, you won't. Big mistake of your mind. You don't understand your mind in that way. It's called hedonic adaptation. If you don't know about hedonic adaptation, they don't tell me that I'm full of, oh, no, no, Jim. When I get to my goal weight, I'm going to be motivated. No, you're not. You're going to normalize to it. Getting to your goal. It's exciting because you can have that fantasy land of what it's going to be like to hit your goal weight. And the diet industry's taught you to project fantasy land into your goal weight. Everything's going to be perfect. Your job's going to improve, you're going to get a raise, your relationships are going to get better. It's, it's bullshit. Listen, it's better at your goal weight, no doubt about it. But it's not fairy tale land. And so most people's Strategy to lose £80 in six months, you've been doing extreme stuff and now you're running up against that exact motivation barrier. The weight loss is slowing down a little bit now. You're finding it really hard to keep doing the extreme thing. So the secret to understanding this is not that you need to keep your motivation way up high. That's unsustainable long term. The secret is to figure out how to lose the weight in a more comfortable, less extreme way that feels normal. And that's something you have not been doing because your goal has been on losing weight, not living at your goal weight. And in program yourself, then our goal is living at your goal weight. There's a huge difference between so fast, I was snow plowing yesterday. And so I can argue my mind and sometimes people argue me about, oh, that's just semantics. And it's like, I just want to wring their necks. Because if you think it's the same thing, if you think it's the same thing to say, I, I want to get to my goal weight I want to lose weight and get to my goal weight. If you think that's the same as saying, I want to live at my goal weight, put your hand up and smack yourself with it. Because you're totally wrong. I mean, there are two totally different goals, two totally different destinations, and when you only focus on losing weight, you almost automatically are going to do extreme things. When you focus on living at your goal weight, you almost naturally avoid extreme things because you know you're not going to keep it up. It's a completely different time frame, completely different mental construct you exist within. When you exist within. I just want to lose weight versus I want to live at my goal weight for the rest of my life. On your autopilot, they're two totally different things. And I. I guarantee you, Freda, you have been focusing on the weight loss piece of it. And now as you start to approach, you're. You're kind of at the Runway, you're kind of closing up to the end of it. You're running out of motivation because, hey, the motivation, the weight loss is slowing down, but again, it's just, it's a precursor to what's to come, that eventually the weight loss stops if you're successful and you're going to deal the exact same thing. So I really hope, Frida, you more than anyone here today, because you've done so much work and you are the exact person I'm here for every day, the people that have done the work and lost the weight. I'm here for you because the worst statistic of all, the most terrifying number I can share with you, is that 95% of dieters that lose weight end up putting it back on.
So I am here for you. So please, please, click the link in my bio, go up, click the little picture of me up at the top, click the link in my bio and go get the free hypnosis session I give you, the training I give you because you've done so much work and now is the time to start working on maintenance and getting your mindset right. So I hope you do that.
So Carol, Carol says you have a ton of testimonials. For instance, I become healthier through eating whole foods, sleeping better, and so much more. Oh, yeah, I've got tons of testimonials, you know what I mean? But that's what I mean. And those of you, you know what I mean, that are here all the time, again, I'm not here to sell. I'm not here. My podcast is just to help people. I'm not here to sell my program that just does itself, but I'm gonna sit here and with success rates, because they're. I, I could pick apart literally any success rate. I could pick about any success rate because there is no success rate for long term weight loss. It doesn't even exist. I would say, you know, where it does exist, I will say the most accurate success rates are bariatric surgery and GLP1 numbers will be very accurate coming down the pike. Okay. Those are absolutely the two most successful success rate numbers, you know, but diets, because diets, again, the reason diet numbers don't matter to me is because they're just about getting to your goal weight. And so here's my point. If it's estimated 95% of dieters that lose weight and are successful. So 95% of the 100% that were successful. Right. So if we, if we only look at the success rate, we look at the 100 of dieters that were successful, we take 100 of the dieters who are successful, 95% of them are going to ultimately fail. That's why I don't really have much faith in success rates. And so diets only measure from the start to get into your goal weight. But for me, all that matters for me is, is living at your goal weight. I hope that makes sense. Yes. Thank you, Carol. Yes, I, I have so many testimonials, I actually am drowning them. I'm doing. I. I love December. December is my favorite month. It really is. Because I really give myself permission to ease up things, kind of take things back a notch, you know, and kind of calm