The most satisfying diet. Now, ironically, this is a diet that most people think is unsatisfying, but the reality is that this diet and way of eating is the best way for you to reduce your hunger, making it easier to eat in a way that's going to allow you to lose weight and get to your goal weight. And that diet is a plant-based diet. Now, I want to be clear, you can still eat meat, but the idea is that you're going to get most of your nourishment from plant-based foods. And this helps reduce your hunger for two key reasons. The first one is that it makes it much easier to satisfy your micronutrient needs. A lot of people are feeling hungry all the time because they're eating highly processed foods that are not meeting their micronutrient needs. And so their body is sending them a signal to eat more food because they think they're in a natural environment. So as soon as you start meeting your micronutrient needs, your hunger starts to go down. And the second reason is that plant-based foods have a lot more fiber in them. And the more fiber you consume, the more satisfied you feel, because the fiber is not absorbed in your body. It stays in your gastrointestinal tract, and it makes you feel more full and satisfied. So you're going to find if you start eating more plant-based foods that your hunger goes down. It becomes so much easier to eat in a way that allows you to live at your goal weight.
