Program Yourself Thin Live 6-5-26

Jim Katsoulis argues that learned helplessness, not willpower, blocks weight loss. He rejects traditional diets that demand 100% effort and burnout, proposing instead a 1%-a-day philosophy: adopt the identity of someone at your goal weight and make tiny sustainable changes that rebuild confidence.

Everyone, welcome to today's Program Yourself Thin podcast. Today we're talking about the belief that is keeping you overweight. You have got to deal with this belief, and I know you have it. So it's not even a question of if you have it. I know you do. I'll tell you in a second. You've got to deal with it. You can't just ignore it. You can't just hope that you can fight against it. You've got to deal with it head on. And the first step to dealing with it is to recognize it. And so the belief that will keep you overweight if you don't deal with it is that you can't do it. And of course, you would believe this at this point. If you have tried for years or decades to lose weight unsuccessfully, then of course you would have the belief that you can't do it. And in psychology, we call this learned helplessness. And it's a real big issue that's got to be dealt with, because if deep down you believe you're not going to be able to do it, if deep down you believe you're going to fail, matter what you do, then you're never going to give the effort that you're capable of. You're never going to bring the resources to this battle, uh, that you're fully able to bring because somewhere deep inside you're going to hold back because you're going to be like, what's the point? Um, as an example, if I said, listen, I found a new way you can fly. You just got to flap your arms a certain way really hard and you will fly. You're never going to try that hard because you don't believe that that's possible. And there's a good chance at this point in your life that you don't really believe it's possible that you can lose weight because you've tried, you've tried all the diets, you've tried them a million times. Nothing's worked. Maybe you can do it for a little while and you can't stick with it. So what's the point? I know you believe this on some level. So how do you deal with this? Well, you're not going to be able to diet and change this belief because at this point you have a rock solid belief that dieting, I can't do. Dieting doesn't work for me. For whatever reason, the specifics get into, you have this core belief that dieting doesn't work for me. I can't do it with dieting. And so you're never going to be able to do it with dieting because that is not the answer to living at your goal weight. The answer to living at your goal weight is to not diet, to stop dieting, and to start approaching this in a new way with a new mindset. This is how we sidestep the learned helplessness so that starts to feel like something new and fresh that you've never done before. And so you have no failure evidence from the past. And that new way forward starts by redefining what the goal even is. The goal is not— the goal is not to just fight against yourself for a little while so you can lose some weight. The goal is to transform how you think, live, and eat so that you can live at your goal weight for the rest of your life on your autopilot. And so once you make that the goal, then we back off a little bit and say, okay, how do I do that? Okay. It's a different goal. I don't just want to lose weight. I want to live there for the rest of my life. How is this different? How is what I'm going to do going to be different though? Well, the difference is that we don't have to start our plan at 100%. Every time you've tried to start losing weight with a diet, you've jumped in 100%. You're 100% keto, 100% counting calories, 100% reducing calories, 100% intermittent fasting. And it's overwhelming to you. And so you're able to do it for a little while and then you burn out, go back to what you always did. And you have repeated this pattern probably hundreds of times in your life. So the solution is to start in a different way. Start small. If you start small, one of the first things you're going to send as a message to yourself is that, oh, this isn't that hard. I could keep this up. I could drink more water for the rest of my life. I could go for a short walk for the rest of my life. I could eat a piece of fruit in the afternoon for the rest of my life. This isn't that hard. And when we make things easier, all of a sudden we start to believe we can do it. And you, as a dieter who's probably been doing it for decades, need a steady dose of success. And even if it's small, it's still success. And this is one of the things you have not had when it comes to your weight, not long-term. You are almost guaranteed failure when you start a plan now at 100% because you have gone through that process so many times that