The carb that makes you thin? Yes, you heard me right. The more of this carb you add into your diet, the more weight you will lose naturally and automatically, I promise you. What carb am I talking about? It is fiber. Fiber is the number one ingredient that has been stripped out of our modern day diet because it does not process well. So processed foods typically strip out the fiber and this causes three big problems. The first one is that when you strip the fiber out of the food, you absorb the calories very quickly which spikes your blood sugar. Number two is that you absorb much more of the calories when you eat fiber rich foods, a lot of times the calories bind to the fiber and they pass right through ever being absorbed. And the third big thing is that fiber makes you feel satisfied. So when you eat fiber it's not digested so it stays in your intestines making you feel full. So the more fiber that you eat, the more weight you're going to lose naturally, easily and automatically.
