You Have Plenty of Time to Lose Weight

A live-streamed episode (Program Yourself Thin podcast / YouTube) by Jim Katsoulis arguing that weight loss succeeds when people drop arbitrary short-term deadlines and adopt a lifelong, day-by-day mindset. Jim uses analogies (brushing teeth) and client Q&A to emphasize sustainable, comfortable strategies (vs. extreme diets or long fasting), and he outlines his Program Yourself Thin system (goal-weight blueprint, nightly 60‑second re‑do rehearsal, daily 5‑minute and weekly 10‑minute hypnosis sessions). The video also includes promotion of his book (DAo/living at your goal weight), pricing and availability notes, listener questions and brief coaching answers, and calls-to-action to join his email list and the free “PYT Spark” mini-program.

Everyone, welcome to today's program yourself Thin Podcast. Oh, they're not going to be able to hear me. Hold on, hold on. There we go. Now they can hear me. Hey everyone, welcome to today's programmer self Thin Podcast. Today we're talking about you have plenty of time to lose weight. I bring this message to you specifically on the second Friday of the new year, the first, the end of the first full week of the new year. And my message is that even if you haven't had the best, can't look at myself that way. Even if you haven't had the best week ever this week, if you're not fully back on track, it's fine. You still got another 51 weeks and you're still got plenty of time to get your weight loss goals and move in the direction you want to go. And. But the key thing is not to feel like you failed already. I know a lot of clients, well, we kind of work on this stuff, but excuse me, A lot of people are going to end this week feeling like they've blown it already. And you have not blown it already. And I share that message with you because it's important to keep this in mind all the time. Not just the beginning of a new year, but constantly. You always have more time. People tend to do this thing, especially dieters tend to do this thing where they put these deadlines on themselves. They'll say, okay, I got the new year, new me, I'm going to kick it off and I'm going to do the right stuff or I'm going to lose all the weight. I got six months, I'm going vacation, then I got to lose weight by then. And you know, it doesn't matter, import your own thing. But we're constantly giving ourselves these kind of time frames. You know, okay, I'm going to give myself, I got this much time, I got, I got to do this. And we start thinking these time frames. But if we take a step back and think about it, you're going to want to live at your goal weight for the rest of your life, every single day of your life. When you wake up, you're going to want to be at your goal weight. That's never going to change. And so the secret is to realize that this is a never ending process. And so it doesn't involve the timeframes that you're thinking about. Let me give you an alternative example to really bring the point home. If you think to yourself, I'm going to brush my teeth really good for the next six months, I'm going to get my teeth in great shape for the next six months, right? Would you ever say that? Would you ever think to yourself, I'm gonna floss for the next six months. I'm gonna brush my teeth extra good for the next six months. Why? I want him to be extra clean when I go on vacation. What about afterwards? You know, it's a. It's a weird. Again, we don't think of our teeth that way. But when it comes to weight, we're constantly thinking about in these little time frames. And thinking about those little time frames is what sets you up to feel like you failed, because the time frames are arbitrary again. We know for a fact that every day for the rest of your life, you're going to want to be at your goal weight. So we know that that's never going to leave. You're never going to wake up one day and not want to be at your goal weight. So why would you say, I'm gonna give myself six months. I got three months. I got this week. The time frame doesn't exist. Just like for your teeth. It just doesn't exist. You go, I'm gonna. I'm gonna floss my teeth for the next two weeks. Why? What's the point of that? It's not going to do anything. That's not the goal, right? You want to have flossing your teeth all the time. That's where you get the benefit from, right? It's the same thing with your weight. You've got to stop thinking in these little time frames because they're messing with your head and they're making it feel like, okay, if I can do it in this period of time, then great, and if not, what, I quit. But again, for the rest of your life, every day you wake up, you're going to want to be at your goal weight. So recognize, internalize that and realize that there is no time limit. There is no finish line. There's just each and every day. And if you can start to really internalize that, what happens next is you start to treat each and every day as an opportunity to get better, to improve, to move in the direction you want to go in. There's no. There's really. There's kind of like not a streak. There's no, I'm on track, I'm off track. Every day kind of comes the same day in that sense. Just like with your teeth. Every day is the same day with your teeth, isn't it? Pretty much, right? You. You