down. And it's really timing up perfectly because I got my book, it's almost all. That's pretty much the final pieces. I got a couple other things I'm wrapping up and now I'm working on really just optimizing the programs. Thrive and program yourself then and optimizing my own stuff. So that's always exciting. But one of the things I got to optimize, I literally, literally have hundreds and hundreds of testimonials that I just haven't even posted anywhere. I'm opposed those somewhere, though. But yes, thank you for reminding me that, Carol. Jody says, best and last program you'll ever need. You learn to run your own mind. Yes. And Jody's a superstar. Yes. You learned how to run your own mind. I mean, again, that's, I think, you know what I look at it like. So this is why success rates don't really mean a lot to me. Even though you could use them is I think of program yourself then is like college. And I think of it as a, like a college level program to figure out how to run your mind. Now again, program yourself. Then we go through the goal weight pyramid, mindset, lifestyle eating, and you learn how to run your mind. Right. So there's basically four components. Mindset, lifestyle eating, transformation, running your mind and all the information's there. And so you say, well, what's the success rate of your college? Well, I mean it's so dependent on who you are. And if you're going to do the work 100% right. People that commit and do the work, you're 100%, you get the other side of it. So I think a program yourself in that way, as I said, I've never seen anyone commit to the program and not be successful. I've never seen that. Have people started the program and not used it and dropped off and not succeeded? Absolutely too, you know, but I, I believe that Program yourself then without question teaches you how to really master the soft skills of living at your goal weight. The things you've never ever, ever, ever learn, you know, so it's hard to say success rates with things that require your, you know, what's my, what's your success rate of learning the guitar? You know what I mean? Like, I don't know. It depends what you, what are you doing? You know. Anyways.
Carol says I have better eating habits. I'm losing weight, enjoy food more. I'm happier with myself. Yes. That's awesome, Carol. Yeah, the program's awesome. I mean it's no question about that. I appreciate you sharing that, Carol. Yeah, it's awesome though.
My life inspired. Pam says, hi, Jim, thank you for the free session, all the great teaching. My mindset's definitely shifting. That's awesome. I'm glad you got the free session. I'm telling you folks get this free session. I got so much free stuff coming your way. I'm telling you are gonna want to be on my email list January 1st. I mean, not only am I gonna literally give you my new book for free, but who knows where you might be January 1st. I don't want you to miss this for five days. I'll be emailing you reminding you of it. But in addition to giving you the book for free, I got a bunch of other free shit coming your way. But I can't give it to you if you don't give me your email address. And like I say, you go listen to hypnosis session. You say, oh, this Guy's full of. This is dumb. Then you just unsubscribe, you know, nothing lost. That's awesome. Pam. I'm glad you. Glad you enjoyed it. Keep using it. Keep using it. Mama says. I started weighing myself every day. The number went down for about a week, but started going back up again. Even though nothing changed. I started to panic and do more, but it still went up. So I quit.
I quit trying when I got discouraged. Okay. I quit trying when I got discouraged. Now I'm trying to hype myself back up again, but I'm scared. Probably gained from hormones or edema, but now I'm afraid to try again. Mom, I really appreciate you sharing this. This is awesome.
I'm sorry you know that. You know, you haven't got the results you want here, but in Program Yourself, Thin World, this is great. You're in the game. Congratulations. Because most dieters have no way to deal with this, right? I started weighing myself every day. I got focused, I started doing better, and I started losing some weight, and then the weight loss stopped. I freaked out about it for a week, and my weight kept going up. And then I quit. And thank you so much for really going to the details of it. I quit trying when I got discouraged. Now I'm trying to hype myself back up again, but I'm scared. Probably gained from hormones or edema, but now I'm afraid to try again. I mean, this is. This is. This to me, is everything, you know, because. And I love that you shared all this stuff because this is the point that most dieters get to, right? Dieters. Can you relate? Right? Have you ever. Have you ever gotten to the point where you're trying to hype yourself back up, but you're scared? You're afraid to try again because you're worried that you're going to fail and you're worried you're going to fail and then get to a point where it's just official that you can never lose weight. And you're terrified of that.
Right? That. That mama's kind of state what everyone's feeling. But here's the difference. With Program yourself, then this is all, oh, my goodness. She just gave me so much to work with. You know, this is the difference. This is. I want to. I'm gonna help you out, Mama, but I just want to show everyone this is the difference. The dieters all. You all get to this point and you have nowhere to go. What mom is relying on is getting hyped up again to what to do the same thing. What do you think's gonna happen? There's no sense of how to approach this differently.