your mind now believes that it's not going to work. So we've got to change that up. And one of the most effective ways to change it up is to start walking a new path where you have no history with it. You have no evidence of failure from it. That's the path. Start doing small, simple things that are relatively easy to keep up, and all of a sudden you send a new signal to your mind. You give your mind new evidence. I can do this. I can do this. And not only can I do it, I can do it for a long time. And once you believe that, truly believe it, it's game-changing because now all of a sudden you start to believe this is possible and you're going to be shocked at just how much more you can engage yourself. You're going to be shocked at how many more gears you have within you when you're truly motivated, when you truly believe you can do it. And of course they're related, because if you don't believe you can do it, you're never going to get that motivated. Once you believe it's a possibility for— and you could actually do this— the motivation comes flooding in. So give this some thought, and if you want some support approaching this in a different way, click the link in my bio, go get the free hypnosis session I give you, and and get started on a new path. So if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. Any weight loss questions are welcome. Um, so Panther— Panther says, wow, this is so smart to listen to. Well, thank you. Yes, I try, try to make things a little bit different than what you typically hear with weight. And I like to kind of hit right between the eyes that I think a lot of times dieting has set us up for failure. And if you can just get a step back from dieting, you can see that pretty obviously. Problem is that most people are smack dab in the middle of dieting and they really have no perspective. Have you ever heard this saying that you— it's hard to read the pill bottle when you're inside the bottle, right? Well, it's hard to see dieting for what it is when you're inside the diet. And unfortunately, most people have been inside the diet their entire lives. We're conditioned that way, right? We were literally bombarded with diet marketing our entire lives at this point. And the way I think about it is that dieting is kind of like a mental prison, and it keeps you trapped. It keeps you trapped with the same approach. Now, the, the specifics may change a little bit, you know. Well, I've never done keto, I'm gonna do keto this time. So I'm sick of doing keto now, I'm gonna do intermittent fasting this time. I'm not sick of fasting, I'm gonna count my calories this time. It doesn't matter. Pick whatever strat you want, pick whatever diet you want. What's always the same is that approach right underneath it of going 100% in and completely overwhelming yourself. That is the part that gets everyone. All right, uh, what's up, Jens? Jens says this is awesome, tuning in from Honolulu. All right, yeah, I've worked with a number of people from Honolulu, Hawaii. Uh, but it's nice up there. I will say it's funny, I always like a lot of the year I spend thinking I wish I was in Hawaii, but I will say today I'm happy to be in New England. It is a day and a half out there. I dare say a perfect day, but I'm sure it's beautiful in Hawaii as well. It's a— all year round it's just perfect in Hawaii. Is that true? But thanks for listening. That's awesome that you're listening from way over there. Uh, Jane says you're very direct and that is what is different about you and what I like about you. No BS. Yes, I try, you know. Um, I do my best. I take the no bullshit oath. Doesn't mean I'm never wrong, uh, because I'm wrong, but, um, I'm not going to bullshit you. And I think when it comes to weight loss, boy, is there a lot of bullshit. Oh my God, there might be only bullshit when it comes to the weight loss industry. And I think sometimes I think that's very intentional. I think, you know, again, that the diet industry is just a branch of the food processing industry. And I don't think their intentions are pure. I think the diet industry's intentions are to keep you trapped mentally. Mentally. That's what I think dieting is there for. I think it's a branch of the food processing industry they use to trap people mentally. In mental prisons. And this is what I see, and I find it shocking in 2026 that it seems virtually everyone is trapped in a diet mindset. 