3 steps to eat slower. Listen, the slower you eat, the less you eat, the easier it is to lose weight. It's that simple. Step number 1 is to remember to do it. Your eating is an automated behavior, so just remembering it is a challenge. So what you want to do is you want to set reminders for yourself so you remember it without having to think about it. One of the easiest ways to do this is take like a ribbon and tie it around your fork, something that will trigger you to remember to do it before you start eating. Number 2 is you want to relax your body. Relax your shoulders, your chest, your stomach, your face, and take a deep breath. Step number 3 is to relax your mind, and you do this by stepping into the present moment. Connect to your body while you're relaxing it and center yourself. Get ready to eat in a calm, relaxed way. Let go of the day, let go of any stresses, and just center yourself and give yourself a break while you're eating. And when you do all 3 of these things, you're going to find that you naturally eat slower, which causes you to easily start losing weight.