Okay, so the first thing. Let's start with. I started weighing myself every day. The number went down for about a week, but started going back up again. Even though nothing changed? Even though nothing changed. Most likely that's not true. Most likely something did change. Okay, now you followed it up later in your second comment by saying, probably gained from hormones or edema. Well, hormone shifting. Did something happen that week that might have shifted your hormones? Did your period start? Did you have some stress that happened? Did your edema flare up?
Because at first you said nothing changed, but then you followed up and gave me two, three pretty good ideas that something did change during that second week or during that period of time. I'd want to know what those things were. Because in the beginning, you start what's created this whole problem for mama? She's telling, I weigh myself every day. I started losing weight, and then all of a sudden, nothing changed, but my weight started going up, and that's it. Then I stopped. I quit. I got freaked out. But then follows it up and says, well, there's a couple things that might have been the reason. That's the first thing we understand. That's why I'm programming yourself. Then when it comes to eating, the very first thing, if you can't read that says, awareness. We need to develop awareness. And so for mama, the way I. If mom was in the program and I was coaching her, and she'd been in the program for a little bit, she would come in and she would talk like this. I started weighing myself every day. The number was going down for about a week, but then started going up. Even though nothing changed, they wouldn't say that. They would say it could be because I got stressed and my hormones might have shifted out of whack. My period started, Edema kind of flared up or whatever, and maybe that was part of why. So right off the bat, we'd know much more clear what may have happened and caused the weight to go up. Okay. Knowing that right off the bat is going to prevent you. Well, or at least support you in not panicking and freaking out. We freak out and panic when we have no idea what the hell's going on. When we think everything's exactly the same, but all of a sudden our weight's going up, we freak out. But if we realize, oh, my period started, I got hungry, I might eat a little more. My period started. I didn't start eating more, but my hormones might be a little awac, some stressful thing happened and I might start eating a little more again on the program, we would assume that may or may not be true. Oh, I got stress rent and my hormones might have got whacked out of a whack. Maybe that caused the weight to go up. So we would deconstruct it. But deconstructing is a completely different state of mind than panicking. You see the difference?
So that's the key thing. Now, the second thing is once you have a sense of what may have led to what. Because I think he left some pretty interesting clues out here. I'd want to follow those. But let's just say, for example, say, you know what, actually there was this stressful thing happened and then Thanksgiving came and yeah, that's probably what happened. Well, once you know that, now we can go to work. Now if it was Thanksgiving, you say, well, that was an outlier a week. We just let it go. Let's go back to normal. But if it was a stress thing, oh, the person I live with stressed me out. And this is a normal thing in my life. Now the conversation becomes, how can I deal with those stressful situations more effectively? How can I relax, calm myself down, manage my hormones better, manage my edema better? Whatever it may be, hope that helps you out. It's just a start. But again, I hope this gives you some sense that where most dieters kind of run into a wall, where dieters run into a wall and that's the end of it. The walls we hit with program yourself thin are the things we climb over to get to the next level. We love challenges. We love, you know, we love kind of deconstructing it so we can figure it out, move past it.
So hopefully that helps. Patty Jackson says butter is something I think about a lot of calories and fat. My question is, what do you think about using zero calorie fake spray butter? I think bad things about that. I personally would not want to do that. I like to stick to natural foods. And I think now, again, let me preface it by saying the golden rule of program yourself, then there's no right or wrong. There's only what works for you. So if you patty, start using butter spray and and you love it and it helps you cut the butter down, then great, okay. But I have found more often than not, what ends up happening when people try and do that is that they use the butter spray. It's nothing like butter. They feel deprived, they feel like they're missing out and they go back to the butter so you can test that out. Okay. But what I have found that works more often for people is that you continue to eat the butter, but you work on getting better at moderating it. And a lot of the moderation simply comes through awareness. Recognizing how much butter you typically use and then systematically cutting that amount down in a comfortable way. That's the strategy. I've seen work a lot better for people. But again, you can test them both out and try them out. I think that's a great question. And if you do get a. If you do figure out how to reduce your butter consumption, that's gonna be a huge way probably towards moving you towards your goal weight. So it's definitely worth the effort, I would say.
Darlene says thank you for your help on my journey to living at my goal weight for the rest of my life. You're welcome, Darlene. Yeah, it's my pleasure. That's what I do. Again, I think this all the time, and it's. It's getting so fun because I will tell you, and I know I was saying this the other day, but I really.
