I use less dressing techniques. So salads are great, but you want to be careful of the dressing because it's very easy. Use 2, 3, 4 times the serving size on your salad. So you want the salad to taste good, but you don't want all those extra calories. So the easiest way to do that is to use a bowl and mix it up. Because when you just put the dressing on the top, it doesn't get down to the bottom and doesn't taste good on the bottom part. But if you mix it up, it spreads all the dressing around and you can use a lot less while it still tastes good.