74% of the population of adults in America are overweight or obese. And so, you know, it's this— it's so big, it's hard to even recognize it. Another one of those things that when you're in it, it's like hard to even get perspective. But I believe that the core problem with, uh, most people's weight issues, and this is where we get to a 74%, there's certainly the, the hyperpalatable food, addictive foods. That's a piece of it too, right? It's a full system they've created to entrap us. Um, but again, what does most of the heavy lifting is the diet mindset, in my opinion. I think the diet mindset does more to keep people overweight than virtually anything else. And the diet mindset is a very carefully crafted psychological operation against humans. I believe— I know I sound crazy probably, but I genuinely believe that. Yeah. So Brenda, Brenda said, is there good outcomes for women with lipedema? Um, lipedema, yeah, I cannot say that I'm an expert on that. Um, that is beyond my scope of expertise. Um, You know, I've not even gotten— have I ever worked with anyone with lipedema? Um, I know I have. I, I don't— I can't remember really where it all went. But I mean, we're talking about something a little different, so I mean, that's an outlier situation. Okay, so, but lipedema is probably one of the few things where it's a cellular dysfunction that, that can lead to a situation where weight is very difficult to change. But it's very much of an outlier situation too. So if you have that, I'm the wrong person to be talking to about how to cure it. And there's that. But the other side is this. I will tell you this too. Any time there's a medical issue, whatever— insulin resistance, thyroid issues, metabolic issues, hormonal issues, menopausal issues— any time there are physical issues, My big question is, how much is that issue and how much is your mindset, lifestyle, and eating? And until you clean up your mindset, lifestyle, and eating, you'll never have the answer to that. So I can tell you, as someone who had a cholesterol or has a cholesterol issue, I suppose I'm managing it, but, um, I spent years testing different things out naturally to deal the cholesterol. So I really, really, really, really cleaned up my mindset, lifestyle, eating certain times to an extreme level just to test things out. So that gave me a baseline that I feel very comfortable. At least I have a sense of what's possible to do naturally. And so when it comes to things like that, you know, it's the same question. I don't know. It's somewhat of an outlier condition, so I don't think I would even believe what they told me because I don't even know if there's enough evidence necessarily. But again, I'm talking a little bit outside of my, my pay grade. This is not something I deal with a lot. But yeah, if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask them. It is nice here, but I am getting a little warm. Kick this air conditioner on for a second. Yeah, my office definitely gets hot instantly. That's one I had to watch out for. That's why I need that, uh, that air conditioning remote because there are times when I just got to crank the air conditioner up. But yeah, how's everyone doing? I don't know, it's a funny time of year as well. Um, this is an interesting time, June 8th. People are kind of stuck between, I want my summer body, and, oh, it's too late now, I'll wait till the fall. Time to wait till the fall now. Summer's here, uh, catch me in September. Then September comes, catch me in January. January comes, maybe March. March comes, maybe in June. June comes, maybe September. So you got to watch out for that. Again, real, real, um, real big issue, you know what I mean? Um, yeah. Uh, Panther says, have you ever been overweight yourself? Yes, yes. Um, when I started this journey for myself over 30 years ago, I was 54 pounds heavier than I am now. Um, so yeah, I dealt with that. Luckily, I was, I was able to kind of catch it right at the beginning of being an adult. And I was able to lock all this stuff in. And so I've been very fortunate to be able to live at my goal weight for last over 30 years. I had one blip 15 years ago, I put 25 pounds on, uh, pretty quick, but I got that under control. And now we're back and pretty much, um, holding steady at my goal weight here, which is the main thing. I always want to say this, that I think one of the big things that separates me from most weight loss things you're going to hear or be exposed to is that my focus is really on how to live at your goal weight. And I think most diets are really about how to lose weight. And there's a huge difference there because anyone can do really extreme, drastic things for a little while to lose weight. It's a lot harder to actually live at your goal weight, to internalize that so it becomes who you are. And I think in order to make that happen, it's a more complex process. I have no doubt about it. A dieting can just say, here's a meal plan, just follow it. There's really not a lot of thought there, right? A lot of willpower, a lot of forcing yourself to follow it, but not a lot of thought. You don't have to recognize how you think and talk to yourself and learn how to manage your mind better. You don't have to transform your lifestyle to support your better eating. You