You can be as thin and healthy as you want to be. And it all starts with getting crystal clear on what the goal is. So I want you to imagine right now what your goal weight is and how you want to feel. Now, I want you to imagine that you woke up tomorrow morning in that body as that version of you. And I want you to imagine, before you even get out of bed, how it feels to wake up into that body, to notice what it feels like on the outside, on the inside. And imagine yourself hopping out of bed, getting dressed in the exact clothes that you would wear on that body, and feel yourself begin to move through the day wearing those clothes, moving in this body, noticing the littlest things that come into your mind, moving up and down stairs, getting in and out of chairs, looking in the mirror, and feeling happy with how you look and how you feel and the person that you've become. Now, imagine yourself moving through the day, having conversations with people that you expect to run into. Notice how it feels to walk into rooms, to begin to speak with people with this level of confidence and happiness with yourself, to really embody this success of what you truly want to live as. And see yourself continue to move through the day, noticing which foods are calling out to you, noticing how your motivations change and how you begin to want to drink more water, how you want to nourish your body and feel better, and let this feel move into every cell of your being, so that you begin to vibrate at this level as this version of you, and allow these thoughts to sink deep into your mind, so that you begin to think this way and begin to think as this version of you, and allow these actions to go deep into your body, so that you begin to act this way as this version of you, so that each and every day, you become this person more and more.
