This is a YouTube video titled "hypnotized to be overweight?" created in July 2025. The content is a monologue or talk discussing the psychological mindset behind weight issues, focusing on how problem-oriented thinking can subconsciously reinforce being overweight and suggesting a shift in mindset to achieve weight loss goals.
How you're hypnotizing yourself to be overweight. If you're overweight, it's because you are hypnotizing yourself to be overweight constantly, and you don't even realize it. The way you're doing it is you are constantly thinking about your weight with questions like, why can't I lose the weight? Why do I keep overeating? Why can't I stick to a plan? What is wrong with me? This is called problem oriented thinking because it's all about the problem. It's all about you being overweight, out of control, overeating, and, and you think about this constantly. And now it seems like you're going to come up with some answer to it and fix it all. But what's really happening, subconsciously, hypnotically, is that you're always, always imagining yourself overweight, out of control, overeating, and you're manifesting and creating those behaviors because that's how you're constantly thinking. And to prove this point, when is the last time when you've said to yourself, how can I easily lose weight? How can I make weight loss more comfortable? How can I eat the perfect amount of food naturally and easily? I know you never ask these questions. And as you start to ask these questions, you start to hypnotize yourself to be at your goal weight because it is always, always, always your mindset that has the biggest impact on what your weight is.