don't have to figure out eating strategies that really work and resonate for you. You just follow the plan. And so you do that for a couple days, a couple weeks, maybe a couple months, and then you go back to what you always do. And it's that same process over and over. So the process of actually transforming from the inside out into a thin, healthy person is a little bit different. And, uh, I would suggest it's a more complex, holistic strategy to make that happen. And that's what I'm focused on. That, that's more of my focus. Is how to live, how to get to your goal weight and then live there for the rest of your life. That's what I want for you. I think that's a much higher order goal than just losing weight. And ironically, it's also a lot easier. It's a lot easier because we're not trying to make it all happen at once. Again, metaphorically, dieting is like sprinting, right? It's got that sprinting energy to it because it's a short-term race. When you think about losing weight, It's about how, how can I lose as much weight as possible, as fast as possible? Well, of course, that's going to be the most extreme plan. Okay. But what you've never considered is how do I systematically and strategically transform how I think, live, and eat so that I become a thin, healthy person for the rest of my life? You've never approached it that way, which in and of itself, I think, is pretty eye-opening to how trapped you've been in terms of how you think about weight. You've been conditioned to think about weight like just so narrowly by the diet industry, which is really the food industry. And so we sit all flummoxed, confused about how to lose weight, when in reality it's really— it's not that difficult. I'm not a genius over here. It's just it takes a lot of common sense. I think the hardest part of what I'm sharing with you and how I came to find it was being able to see things from a slightly different angle. And that is really my main goal here every day. And I am here every Monday through Friday to help you all out. But my main goal is just to give you a different perspective on all this. You know, certainly I want to give you some tips and help you out along the way as well. But I think the primary way I can help you is to just give you a different perspective on your weight that does not move— is not through the lens of dieting. That would be my biggest, you know, goal for doing this. You know, uh, Jane says, I watched your salad video, which I enjoyed. What kind of dressing do you use most of the time? Um, yeah, I'm glad, Jane. Yeah, that salad, I love that salad video. Um, I don't actually do it that way anymore. I usually make them each day. Um, I've got everything ready to go, but I kind of put them together each day. Uh, dressing I use, again, it's a local dressing. Literally, it's kind of a weird story. They literally make this dressing two houses down the street from me. It's very strange. So they literally make Greek dressing. So it's a local Greek dressing. But, um, I don't get too caught up on dressing, you know. Don't worry about the calories in the dressing. I promise you folks, the dressing and your calories is the least of your worries. Okay, the calories in your dressing is really a micro-refinement. It's not a macro one. So again, I joke around. I put a video last week up that I would use hot fudge for dressing if it would get me to eat more salads. Okay, so I think the benefits of eating salads that are you know, good quality salads, I think the benefits of that far outweigh any calories you may be focusing on in the dressing. And again, it's just a funny thing. I think that, you know, the way people perceive things is such a funny thing because like we'll really be locked into the calories in salad dressing or the fat in an avocado or, you know, The— I don't know, it's just, it's just so funny how we micro— or the sugar in fruit. When it comes to healthy food, it's like we got this real like zoomed-in refinement of what we're doing. But when it comes to like, you know, I don't know, you go, go to get your fast food, are you really— are you— you know what I mean? Like, like you're eating your— you could drink a pint of blue cheese dressing, it's like now you're at about the calorie level of like a fast food meal, you know? It's just It's just funny how we look at stuff. But anyways, yeah, so don't, don't get too worried about the dressing. Think about it in phases. So the first phase of eating more salads is to use a dressing you like. Okay. Once you kind of get used to having the salad, you get into the usual norm of it, then you can start optimizing your dressings and dialing down the caloric density of them. But take it in phases. Uh, Panther says, can I watch this video more than once? This is the best information. It's given me hope and energy from Norway. All