got whatever your teeth routine is, whether it's brushing your teeth, flossing, water picks, whatever you may be doing, you and your mind don't have a time frame for that. When you think about brushing your teeth, it's something you do each and every day. You, you never have said, I'm going to brush my teeth really good for the next three weeks. It doesn't, it doesn't even compute almost right. But when it comes to weight loss, you can't imagine not having a time frame. You can't imagine saying, I'm going to give myself forever. You have to think, I'm going to give myself a week. I'm going to. Okay, I get this long. I got this long, get this long. But you can see, just like if you did that with your teeth, I'm going to floss for two months. It almost begs the question, well, what then? What are you going to do after that though? Why just two months? You see, it naturally evokes that response. And so again, this is just one way to start to internalize that. The mindset you have for weight loss is the number one thing preventing you from losing weight. Because you've been conditioned to think like a dieter. And dieters aren't successful with their weight. They're not successful managing their weight long term. They're unsuccessful with it. That's why they always need to keep it dieting. Okay? And the big difference between someone who's a dieter and someone who wants to live at their goal weight is really the time frame they exist within. And as soon as you get rid of that time frame and make your weight loss more like how you think about your teeth, the better off you'll be. All right. So if you want to go deeper into this concept, click the link in my bio or I will put over here in Facebook, YouTube land, the link to this free hypnosis session I give you. It is called the new Thin Me. It is a 10 minute kickstart hypno session. Hypnosis session. Boop. There it is. So you can click that. It takes 10 seconds to get it. And yeah, go check it out. I give you a bunch of free stuff. So that's just the beginning of it, but go get that. And then I give you a free training, give you a report, give you a bunch of cool stuff. So go check that out. But if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. I hope everyone's having a great day, a great start of the new year. We just wrapped up the promotion for this thing, so this is no longer free, but it's about as close to free as you can get. You can still get it. I think the digital version is maybe like three bucks. I think the physical version is only ten bucks. I think. I think that's the call. If I would suggest. I think this book is better read in a physical version than a digital version. But anyways. Yes. So if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask them. If you don't know, I am here usually every day, Monday through Friday day, to answer your questions and to help you get control of your weight. We got a new camera angle over here in Facebook and YouTube land. Just kind of mix it up a little bit. I don't know. So it's not just the. The painting behind me now. You can see a little bit of a bigger picture of where I'm working. I'm working in a corner. I don't know. It looks kind of different. I'm kind of. I'm up for it. Let me change, actually, in case I do show you my book. Book. So you can read. Unflip the. Unflip the screen, but there you go. So this book is available at places people get books. So yeah, go check that out if you like reading about weight loss in new ways, because that's what this book does. And I want to thank everyone who got this book during the promotion, those of you that left a review. I thank you so much. We did actually get to number one, so that's pretty cool, huh? So, yes, we did get to number one in one category. Number two in. In another category. I think number 10 in a different category. But I'll take it. Right. So that was pretty fun. So thank you so much, everyone. Everyone that got this book and wrote reviews for it. I truly appreciate it. And please remember, if you got the book, please write a review. Okay. Take you five seconds. I don't even care what you write. Just write anything. The reviews really do help the algorithm kind of kick it out and get it to other people. Claire says good advice. Thank you. Yes, I try to share some good advice here. You know, at the very least, I will hopefully give you a different take on things. Right. And that's. That's kind of my goal here. What's up, Betty? Betty says bought your book. I don't. I have to be careful what I'm saying because tick tock will restrict me. And so I'm trying to be careful. I said, Betty says, got your book. It was delivered yesterday. Excellent. Love the book. Thank you, Betty. I appreciate that. Yes, A lot of people loving this book. I Think that. I really think it's something special. Special. So again, it is available now. Go check it out. If you are looking for a new approach to dealing with your weight, and hopefully you are because you're probably tired of struggling with it and dieting and fighting with yourself and all that stuff. So this kind of lays out a different path forward. And again, the key word of the DOW is dao is translated in English as kind of the way. But I think it is, it's kind of the way where you flow, you know, instead of having to