The hobby that makes you thin. What if I told you that one of the easiest ways to lose weight is to have a hobby that you enjoy? We all know that boredom eating is one of the biggest challenges of losing weight, and what most people do is they try and just stop themselves from eating when they're bored. But the real genuine solution to it is to find something that actually interests you during that time instead. I can tell you, for me, playing guitar has been one of the key factors to master my weight because a lot of times I'm playing between 8 and 9 o'clock at night, and so my brain has something else to focus on other than the food. Now, this doesn't completely resolve the boredom eating, but it goes a way towards truly taking your mind off the food during those times? And then more importantly, is it something that allows you to grow and evolve and progress as a human being? And that feels good because it nourishes your soul on a deep level. So find a hobby or restart a hobby that you used to do, and I think you're going to find that it helps you lose weight much, much easier.