One second. I'm just.
Hold on a second.
Okay, you got that? Yeah. This is a mission for me, you know? So again, I think one thing that separates me a bit from a lot of weight loss. I don't want to say the word influencers. I'm really a coach. I'm a hypnotist. But one thing that separates me from a lot of weight loss people is that this really is a mission for me. You know, this started for me. My father passed away when he was 54. I was nine years old. So that was. That was really the start of my journey. And to be completely honest, it actually started before that, as is. I was meant to do this. This is the path. You know, if there's any fate in life, I. This is my fate. I mean, I could. It's eerie almost. But anyways, so I'm glad you. Glad you enjoyed it. You enjoy the thing and it's helping you because this. That's why I do this. That's why I'm here every day, and it's why I've got a bunch of cool, free stuff coming as well. So that's why I say get on my list, because I. I really do have a lot of great stuff coming. I. I've taken care of a lot of big chunks this year, and now it's like a lot of the fun stuff coming. So. Yeah, D says this is short videos to all my friends. That's awesome. Yeah, I appreciate that. Let's see here. RLT over on Instagram says, hi, Jim, if I don't count calories, but experimenting, eating amounts of food, then start losing weight, will my body get used to it and become resistant, stop losing weight? No, I mean, you know, but listen, we all gotta. Counting calories is miserable. It usually doesn't work long term, but at some point, I mean, your weight is a reflection of the calories you're consuming. And, you know, dialing your calories down until you get to your goal weight is the strategy to program yourself. Then. So does your body get used to things and stop losing weight? Well, yeah, sure, but what's that mean, you know, does it mean that your body, you know, has stopped? Like, I think a lot of people think like they're going to cut their calories down and then their body's just going to stop losing weight, so they need to cut more. And I suppose that's fairly true until you get to your goal weight. But how most people approach that, Right. I always think like getting your goal weight down, you have to reduce your average calorie consumption in order to lower your weight. And what most people do to do that, let's just say your, your weight, your average weight for last year is here, and your average calorie consumption to maintain that weight is right here. Okay. Now, on a diet, what most people are going to do is they're going to cut 50 to 70% of their calories out on day one. Right. Every diet you start is extreme and you're making this drastic cut to your calories and literally 50 to 70% typically, and that's really extreme. And then what you're going to do is you're going to get down to your goal weight and then you're going to bring your calories up to wherever your goal weight is. Now this sounds good in theory, I'll give you that, but in practice, it fails 95% of the time because 95% of people that, that lose the, that cut their weight down, lose the weight and then try and bring it back up to some maintenance level. 95% of D that lose the weight, put it back on. So I don't think that's a very good strategy and it's very uncomfortable. It's very hard to make this drastic cut and it's almost impossible. It seems from, from the results I've seen, it's very, it seems really hard to bring your calories back up to some maintenance level where you stay. I. No one does it. No one does it. 5% is statistically no. 1. So my take on it is that you start with your average calorie consumption, your average weight, where you're starting, and you systematically cut 10, 15% of your calories out, watch your weight come down, cut 10, 15 of your calories out, watch your weight come down. And you do this until you get to your goal weight. It's more comfortable, but most importantly, it's more sustainable. And it's, it's a direct path, it's a one step path. What's this? And then we're going to bring it back up and figure this is the hard part, folks. Bringing it back up to maintenance is where everyone fails.
So that's my take on that.
Mama says that does help. Thanks. Should I just not weigh myself or only monthly knowing that my weight will fluctuate a lot? Again, Mama, I, I personally, I'm a big fan of weighing myself every day because I want the data and I have the skill set to manage the emotion and the mindset of stepping on the scale every day. And that's why I use it in part. I think the scale is a wonderful tool to really master your mindset and your emotions. Emotional management. Um, without that ability though, you know, maybe weighing yourself not at all might work, I guess. But weighing yourself not at all is basically you just saying, I'm not gonna focus on weight loss because most likely, mom, honestly, if you're like most dieters, you need the, the scale and the weight loss to motivate you to do the things to create the weight loss. You need to see that weight loss coming down. So again, I mean, I don't understand the idea of not weighing yourself every day. I know people have no ability to manage that, the emotions and mindset that goes with it for, for them. But it's, it's the most accurate data. You're getting data consistently in and I think it keeps you committed, it keeps you aware, it's the most accurate, you know, sense of what your body's doing. Why? So I, I like weighing every day, but again, everyone gets to make their choice.