fight your way through things, you kind of flow to get the results you're looking for. And that's what this book's all about. And, and I think that's what makes it unique is that most weight loss is really taught as a battle, you know, it's taught as a fight to the end. And this book here really kind of lays out an approach that's built around flowing and being in alignment, you know what I mean? So, so it's more about, it's certainly more about the mindset actually what this book does. It brings you through really the entire program yourself then system in a very strategic way just makes very accessible. So anyways, that's there. But yeah, if any of any questions, feel free to ask them. Any weight loss questions are acceptable. I mean I can't answer everything, but I can, I can give it a shot and I usually am able to at least make some headway on it. I know we do have a new food pyramid, right? So there's new, new food guidance coming out and as usual, you know, you gotta, you gotta, you gotta figure it out on your own. You know, let's be honest, we live in a time and a place in, in history where it's kind of every person for himself. So I will tell you one thing. I would not take that food pyramid and, and go strictly by that. So I think there's some things about it that are better than previous ones and some things about it are deceptively sneaky and can probably kill you if you're not aware of things. So, you know, that's just where we find ourselves that in 2026, you really have to take responsibility for your own weight and health because there's no one here to help you, apparently, you know, you know, I'm here to help you. But yes, in terms of the powers that be, they're, they're not helping you much. But cold where I'm at, I'm putting this on here. But yeah, any questions, feel free. Ask me, I'm gonna have a quiet day. You know, I, I do find a lot of people from conversations I've had, they're kind of limping towards the end of the week. And I can't say that I'm not included in that. Although I am fired up because I have. Well, I've had a kind of a slower week, but boy, I really got a lot of things organized and I am enjoying that. I almost did a lesson on that too today. I have, over my career I've definitely noticed a parallel between weight loss and decluttering an organization in your environment. And I've seen very often they go hand in hand. And I think they're directly related to each other. I think sometimes you can almost think of the weight as almost hoarding weight, hoarding food, you know, I mean, there's a direct relationship to it. And so anyways. Oh, come on, get out of here. They just, they just restricted me over in tick tock land. But yeah, anyways, Santa says hello there. I've tried losing weight by various methods like intermittent fasting, paleo, etc, but now nothing seems to be working. Okay. Yeah, but you know, the first thing we gotta understand is it's not that nothing works. Please understand this and you'll all be able to relate to this. It's not that nothing works. It's that you can't stick to any of those plans long enough for them to work. And then, yeah, Santa comes up with it, follows up with my question is, does intermittent fasting work? I do a 42 hour fast weekly, once. And I don't see much weight loss after the initial loss of seven kilograms. Yeah. Okay, so there we go. And so, you know, the thing is that again, it's not that it doesn't work, it's not that Paleo, intermittent fasting, counting points, weight watchers, tracking calories, restrict. Any of these things will work if you do them the way it's recommended. Long enough. Okay. The problem is that most people can't do these things long enough to get the results they want. And then when, you know given, they follow it up with a 42 hour fast. Yeah, I would say that 42 hour fast is getting really, really difficult, especially now that you're not losing much weight. And it's getting more difficult. It's really, it's uncomfortable, it's difficult, it's extreme. A 42 hour fast, you know, again. And by the way, please, the golden rule of program yourself then. There's no right or wrong, there's only what works. For you. But for the vast majority of people, a 42 hour fast is going to be very stressful and difficult. And so you're not going to want to keep it up unless there's dramatic weight loss on the other side. And as soon as the weight loss slows down or stops, it's going to be impossible if you keep that thing up. So again, it's not that, it's not that those things don't work technically, it's that you're not going to be able to keep them up because they're too intense. So, yeah. Does intermittent fasting work? Yeah, sure, it works if you, if you continue and use it and you do it right. But what most people do with intermittent fasting, the majority of people is they jump into intermittent fasting first day, and from now on they're not going to eat for 16 hours a day minimum. And it's really stressful, it's really hard, especially last couple hours, the eating window opens and now you're so hungry that now you overeat. And so, you know, you put all that effort and energy into not eating for 16 hours. And now a lot of times you can't stop your eating because you're so hungry and eventually people quit. Now, again, are there people