What weight would make you the happiest? I want you to think about that weight now, and I want you to imagine that you woke up tomorrow morning at that weight in that body. I want you to imagine you're lying in bed and you've magically transformed overnight. And I want you to really connect to that body. How does it feel to breathe? How does it feel to know this is your new body? I want you to connect to that feeling. Now imagine yourself hopping out of bed and getting dressed in the exact outfit that you'd want to wear in in that body. Imagine getting dressed, the feeling of getting dressed with those clothes, knowing they're going to look and feel the way you want them to. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror when you're all done. How does it feel to be this version of you, at this weight in this body?
Now imagine yourself moving through the rest of your day, how you move through your morning, what you typically would do tomorrow. But now you're in this body as this version of you. And I want you to feel it. I want you to notice if you walk taller, if you breathe more, if you're smiling more. I want you to feel that happiness, that feeling of satisfaction, that sense of freedom that comes with this body. And I want you to imagine moving through your day, running into the people you expect to see, having conversations with them, and notice if anything's different. Notice if you're speaking differently. Notice how it feels to be in this body as you speak with these people.
And notice that feeling and allow it to go into your body. Allow every cell of your being to absorb that feeling. I want you to know what it feels like now. And imagine yourself continuing to move through the day, running into the people you expect to see, doing the things you expect to do, but feel yourself doing them in this body. Notice how it feels to move, how you hold yourself, how you speak, how you all the little things. Notice if you smile more, if your voice sounds different, how does it feel to be in this body? And imagine yourself going through into the evening, going through your nightly routine, getting back into bed in that body, looking forward to doing the whole thing again the next day.