Jane says, I think Your course is 297, but in Canada funds that's about 400. I wish I could afford it. Jane, you know, if you're interested, shoot me a message. And this is true for all my Canada friends. If you're in Canada, email me at gym, at program yourself then and I will.
I will, I will give you a special deal. So if you're from Canada, it ain't your fault Right. It'll be my, my America's your friend discount. Okay. Because I know sometimes you might be feeling like America doesn't like you anymore, and that's not true. I love Canada as much as I ever have. All this goofy talk we have about Canada. I'm pro Canada. I love Canada. So I feel bad you got to deal with that exchange rate. It sucks. And so, you know, if you're really serious, shoot me an email at Jim at program yourself then.com and.
I'll hook you up.
Yeah. Vicky says weights just one facet of the overall ever changing picture. Yes, absolutely, absolutely. And tick tock. Sorry, I gotta wait. Here I am. Live tick tock. I am.
If there's questions, I just didn't see them.
Says you've been such an encouragement for me. Enjoy your advice and so helpful. Thank you. Appreciate that. That's what I'm here for. And like I said, I'm so excited. I got so much cool stuff coming. I, I cannot wait. I cannot wait. It's, it's been a fun ride so far and it's just, I, I'm telling you, it's ready to blast off. It's so exciting in the book. It's so, my goodness, it's so, so close. So close. So close.
I can't wait till that book comes out.
It's really cool.
So, yeah, make sure you get my list. I can send it to you for free.
Yeah. Green Eyed Blonde, thank you so much for all your videos. They're always informative, inspiring. Thank you. Appreciate, appreciate. That.
Blonde says, I'm so tired of losing the same £10 over and over. Yeah. You know, okay, so losing the same ten pounds over and over again, you know what I think about that is I think, hear me out, right? Take, hear me if this makes any sense to you. I think people that are always that, that lose 10 pounds, gain 10 pounds. Lose 10 pounds, gain 10 pounds. I think now again, if I'm gonna assume that last, if you get to the last ten pounds, you're at your goal weight. And by the way, I just want to make a quick point. I would say 30%. I'm kind of picking a number out of the air, but 30%, I would say on average of my clients are within 10, 15 pounds of their goal weight. And I will tell you that they are just as upset about their weight as someone who's 100 pounds overweight. It may sound counterintuitive, but I promise you it's true. And one thing I've noticed about people that kind of hover 10 pounds above their goal weight is that I think a lot of dieters trade the excitement and the pleasure of the weight loss for the excitement and pleasure of the food. And I think that as long as that excitement and pleasure of losing weight is there, they can get themselves motivated to do the right things. But I think what happens for most dieters, and this is why most dieters put the weight back on, is that once you get to your goal weight, where's the excitement and pleasure going to come from?
It's not going to come from food anymore. You're not going to go back to eating that way, and it's not going to come from the weight loss. You can't keep losing weight. And I think this is a unique reason why people put the weight back on psychologically. And I think a lot of people need that, oh, this ten pounds. And now you get ten pounds up, and now you got to kick into diet mode, and then, you know, you get to your goal weight, and then you can ease off and you put the weight back up to ten pounds. And I think you're, in a weird, subconscious way, you're comfortable with that, because the only way you know how to get motivated to eat right is to be able to watch the scale go down. Which is another way to say that you don't know how to stay motivated and just live and exist at your goal weight. And I don't blame you, because most people don't, because the diet industry has conditioned us to think completely wrong about weight. And so I think that it's really, really.
Important that you realize you need motivation to live at your goal weight, not to get at your goal weight. They're two totally different motivations.
So, but I'm sure. Green eye blonde. I'm sure you've got my, My hypnosis said, oh, green eye blonde. Okay, I'm down to £68, but now I'm stuck. Great job. Green eye blonde. That's quite an accomplishment. So there's another one, right? Listen, you're there, okay? You're there. You made it. You're. You're 85% of the way to your goal. You do not feel like you're 85% of the way to your goal, do you? And this is exactly, exactly, exactly what I'm talking about, that you're 85% of the way to your goal. You're statistically there, and yet you feel like you're. You feel just like you did 68 pounds ago. Practically.
A great job taking action. But again, Keep listening here, you know, get on here and ask questions. Think about what I say back to you. And I'm happy to help you out right here. That's why I do this. I'm literally. Listen, folks, it's $25,000 to work with me privately. 25,000. I'm not bullshitting people. Pay me $25,000 and put on a card, charge $25,000 right to me to work with me for 16 weeks privately. I do this for free because this is a mission for me. And so I'm happy to help you out here. So please take advantage of that.
