A short guided visualization by Jim Katsoulis that leads listeners through mentally rehearsing healthier eating behaviors at a restaurant (calm approach, choosing healthier menu items, eating until satisfied, stopping naturally) and encourages using a full hypnosis session linked in the creator’s bio for deeper practice. The purpose is to make healthier restaurant choices more automatic and aid weight management.

One of the best ways to eat better at a restaurant is to rehearse eating better at a restaurant in your mind before you go. And you can practice this right now, it only takes a second. Think of a restaurant you'd like to eat healthier at. Now imagine going there. And before you even walk into the restaurant, I want you to notice that you're calm and you're relaxed. Now imagine walking into that restaurant calmly, relaxed, breathing deeply, mindful and aware of. Now imagine sitting down, looking at the menu, and notice how your eyes move to the healthier foods, hear yourself ordering the healthier foods. Now imagine that food coming to you and you calmly, comfortably eating exactly as much of it as you'd like to eat. And when you've had enough, you easily and naturally put the fork down and comfortably push it aside. Now I want you to imagine walking out of that restaurant feeling lighter, feeling healthier, feeling proud of yourself for having control over your eating. I want you to notice all the wonderful emotions that you experience as you walk out of that restaurant having acted that way. Now, the more you think this way, the more you rehearse this, the more you practice it, the easier it becomes, until eventually you go out to restaurants and this becomes your automatic way of ordering. And when this happens, you've got a much greater chance of mastering your weight. So if you enjoyed this process, I want to urge you to go to my bio, click the link and get the hypnosis session that I gave for you. It's a full length session that goes much deeper than this because I think it's going to help you a lot.
