Have you struggled to lose weight mostly because you have no willpower or because you do not have good strategies to motivate yourself and to eat like a thin person? I know most people think it's the willpower one, but what I've seen in my experience is that once people have a real strategy they can rely on to get motivated, and once they have a systematic plan to eat like a thin person that's customized and personalized around them, then they lose the weight. And it's the same amount of willpower that they had at the beginning. And so it's not a matter of willpower. It's the fact that you do not know how to motivate yourself. You don't have the strategies to eat right. And once you have them, then you can start getting the the results that you want.
