Dieting is about getting to your goal weight. Program yourself, then is about living at your goal weight. And those are two totally different things. And so if all you care about is losing weight and getting there as quick as you can, and that's your obsession, you're going to choose extreme things, and you're going to run through them fixated and focused and excited about just getting to your goal weight. And all of a sudden, you get to your goal weight, and you're going to say, oh, I don't look as good as I thought I was going to look. Oh, I still feel like today and now the big issue is that now what are you looking forward to? Because now you can't look forward to the food, you can't look forward to the weight loss. So what are you looking forward to to stay motivated and on the track? I'm challenging your brain to think beyond the weight loss, beyond just getting to your goal weight. I want you to think about living at your goal weight, and I think the secret to doing that is that you have to take your weight loss and wrap it in personal development.
