This is a YouTube video titled "the hardest part of being at your goal weight" created in July 2025. The content is a guided visualization or motivational talk encouraging the viewer to imagine themselves at their goal weight, focusing on the feelings, experiences, and daily activities associated with that state to enhance motivation. There is a single speaker guiding the listener through this mental exercise.
What would be the best part of being at your goal weight? I don't want you to think about it. I want you to imagine it. I want you to imagine it's tomorrow morning. And before you've even opened your eyes, you realize that your body has transformed and you are now at your goal weight. And as you lie there in bed, notice how it feels on the inside to know that you're at your goal weight, to be in that body. Feel your body with your hands. Notice how it feels different. Enjoy that. Now take a moment and imagine yourself hopping out of bed and getting dressed in the exact clothes that you want to wear on that body. Notice what it feels like to get dressed in those clothes, to know you look that way, that you feel this way. Connect to all of those experiences. Now, imagine yourself moving through your morning. Whatever you expect yourself to do tomorrow morning, imagine yourself doing it at your goal weight in that body as that version of you. Notice how you move. Notice which things are easier, which things are more enjoyable, which things are the same. Notice how that feels. And now imagine yourself moving through your day. Whatever you expect to happen tomorrow, imagine going through that day at your goal weight and notice all the little differences, how it feels to get in and out of your car, to move around, to run into different people, to speak with people. Notice which foods you want to eat. Notice how it feels to move around, to live your life at that weight. And let all those feelings go deep into your body, into your mind, so that you begin to connect to all the pleasure that you expect and anticipate at that weight. And the more you can imagine this, the more motivation you're going to tap into. So keep this idea in your mind and in your body.