But great job anyways. Nice job. Losing 68 pounds. Celebrate that, okay? Celebrate that some more. I know you're scared to celebrate it though, right? That's what I mean. Green eyed blonde. Because you're scared to celebrate your success so far. Because you think if you start celebrating what you've accomplished so far that your motivation is going to disappear and you put the weight back on that. That's exactly what I'm talking about.
So. Oh, the psychology of weight loss. I love it so much. I'm obsessed with this. I, I think it's fascinating to me. It's the ultimate puzzle. And speaking of puzzles, I will tell you.
My wife found this thing and it is one of the coolest things.
It's a, it's an advent puzzle. So it's a thousand piece puzzle split into 24 boxes. And so each day you do a little box, maybe it's 42 pieces and it ends up being the whole puzzle. Ultimately it's fun and it's kind of easy too because the, the puzzle, the box is like a little square. So it's like a little mini puzzle and then it puts together as a big puzzle. It's kind of fun. Speaking of puzzles.
America's your friend. Disco.
It's funny. It's bizar world Now. Are we living in bizarro world? Yes, we are.
I don't need you to answer that. I already know the answer. Master says, how about giving discount to me? I'm from Denmark.
Yeah, to shoot me. Shoot me an email. I'm feeling, feeling generous here. If you live in a different country and you're screwed by the exchange rate, shoot me an email. Jim at program yourself and let's get you in the program. It's not fair. It's not fair. I've been on the other side of that. It's so miserable. I will say, and I owe you Canada, because I will tell you, I will tell you a little story. I. How old was I? I don't know, 25, 26. I don't know. And I was broke as a joke. No money at all. And.
My wife was my girlfriend at the time. We went up to Canada and for the first time, and it was so amazing because we go over across the border, and this is a while ago. This is 25, 30 years ago, but the exchange rate was phenomenal. I don't remember what it was now, but it was basically, you know, you give them a hundred US dollars and you got like, 200 Canadian dollars back. It wasn't quite that much, but it was. It felt that way. And, oh, my God, that. That was so fun because that really, like, we went there with no money. Getting that extra money was amazing. And it did seem like. Actually, I know it's all supposed to work out in the end, but it. I don't know. We were living it up. That was fun. That was a great time. Montreal. That was a good time. But, yes, I owe you. I owe you.
And Denmark. I don't know what the exchange rate in Denmark is, but I do know a lot of places you get this crewy thing and you get shipping. I'll tell you. Shipping. I've been shipping some things around the world, and holy.
It'S crazy. I. Because I had shipped over the years, I kind of. I dabble in shipping different stuff, and I've shipped things around the world, you know, for years now. But I took a couple years off, and I have been shipping some things the last couple months around the world, and it's like, holy. It used to be, like, $7 to ship a thing to Australia. Now it's like $40. Crazy.
So. But anyways, enough about that. Who cares? Who cares about shipping? Shane says, as a person with adhd, it is starting programs that gets me excited. But I never reach the weight I want to weigh because I lose the excitement. Yeah, I totally get that, Jane. To that point. I mean, I know that. Jane.
