It's okay if you overeat when you want to lose weight. Let me say that one more time. It's okay if you overeat when you want to lose weight. You're saying, how can I lose weight then if I'm overeating? I didn't say you're overeating all the time. What I'm saying is when you start to approach your weight loss, you think you need to be perfect with it, and that is almost impossible. And so instead of expecting that you're going to be perfect and never overeat, start to realize that you are absolutely going to overeat sometimes and it's not a big deal. The secret is to overeat less of the time. And the way you make that happen is to be okay when you make a mistake mistake so that you can accept it, learn from it, and move on from it. That is the secret to getting the weight loss results you want. Because I can almost guarantee what you have done is you say, I got to be perfect, and the second you make a mistake, you're done. You need to be able to absorb the mistakes because they're going to happen. You're a human being. You can't just in one day completely change everything about yourself. You need to give yourself a little bit of grace, a little bit of patience, so that you can absorb the mistakes and move forward. The most important aspect of weight mastery is the ability to get back on track quickly. And if you have no idea how to do this, click click the link in my bio, get the hypnosis session, watch the video, and read the emails I send you for free.