right. Nice. Food has become like a matrix. Um, yeah, absolutely. Uh, food is absolutely, um, we're just very conditioned. And again, you, when they call it the obesity epidemic, it's literally obesity epidemic. If you've, and I know most people have never seen these, but if you ever look at from like 1980 till now, the increase in obesity and diabetes in America is, is absolutely jaw-dropping. It's, it's, it's unbelievable. And when you see that, you realize that doesn't just happen.. And it doesn't just happen because they've flooded the food market with hyper-addictive, hyper-palatable foods, and they flood us with marketing constantly. That's a big part of it, but that's not it. The biggest part, in my opinion, is that they've trapped overweight people to think like dieters. And so that mentally traps them into being overweight for the rest of their lives. So I always suggest, I think the, the first step to getting control of your weight is to stop thinking like a dieter. Stop approaching it like a dieter. I, I can't stress that enough. How are you going to argue with me? How would you possibly argue with me? You, you don't know a dieter who's successful long term. I bet, you know, the dieting doesn't work. Uh, what's up, Linlin said, I find summer to be more challenging when it comes to meal prepping, especially for the days where I do markets. Making better food choices is a must. Um, yeah, that's fair, Lin, and that's true. You know, again, that's another piece of the puzzle is that Different times of year, different situations bring different challenges and benefits, you know, and that we have to recognize that. And that's the first step, is awareness, and recognize, okay, summer comes around and this is summer's set of challenges, summer set of strengths, right? Everything kind of pros and cons of different things. But we recognize that we can't— most people can't keep the exact same plan and process all year round because summer is way different than winter. You know, so again, we recognize that, we understand that, and we optimize around those two different situations and everything in between, you know. So you're on the right path, Lynn. And I think recognizing is the first step. And the next question is, like you said, how can I make better food choices easier when it comes to summertime? And, um, then I'm doing the markets. Okay. So that becomes the question that leads to the solution. That you start to implement and use in the summers, you know. So instead of having summer roll around, oh no, here comes summer, oh shit, I was doing so good, and oh no, here comes summer, we say, okay, here comes summer, so I'm gonna start to transform into my summer mode. I do this because for summer, for me, still my daughter, you know, my kids are home, you know, my daughter's out of school, my son's out of school, so the whole flow, just day-to-day life changes, the, the whole, the schedule changes, the energy changes., and I need to adjust for that, and I do, you know. But again, I think dieting is kind of like a one-note song. It's just like it's always telling you, oh, summer keto, winter keto, holidays keto, keto. It's always the same answer just dumped on you. There's no flexibility, there's no refinement, there's no optimization. And so again, Lynn, I think you're on the right path here by recognizing it. And now ask a solution-oriented question: how can I make eating well in the summer, um, easier and set myself up for success with it, especially when I got the markets going on, right? And whatever stuff you come up with is probably going to be pretty useful, I would guess. And, uh, yeah, but yeah, if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask them. Any questions are welcome. I, I really work with all diets. I mean, I don't like diets, obviously, but I, I obviously have worked with, you know, I'm not gonna say every diet, but, but a lot of diets. And at the end of the day, they're all the same anyways, so if you're struggling on your keto plan, feel free to ask a question. Um, I hate the keto plan, but so what? I, I don't, I don't hate you. I don't hate dieters, you know. I hate the diets, not the dieter, um, which is why I'm here. But yeah, if you're having questions about your intermittent fasting, um, you know, your cravings, you know, your hunger as, you know, noon approaches, or whatever it may be, um, the wisdom of OMAD— is that a good idea? Kimberly, Kimberly says, I make pickled onions and add to my salads. It adds the vinaigrette to the salad that extends the dressing I use. That's a great strategy. That's just— that's brilliant, right? Um, that's just smart. And that's what I mean, in programming yourself thin, we're always looking at 1% better a day. That's the philosophy. So with dieting, you're looking to get 100% better in one day, right? With programming