It'S not just because you got adhd. Just so you know. I know that doesn't help, okay? But listen. Join the club. Every single person who wants to lose weight experiences that exact same thing. So, again, while the ADHD may kind of, you know, make it worse, everyone's got that same problem. And I think that dieting, you know, just makes that whole thing even worse, you know, because you need to have a ton of excitement to start a diet. Because a diet is so disorienting and overwhelming. Right? Every diet. This is what I'm saying. Every Diet is the same. Every diet's the same, right? Carnivore, vegetarian, vegan, keto, intermittent fasting, they're all exactly the same. Why? Well, on one level, they're totally different. We know that level. But how they're all exactly the same is really important. And that is that it's always the same diet mindset, that no matter which one of those diets, you may start on day one, you're diving into it 100%. You're only eating vegan food, you're only eating carnivore, you're not eating for 16 hours. Whatever it is, you're going to do it 100% perfect. And so it requires a ton of motivation to completely change your life and how you eat. And so you always think you need to have this crazy level of motivation to stick with this crazy plan. But what you never consider is, what if, what if the plan's not crazy? What if we cut this and stop trying to lose the weight all at once and stop overwhelming ourselves? Well, that's a program. Yourself then is, and I will tell you the first, you start programming yourself then, and it kind of officially starts the next morning, because the next morning you get a five minute hypnosis session sent to you. Now, again, you have to understand, I live in the real world of weight loss. I kind of define it like this. Most of the weight loss world is hard skills. They're just telling you what to eat, why to eat that way, whatever giving you the plan, it's the soft skills actually getting yourself to follow it that really dictates your results. And no one deals with that. And so as soon as you start dealing with soft skills, one of the very first things you got to deal with is exactly this. I start off with so much momentum and fire and then I lose that. Well, no, that's literally every dieter. So how do we deal with that? Well, the first thing is we need to make the program sticky and easy. And so I'm programming yourself then. It's set up as an eight week program. It's kind of set up as an eight week thing. Now, you can repeat it multiple times, but it's eight weeks, just as a unit of time to thinking. And so what happens over those eight weeks is every morning you get a new five minute session. Because what I'm looking to do is get you used to sitting down for five minutes in the morning, relaxing, calming down, turning your attention inwards, and programming your mind with good ideas for. And all you need is five minutes. And the five minutes is crucial because five minutes is doable and it's not as easy as you think, but it's certainly compared to changing your reading completely starting tomorrow and going to the gym every day. Whatever things you've tried in the past, listen to, a five minute hypnosis session in the morning is going to be the easiest thing you've ever tried to do to lose weight. Okay? So that's kind of the core of the, of the program. Then at night you do a 60 second mental rehearsal technique in your mind. So it's a reader rehearsal technique. And again, you learn it. It takes half an hour to learn. It takes about 60 seconds to do. And you use this every night. You, you redo your day and you rehearse tomorrow the way you want it to go. This is how you program your mind. And so now we're up to six minutes, right? And if you're really ambitious, what you can do is you can also listen to your 10 minute weekly session. So each week of the eight weeks you get a 10 minute session that's designed to be listened to at night. And each one of these sessions has a core weight loss mantra in it. And you listen to this session repeatedly. Right. The morning session's always new. The weekly session, ideally you'll listen to it seven nights in a row to really reinforce that message. Now we're up to 16 minutes a day and that's all you need to follow the program at pretty much the highest level. And now you've bookended your day with these hypnosis sessions, these good messages going in. You've reprogrammed your mind and that's going on now. The other piece of the program is going through your goal weight blueprint right now. I will let you know. This is 144 page book. This, this isn't, this is for serious people only. Okay. But what this is, is your blueprint, your literal roadmap for how to get to your goal weight and stay there. It's customized directly for you. And in this book, what you're going to do is you're going to go through having a mindset lifestyle needing strategy customized to you. Now this becomes. Okay, how quickly do I have to do it? Well, if you spend an hour a week, you'll get through this thing in a couple weeks. You know, if you want to spend 15 minutes a day, you'll get through it, you know, and there's no rush. You can do it again. It's each section, so you have to do it all at once. You can do A little bit at a time. And so, again, it's built to be easy. It's built to be sustainable. It's built to work even when you have no motivation or energy to do it. So, again, and I think that's crucial. Any weight loss program that's not set up for that, I don't think it's going to last you very long. So what's up, Regina? Regina says thank you for this podcast. You're welcome. You're welcome. I love doing this podcast. It really has been one of the greatest things I've done in my career. I'm so happy that I started this because it has been so fun to connect with people every day and to just do it free. I will tell you, listen, coaching for big amounts of money. I was thinking this yesterday. It is like, it's fun in a way. It's fun to, you know, make a lot of money and coach, you know, really smart, successful, motivated people. I love it. But what always stuck in my craw with that model, that business model, is that.
It felt unfair to me. You know, it really, really got to the point where I was really bothered by the fact that I wasn't helping more people. And the idea that I was going to help people that, you know, had a ton of money really did not sit well with me. And so it's really been three years where I've really gone back to the program, redesigned it, re optimized it, know, and been working on it because I'm like, I want to create a program that anyone can do. Anyone who really wants to do it will be able to do. And this podcast is a. Is a part of that whole process, and it's been wonderful to do. So I'm glad you're. You're appreciating it.
All right, we get all the questions.
Vic says we know to thank for that. Yeah, we do know how to thank for that.
Yes, I am motivated by more than the dollar. That is true.
I like making money, too. Don't get me wrong. I'm a businessman. Let it be known. I. I am.
