How to fix your worst eating habits. So there's a good chance that the worst eating habit you have is one where you are dopamine stacking, meaning that you're getting the dopamine from eating the food while you simultaneously get the dopamine from watching a screen. And so the first thing you want to do to get a hold of this habit is to disentangle those 2 things. And you can do this by continuing to eat the same amount of food at first and just get comfortable eating it without a screen. And this is going to feel weird, but it's going to help you get used to this and disentangle them subconsciously. Once you get comfortable with this, then you can go to work on the food piece and reduce the quantity or improve the health of the food that you're eating.
