The content is educational and related to eating habits and mindfulness.
Eating slower is one of the easiest ways to consume less calories. But eating slower is harder than it sounds because eating is an automated behavior. So the first step in eating slower is remembering to eat slower. And one of the best strategies I've seen to remember to do it was a client of mine would use a snow globe that they put in front of their plate where they would usually eat dinner. And before they'd eat, they'd flip the snow globe over and put it down. And during that time, they would calm down their body relax, take a deep breath, and step into the present moment. And then you follow it up by chewing slower as well. And when you put all three of these things together, you're going to eat slower, and you're naturally going to consume less calories.
