Jim Katsoulis breaks down why you're constantly hungry: processed foods lack micronutrients your body craves, dehydration masquerades as hunger, and poor sleep makes you eat more to compensate for lost energy.
Chapters
3 main reasons you're hungry all the time. Number 1, you're undernourished. If you eat a lot of processed foods and not a lot of whole natural foods, your body is not getting the micronutrients that it needs. So your body is sending you a hunger signal so that you'll eat more food. Number 2, you're not hydrated enough. In the natural world, we used to eat a lot of our hydration because the foods we ate had a way higher water content level. And so now when you think that you're hungry, a lot of times it's actually just that you're thirsty. And number 3, low quality sleep. When you are tired, your body makes up for that lack of energy you got from sleeping properly by eating Eating more food so you have more energy.