yourself thin, look at 1% better every day. So sometimes we might work on our water Sometimes might work on walking, sometimes might work on optimizing our salads, you know, so always kind of working on something comfortably in a way where we just keep getting better and better and better and better and better and better. And that's where the success comes from. There's a great quote that most people overestimate how much weight they can lose in a month and underestimate how much weight they can lose in a year. So when you zoom your time frame out a bit and start thinking bigger picture, you can really get much better success in a much more comfortable way. You don't have to overwhelm yourself to lose weight. That's what you've been taught, but that's bullshit. You have to approach this slowly, calmly. This is a for the rest of your life thing, because don't you want to be at your goal weight for the rest of your life? Wouldn't that be nice? Okay, so, so what's the rush? You, you'd like to live. You expect and hope you're going to be living a while, right? So if you dedicate a year, 2 years, 3 years to mastering your mindset, lifestyle, and eating. Why is that a problem? You're going to be focusing on this forever, so what is your rush? You know, and that's what the diet industry uses. Uh, that's the carrot they dangle in front of you is fast weight loss. But fast— the fastest weight loss is the shortest lasting weight loss. No. Uh, Panther says, how do I start in the mind? Um, first thing I would suggest is go get the hypnosis session I give you. Get into my world. I give you more free stuff than anyone, and there's some cool, really cool stuff just about to happen in my world, um, that's free. Now I have a program, but I give you more free stuff than anyone I've ever heard. If anyone gives you more free stuff to me, please email me at jim@programmyourselfthen.com and let me know, because I take it very seriously that I give more free stuff away than anyone. I'm here to help people as much as I possibly can. Now I got to say, well, why would you charge for a program then? Because people follow what they invest in. People value what they invest in. And I am the one who is— I've been doing this for over 20 years professionally. So I did get an email yesterday where someone asked me if I cared why do I charge money for my program, um, because I've given the program away for free. And you know what happens when people get the program for free? They don't use it. Like, literally, most the time when I've given the program away for free, most of the time people never even log in. And on the flip side, I have people that pay me $25,000. It's $25 grand to work with me privately. Those people show up for absolutely everything, listen to every session I tell them to, watch every training I show them. So, you know, that's a reality too, you know, as well. But yes, no one, um, I do both, right? So no one will give you more free stuff than I do. So go get that free hypnosis session. It's, um, I put the link in the chat too here. So you can get it quick. If you're on TikTok, you can just click the link in my bio. But if you're in Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram, I'll just put it in the chat window here. And, uh, yeah, I mean, this here, just go sign up for this because this will give you a free hypnosis session called The New Thin Me. Um, I give you a training, 3 Steps to Master Your Weight. That's about to be updated. It's really awesome. That's gonna be coming very quickly here, probably this week. Um, I have a thing called PYT Daily, which I'm really honing in. That's really cool. Uh, so there's a lot of cool stuff coming. So anyways, yeah, go check that out. Um, Nancy says, I've listened to your program twice through and learned something new each time. I'm 10 pounds from my best weight. Keep teaching. All right, Nancy. All right, Nancy, nice job. And I love hearing that so much. It makes me so happy. And I just want to point that out that, yeah, most people that are in Program Yourself Then will go through the program multiple times. That's how you master things, folks. Reinforcement, exposure, repeated exposure. Um, so great job, Nancy. And again, remember, you can always restart the daily hypnosis as many times as you like. Just start a, you know, create a support ticket and let them know you'd like to restart if you want that support as well. But great job, Nancy. Keep it up, keep it up. Um, Jane says, I am not a bean eater. What bean do you suggest to start with that, um, which is mild? Um, I think I'm a big fan of black beans. Chickpeas or garbanzo beans are probably, probably the lightest one, I would say, in my opinion. It depends, you know, people are different, but I would say garbanzo chickpea bean is a good starting point. Black bean for some people is really