Have you ever taken a relaxation vacation? This is when you set aside a week to relax as much as you possibly can. And you take every opportunity possible to turn off the screens to get away from all the stresses that you have in life and just relax as much as possible. And it doesn't matter how much time you take. Some days it may be five minutes you set aside, sometimes it may be five hours. The point is that you set the intention to look forward to and experience complete and total relaxation.
