A short motivational talk about how one’s internal dialogue (self-talk) influences weight and well-being. The voice that makes you thin. Do you know there's a voice up in your head that's talking to you all the time? This is called your internal dialogue. And this is why hypnotists say you are your own best or worst hypnotist. Because this voice is literally dictating your weight. And if you've been struggling with your weight, there's a very good chance that this voice is constantly beating you up and berating you for having not lost the weight, but that is literally keeping you stuck. What if you replace this voice with a more encouraging and supportive voice that began to focus you on what you truly wanted and how good it was going to feel? A voice that asked you questions like, how good would it feel to live at your goal weight? How much better would it feel on your knees and your hips to reduce that extra weight? How much better would it feel for your stamina to have more energy, to feel more alive, to feel happy with your body, to love your body, to eat in a way that nourished every cell of your being so that you began to vibrate at a higher level? Feeling amazing, feeling like the person you were meant to be. If you had a voice like this in your head 24 hours a day, would better results? I believe you would. And so this is the real secret to mastering your weight. It's not enough to know what to do. It's about thinking in a new way and speaking to yourself in a more supportive, encouraging way.