good. Just depends, you know, how you feel. And even if it doesn't agree with you right off the bat the first time, don't just quit on it because sometimes your body has to get used to more beans. Mine certainly did, but it took a couple of weeks and now I feel great when I do it. It's very interesting. Also, there's lentils, right? I don't know if lentils are technically a bean or a legume, but, but they're— again, I don't want to say which ones are harsher than others, but those— the lentils sometimes are more gentle for people. But again, it just depends on your body too. But those are the 3 beans I would start with. And again, it doesn't have to be every week, you know, be once a week. You add some beans into something, get used to them. And then up it. Yeah, Carolyn said that'd be nice. Yeah. Um, and what you give away, people don't value. Sad. No, it's true though. Yeah, I agree. Um, it is sad. I mean, like, I get it though. I mean, I'm the same way, right? I, I can't tell you how many free programs I've gotten. I never even, you know, hardly even engage. And then I, I've spent a little over $100 grand in programs, you know. And so the highest ones I've spent Um, which is 10, 15 grand, you better believe those are the ones I am most committed to, you know what I mean? Like, I'm there for every single thing. Um, again, I mean, look at college, you know. If I look at college, if I hadn't invested as much as I did the first, you know, 3 and a half years, I don't think I would have finished. It was a, it was a hard slog at the end there, but again, my pre-commitment to what I'd done pulled me through to the end. So You know, that's just a whole nother thing, is the commitment you have and the investment you've made. I don't know, I could talk about that all day. Um, I think it's an important piece of the puzzle. Oh, look at that, just made a fava water mayo the other day, so good. Fava water mayo, okay. Yeah, so fava water is the— if you make chickpeas, right, that's the water, um, that they sit in. So yeah, you can do some interesting stuff with that. True, true, nice job. Um, Panther says, what about alcohol? Um, yeah, I mean, alcohol, it's usually not a great help for weight loss typically, right? You know, again, there's a lot of types of ways to drink alcohol, you know. So again, I don't have one answer for the whole thing. Um, but I will say this, I mean, if you drink alcohol, I don't think you need to get rid of it completely. Okay. So again, in Program Yourself Thin, we have the 3 Rs of weight loss: reduce, replace, remove. And I think a lot of people go straight to remove. Um, so, you know, again, there's too many people that just give a blanket prescription for how to deal with alcohol, but, um, you don't need to completely give up alcohol. You know, maybe dialing it down a bit might support your weight loss. Um, and again, it just depends on how the alcohol is impacting you, you know, to how you would deal with that. Uh, yeah, man, let's— got any questions, feel free to ask them. I don't see too many. I got a lot of stuff to do. All right, I'm gonna get out of here. So again, if you're not in my world, make sure you go click the link in my bio and go get the free hypnosis session I gave you. TikTok, just click my picture over here. I just put the link in. Um, go get in my world. I got a bunch of cool stuff coming your way. Um, a lot of it's just free, so, so go check that out. Uh, if you like this, I'm here every Monday through Friday, usually around noon Eastern. Uh, so if you have any questions, you want any help, pop on here. If you can't make this live, uh, it's also a podcast. So you go to any podcast platform, search Program Yourself Then. And you'll see it. Okay, so go check that out. And, um, yeah, and I have a book. It's, uh, The Tao of Living at Your Goal Weight. I know TikTok, you can't see that because it's mirrored backwards, but the rest of you, there you go. The Tao of Living at Your Goal Weight. Uh, hold on, I see, I see Lois says something here. Lois says, you're so right about the longer time frame. I was 200 pounds at the end of 2022, lost and gained but never back to the 200 pounds. June 2025, I weighed 174 yesterday. Oh, okay, wait, wait, wait. June 2025, I weighed 174.8. Yesterday I weighed 136.4. Your program and support helped change my mindset from all or nothing to something. Lois, wonderful. Thank you for sharing that. And I think that's, that's what I'm talking about, folks. Time's changing anyways, so you might as well just relax and do things the right way because it's going to be next year, it's going to be 2 years from now, it's going to be 3 years from now. And so stop trying to rush everything and just do things the proper way and you end up in a place where you want to be. Okay, so thanks so much, everyone. Have a super day. I'll talk soon. Bye.
