The most important diet discovery of all time is that the more strict and rigid a diet is, the less likely a person is to follow it long term. And so, assuming that you want to lose weight for good, not just for a month or two, you have got to change the way that you're judging diets that you're going to use. We can't just look at a diet and say, which one's going to make me lose weight the fastest? Because that's usually the strictest, most rigid diets. And so you may lose weight, but it's only going to be temporary. The secret to long term weight loss is to create a weight loss plan that is flexible, that allows you to have different foods to make mistakes and makes it easy to get back on track, because again, the more strict and rigid it is, the less likely you are to succeed long term. So start getting more flexible with how you're eating. If you want to go deeper into this idea, go to my bio, click the link, get the hypnosis session, but watch the training I give you afterwards called the three steps to master your weight, because I will take you through how to set your diet up so that it is flexible, so it sets you up for long term success.