I do run a business over here, but it is secondary to helping as many people as I possibly can. Well, I suppose, you know, what do they say? Like, once you hit a certain amount of money, the quality of improvement beyond that, it starts to become marginalized, you know, diminishing returns, you know, but. But once you're comfortable, I can speak for myself, you know, once I'm comfortable financially. Absolutely. The most important thing is how can I help as many people as possible. Which is why I l I always, I kind of work. I have basically three programs in essence. I have my main, my main program, your self den program, the thrive program. In all the free stuff I do, you know there will be a new program coming out that's a ultra affordable version. Okay. That'll be coming out in the new year. But for right now those are basically the three options and I basically I kind of cycle through them. You know me, I work on one for a little while, work on the next one. I work on the other one and I start kind of the other one. But I, I work, I give as much time and energy to the free stuff as I do to, to be honest, I give more the free stuff. I, I dedicate a lot of time to this podcast. But I'm happy to do it. You know, it makes me, makes me feel good. Jane says do you, do we get a hard copy of the program yourself then? No, I, well you, you can order a copy of this if you want. But this, this particular hard copy version does not come with the program right now. The prices are going up a hundred percent soon and that version will probably come with a hard copy version, but this one does not. If you want to order it, you can in the program. It's 40 bucks. Okay. But you do get the PDF version. So let it be known, you know, there is a Google version and a PDF version that you can fill out and or you can print it yourself. Right. As well. Those are options too.
Jane says, should we wait for the ultra affordable program coming in the new year? I mean that's up to you. You know, it's ultra affordable, but it's also, it's a much lighter touch. It'll basically it'll be a program where each. So it's not the whole system, it's not all of that, but it's kind of a light touch. It's still going to help you. People have been. I have this program going, I just never promote it. But basically each week you get, you know, a five, ten minute lesson and you get a ten minute hypnosis session and it comes with a hypnosis session and a sleep gnosis session. The difference being that the sleep noses session doesn't have a countdown at the end so you can listen to it as you're going to bed and then just fall asleep and sleep throughout the night. So that one, you know, we kind of, it goes throughout the year and so the lessons are kind of relevant to the time of year. So like right now the Lessons are more based around the holidays and things like that. So it's kind of relevant to the time of year. It is, but it's a much softer approach. So you're just, you're listening to a session, it'll still impact you, it'll still be positive. And each week you get new sessions. But it's really a hypnosis session program, I would say. And then there is always the question. I'm always on the fence of selling the hypnosis program by itself. And lately I've kind of come back to the idea of selling the program on its own as well. Simply because I feel now with the books that are planned, the book that's coming out in January and the book that's going to be following it, I think with those books, having the hypnosis session in those books, I feel pretty comfortable that people could get a lot of value out of it. I don't think it's still the program. I think the program is the gold standard. But I do believe, I do believe that in the new year I will be selling the hypnosis program by itself, the eight week hypnosis program. So you'll get the morning sessions and the night sessions that that will be a standalone product. I do believe, even though it kind of rubs me the wrong way because I like to sell complete solutions, I've just had a lot of people write to me asking for only the hypnosis. I've tested this out before and people do lose weight on the hypnosis program. It's the number one hypnosis program on the planet. So I've been kind of convinced with the extra stuff that, that it is still worth it to have just the hypnosis program. And there will also be the opportunity, if you do buy just the hypnosis program, that you'll be able to upgrade to the full system.
For the. For the. Ultimately the same price. Anyways. Anyways, Jane says can we purchase the book you just showed without being in the program? No, it wouldn't make a lot of sense to you. It wouldn't be much value to you. It would be valuable, don't get me wrong. But it would absolutely miss in the key component. Because I do believe that this is half the equation knowing what to do and I think it's a very valuable part. But I think the understanding the program yourself then technique of how to program your mind is how you get yourself to do the things you know you should do. And I think, one without the other, that, that I don't feel good with, you know, so no, that really is only for. Only for customers to be able to buy.
So. Yeah.
Hey says thanks for your generosity. You're welcome. Thank you.
Yeah. All right, good. Got everyone's questions. All right, everyone, thank you so much. When we get out of here again, if you're not my world, please click the link in my bio, go get the free hypnosis session, watch the video training I made for you, read the emails I send you and the free stuff I'm going to get you. Check that out. And if you like this, I'm here every day, Monday through Friday, usually around noon Eastern to answer your questions. If you can't make the live and you like listening to this, this is a podcast as well. You can search any podcast platform for program yourself then is the name of it. It'll show up. You can listen to it anytime you want. So all right, everyone, have a super duper day.
