Chapters
How thin do you want to be? And I want you to pick a different number than the same one you've been saying for the last 10 years. Even if you change it by just 1 pound, what is the goal weight that would give you the best quality of life? I want you to think about that number now. Now I want you to imagine that you woke up tomorrow morning at that weight, and I want you to imagine going through the day. How would it feel to wake up in that body, to get dressed and put the clothes onto that body? How would they look? How would it feel? I want you to imagine moving through your day, how it feels to move, simple things, going up and down stairs, getting in and out of your car, going into work and seeing people that are in your life and interacting with them in that body as that version of you. And now imagine yourself moving through the rest of the day in that body as that version of you. Notice how it feels, how you hold yourself, and how you think about yourself, and hold onto this feeling.
