what's your goal weight?

Jim Katsoulis guides you through imagining a day in your goal body. He walks you through waking up, getting dressed, moving through the world, and noticing how your posture, stamina, and voice feel different. The visualization is meant to shift how you think about yourself and start becoming that person from the inside.

What is your goal weight? And don't pick the same weight you always pick. Change it up by at least a pound or two. Now imagine that you woke up at that weight. Tomorrow morning, you're lying in bed, you haven't even opened your eyes yet, and you're lying there in that body. As that version of you, I want you to connect to that. Now I want you to imagine hopping out of bed and getting dressed in the exact outfit that you would like to wear on that body. And I want you to slow down and connect to the process of getting dressed. Notice how it feels. Imagine being done looking at yourself in the mirror. How does that feel? To look that way, to feel that way, to be that version of you? Now imagine moving through the rest of your day in that body as that version of you. All the things that you know you're going to do tomorrow, but you're experiencing them and doing them in that body. I want you to connect to how that feels. The little things moving up and down stairs, getting in and out of chairs, little things. How's your stamina? How do you hold yourself? Do you walk taller? Do you feel lighter? Do you feel happier? Do you imagine yourself smiling more? Hear your voice as you speak to people? You sound more hopeful, more confident, more successful. Allow all those feelings to seep into your body. Feel that body, what it feels like on the inside and on the outside, how it feels to be that version of you. As you move through your day tomorrow. Which foods do you crave when you're in that body, is that version of you. Which foods do you eat? What other habits do you have that show up when you're that version of you? How is your focus different? You're thinking different? How you feel different? Pay attention to all those things and all the best parts of that. Let them seep deep into each cell of your being so that you begin to get connected to this version of you. So that you transform into this person from the inside out. Because it all starts with thoughts. And as you begin to elevate your thinking to be this version of you, you start the process of actually becoming that person in reality.
