The fly on the wall technique. So this is a great technique to use when you wanna change a bad habit, and it works because you're shifting your perspective. You're changing the way that you see that habit. So what you do is you imagine that you are a fly within the room wherever you do that bad habit. So let's just say, for example, you snack at night and you wanna change this. What you're gonna do is you're gonna imagine that you are the fly in that room and you're gonna imagine watching yourself snack throughout the night. And again, as you shift your perspective on it, you imagine watching yourself do the bad habit. A lot of times what you're gonna notice is that it makes you feel less desire to wanna do that habit. It changes the way you feel about it. So take a little bit of time and test this out. It can be very, very powerful.
