The mental shift that makes you thin. There is one subconscious mental shift that I have seen create better results than any other one. So what the shift is, is in the way that you think about food subconsciously. When you think about foods that you're struggling with, subconsciously you're fixating on how they taste. You're thinking about the consumption of the food. And the shift that makes all the difference in the world is when you start thinking about how you're going to feel 10 minutes after you finish the food. So when you have a food decision in front of you, begin to ask the question, how will I feel 10 minutes from now? Mentally, emotionally, physically. That's all you have to do. You will naturally and automatically make different food decisions most of the time.
