A short YouTube monologue by Jim Katsoulis examining the dictionary definition of the word "thin", noting its negative connotations (e.g., "painfully thin"), contrasting that with his personal sense of "thin" as meaning being at one’s goal weight, and asking whether a dedicated word exists for "being at one’s goal weight."

The definition of thin. So I got curious the other day and looked up thin in the dictionary, and I was surprised to see it was kind of a negative connotation. It said the situation where a person has little or too little flesh or fat on their body. And then it gave the example she was painfully thin. I said, that's kind of a negative connotation, because to me, thin means being at your goal weight. But then I started thinking, what is a word that means being at your goal weight? Does one exist? I couldn't think of it. I couldn't find it. And so I'm going to continue using thin. But I'm curious to know, do you have a word that means that.