that succeed with intermittent fasting? Obviously. So if you intermittent fast and it works beautifully for you, stick with it. But if you're intermittent fasting and it's the most miserable thing you've ever done, then no, it's not going to work. It's not going to help you. Okay, so. And it's the same with all of them. This is the same with Paleo Keto Weight watchers, any of them, it doesn't matter if you find it difficult and challenging, you're not going to do it long, most likely. So again, what I'm talking about here with program yourself then is really asking the question, how can I live at my goal weight in the easiest, most enjoyable, comfortable way? A question no one ever asks. But I asked that question because if you come up with the answers to it now, you're on the path and you're starting to develop the strategy to not only get to your goal, but live your life there. You just stay there for the rest of your life. And I would say most likely the way that you've been doing intermittent fasting of 42 hours, the way, way you've done paleo, the way you've done other things that are really extreme, they're so extreme that you can't keep yourself doing them unless you're losing dramatic amounts of weight. And as soon as the weight loss slows down a little bit, you find your motivation disappears as well, and that's where you're at. So my solution would be not to look for some superhuman level of willpower that'll keep you on the path, but instead to start to find a better way to lose weight that resonates with you and feels more comfortable and enjoyable. That's where I put my energies. Jenny says, weird one, how loud should the sleep hypnosis track be? A quiet murmur or fairly loud? That's a great question. So Jenny's in the program and with program yourself, then one piece of the program is you get morning, you get a five minute hypnosis session. At night you get a hypnosis session. Listen to which is about 10 minutes. I would say the sleep hypnosis, I would keep it somewhere in the middle. I don't think I'd want a quiet murmur where I kind of struggling to hear the words. I, I'd want it to be just loud enough for me to easily make out the words. And that, that I think is the sweet spot in terms of the sound. So that'd be my answer on that one. Sharon says, how'd your book do on the big A? Well, I can say Amazon now because I've been restricted on TikTok. So yes, I would say the book did great on Amazon. We did our launch. We got number one in one category, number two in the second category. So that's pretty exciting. So I'm hoping. I'm waiting. I'm supposed to get a number one bestseller badge, which will be pretty cool. And I can't wait. So I'm on the lookout for that, but we'll see. So anyways, that did happen though. We did hit number one. So with Amazon, if you hit number one, even for five minutes, it's official, you know, so I'm just waiting for my badge to come on there. But yeah, we hit number one in one category, number two in the second one. So I'm pretty happy with that. And now we're just getting reviews. So if, listen, if you grab this book, if you got this book off of Amazon, the Kindle, please go write a review. Just give me a review. Take two seconds of your time. It really helps. So I would really appreciate it. So again, here's the book. And if you didn't get the book, go buy it. It's 10 bucks. Okay, I know. I was giving away the free Kindle version. I will tell You, I will make this crystal clear. I think the Kindle version is great, you know, it's better than nothing. The physical version's a million times better and worth every penny. So I, I, and if it's not, you send it back. It's Amazon. It's Amazon. Tick Tock. I guess so I get so annoying, right? It's annoying that Tick Tock restricts this because I say Amazon but they don't want anyone to leave the platform, you know, but so they kind of force you to try and sell your through Tick Tock, you know, but I'm not doing it because I'm, I don't want to sell books myself. But anyways, who gives a. So I'm restricted now. Now I can just talk about it. But anyway, so yeah, it was a very successful launch, really happy with it. And yeah, and the best part of all, without question, is people starting to let me know how much they're like in the book. And that, that's really coolest part. So really appreciate that said that one Emily says Monday through Friday, my fast is 18 hours fasting and six hour eating window. I have found that fasting for 18 hours brings mental clarity. Weekends are different. I will eat three meals. I find this a great way to splurge a little on the weekends and limit during weekdays. I think that's great, Emily. I think I like that a lot. I think, and again, I just want to start off by saying that to me there's no right or wrong. I don't really judge what people are doing because I respect that everyone's gonna have a different way of doing, you know. So I think instead of saying like, oh, this is the way to do it, I'm much more about like, well, how does that way of doing it feel for you? And if it feels amazing for you and it really works and kind of checks all the boxes, then I shut up. You know what I mean? Like, great, you did it. That's it. The golden rule. If it works for you, that's all that matters, you know. And so I think for you, Emily, that's a great strategy for a lot of people. 