What weight mastery feels like. I want you to imagine it's tomorrow morning and you've woken up at your goal weight. And before you even open your eyes, you can feel your body with your hands, noticing how it feels. Notice how it feels on the inside to breathe in this body, to be in this body. Now imagine yourself hopping out of bed, getting dressed in the exact clothes that you would like to wear at this weight. Imagine how it feels to get dressed in these clothes, to put them on, how it feels to look in the mirror at yourself wearing these clothes, looking the way you want to look, feeling the way that you want to feel. Now, I want you to imagine that you're anticipating a healthy, nourishing breakfast. Something that's light, something that makes you feel good, that satisfies you completely. And after you eat that breakfast, you go about your typical day seeing the people you normally see. Notice how it feels to move in this body, to run into these people and talk to these people at this weight, as this version of you. Now imagine yourself moving towards lunchtime, where you crave and desire a healthy, nourishing meal. Something that's going to satisfy your body and nourish it, that's going to make you feel good. And once you've eaten that, you go about the rest of your day in this body, feeling lighter, walking taller, breathing easier as you move towards dinner, where you anticipate eating something that is extremely nourishing and healthy. And you crave that because you want to keep this good feeling going on. And you know that this food not only makes you feel good, but it also keeps you at this exact weight, the exact weight that you want to live at. And now you imagine yourself finishing up dinner and going about the rest of your evening, drinking water, doing things that relax you and calm your mind down so that you can do the whole thing the next day again.
