How to choose the perfect goal weight. And this is so important. If you choose the wrong goal weight, your entire experience of weight loss is going to be a struggle. If you just pick some really low weight and say, that's what I want to live at, you don't, because you don't want to live that way. You might like to be that weight, but you don't want to live that lifestyle. You could achieve whatever weight you want if you were willing to just drink water and eat carrots all day. But most people don't want to live that way. And so we've got to update and say, what weight would give me the best quality of life? And so we look at the big picture. What most people have to do is they have to raise up that goal weight a little bit. Now, you may not like that part, but the part that makes up for it is that all of a sudden you're going to feel a sense of congruence. And once it feels right to you, you're going to unleash a level of motivation you probably have never experienced. So take a little bit of time and think, what weight will give me the best quality of life?