18 hours is going to be too much. It's going to be miserable. So that's okay too. So if 18 hours does, is uncomfortable for you, I, I do, I guess I'm always hesitant to say intermittent fasting because I started doing this over 30 years ago. I wanted to. My big issue is nighttime snacking. And so anyways, I started creating a bigger and bigger window between when I stopped Eating and when I went to bed and by doing that, you know, I guess there was no intermittent fasting back then. But what started happening is, you know, basically it turned into a period of time where I stopped eating. And that was magical, amazing for me. But even now, I still do that. I usually stop eating six, seven at night, start eating the next day, seven, eight, somewhere around there. So usually I'm not eating for 13, 14 hours a day, you know, but I, I, I worked up to it, and I never got to the, the magical 16 hours. You know, I think intermittent fasting kind of sells that 16 hours, as if it's so important and it's not. Nothing magical happens those last two hours. Physiologically, it's. And so if you've tried intermittent fasting, it's been stressful, you can look for other ways. But you can also play around with intermittent fasting in a different way. And you could start off slow. You could start off, you know, making eight hours and not eating nine hours, then make it 10, then make it 12 and work up to a level that's comfortable for me personally, to not eat until, you know, for me to do 16 hours is uncomfortable. I don't like it. I don't feel good. That's me. And so I adjust it to my own thing. You're all, I think you're always going to be better off served adjusting your strategies to you rather than trying to force yourself to follow the strategies. You know, I think most people experience weight loss as if they're trying to, you know, fit a square peg into a round hole and you're trying to force yourself to do these different diety things, you know. So again for you, Emily, great job. It sounds like you have really figured something out that works for you, so nice job. Sanda says, oops. Come on, get out of there. Great advice. Well, good. I'm glad you appreciate that, Sandra. So, yeah, take a different look at that. Engine says, thank you for daily motivations. Jim. I am a dieter since I was 12 and in my late 40s. I said, Enough is enough. I got so sick of losing and gaining weight. Your program really helps me and motivates me for living a healthy life. Nighttime snacking is still a problem for me. I just switched to a healthier food. Well, that's awesome, Engine. And I'm really, I hope I'm saying your name right, too. I don't know if it's like Engine, but let's assume it's Engine. I'm trying to say it proper, but anyways, welcome to the program. I saw you join the program, really happy that you're in there. We got you all straightened out and everything's going good. Understand that the nighttime snacking is still a problem for me. That's fine. It took me. Nighttime snacking was my biggest issue. I was 50 pounds heavier and nighttime snacking was the main thing I focused on initially. And is that right? And ween. Am I saying that right? Anyways, so, so I went to work on the nighttime snacking. But I mean I spent months and months and months and months working on that. But I did it because each and every time I worked out I got better. You know that that's what I think. We're talking about this in the coaching group yesterday that I, I think when it comes to weight loss, dieting has taught you to believe that you're just who you are. And the difference is that you're just going to force yourself to do something now. And so dieting has framed weight loss as a willpower, forcing yourself to do something, exercise. And the way I think about it is that we really want to make it so it's natural and automatic. You know that that's the real secret, I think to getting long term results. So anyways, in programming yourself then we're always getting better, you know, and so you know, a dieter is going to look at nighttime snacking and say, okay, I'm starting my diet, no more nighttime snacking and program yourself. Then we look at and say, okay, I want to get better at not eating at night. And we just keep, we move it inch by inch by inch by inch and we keep developing strategies, improving them, optimizing and tweaking them until we're really good at not eating at night. And So I spent six, seven months working on not eating at night 30 years ago, but now over 30 years, I don't eat at night, I don't snack at night anymore. Do you see what I'm saying? So it's like the idea that we zoom in and focus on something and get really good at it so that we have a skill set under us. Not like dieting, because dieting you don't have a skill set under you. You just have willpower, forcing yourself to do things. And that's a temporary solution typically. So, so again, anguine, I don't know if I'm saying it right but, but again, I want you to realize that the great job. But working on the nighttime snacking, even switching it to some, something healthier is a step in the right direction. And so keep focusing on it, keep improving, keep getting better. And obviously use the redo rehearsal technique with it, fill out your blueprints and just keep improving. You'll get to the point where you master it and you no longer snack at night and it just feels normal and natural. That's where you want to be. And if it takes you a couple months to get there, who cares? Because then you have that skill forever. Right? So again, we're always focusing on the long term, more than just the short term here. But great job. Barbara says, how will hypnosis work to change my long standing dieter's mentality? I'm thinking about joining the program. Well, okay, there's kind of three things in the program that are going to help you change your diet or mentality. But the key thing to understand is that to change, you're not going to change your diet or mentality so much. Okay, I want to reframe this a little bit. You will change it, okay? So yes, you will change it. But I want to make it clear it's not so much about changing your diet or mentality as much as it is about learning how to think like a thin, healthy person. Do you see what I'm saying? And the reason I say this distinction is because your subconscious mind, which is this program is really built around your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind does not understand negatives. So if I say get your willpower together and don't think about what I'm about to say, okay? Get your willpower together. I'll give you a second. Okay, you ready? Okay, Ready? Don't think about what I'm about to say. You ready? Get all your willpower together. Okay? Don't think about a yellow banana. Don't think about a banana. Don't think about a banana. And what are you thinking about? Right? So in program yourself, then one of the core parts of this program is that we're focused on what we want to do. So it's not about like, oh, we got to stop thinking like a diet. I want to stop thinking like that. It's about how do I think like a thin, healthy person. And everything's aimed at that direction. Okay? So once we know that, there's three ways in the program that we use to help you think like a thin, healthy person. The first one is the goal weight blueprint. Right? And so that's what this is. And so this here is the goal weight blueprint. It's 144 pages. So this is a legit. This is your secret weapon. This is Your customized roadmap to get to your goal weight and live there. And we do it by going through the goal weight pyramid, which is mindset lifestyle eating. And we break those down in more categories and you fill out those answers and customize them yourself. So this is the first step, knowing what to do. Knowing what to do to live as a thin, healthy person, how to think, live and eat like a thin, healthy person. The nuts and bolts of how to do it, Boom. That's what this is. Okay? Now the next piece is that knowing what to do is not being able to do it right. There's two separate things you need to do. You need to know what to do specifically for you, and you need to know how to get yourself to do it. And so that's the second piece is the program yourself then method, okay, which is really the reader rehearsal technique, which is a 60 second mental rehearsal technique you use at night to reprogram your mind to think like a thin, healthy person, to enact all the things you figure out in the blueprint, okay? And you do that every night to program your mind. Then comes the final piece, which is the hypnosis sessions and program Yourself then is the number one hypnosis program on the planet. There's no program like this. It's an eight week program where every morning, for eight weeks, every morning, 57 sessions total, every morning you get a five minute hypnosis session with a core with a weight loss mantra in it. And what happens is every morning for five minutes, you relax, you breathe, you turn your attention inwards, you hear good ideas that go into your mind and then you go about your day. Okay? So what happens is the hypnosis helps you because physically it relaxes you, it helps you breathe more mentally, it helps you turn your attention inwards and become more sensitive and aware of what's happening inside of you. And then you get good ideas put in your mind as well. And so it's affecting on multiple levels. And every morning you start your day with a five minute session. Now at night, every week, you get a core weight loss mantra. This is a 10 minute session with a core weight loss mantra. This is what the whole mindset program is built around because you're going to put these eight core ideas into your mind, okay? And so at night, you listen to that session and you listen to that one repeatedly. So you get a new one each week, but that one you want to listen to repeatedly. So in an ideal world, you're going to listen to the five minute session in the morning and Then you're gonna listen to 10 minute session @ night and you're gonna bookend your days with those hypnosis sessions. And every time you listen to a hypnosis session again, you're working on relaxing, breathing, turning your attention inwards, becoming more aware and sensitive of subtle things inside of you and getting lots of good ideas put into your mind. And that is fundamental, I think, to losing weight because it changes you. I can almost guarantee you, Barbara, that you probably deal with stress, anxiety, and you're probably not too good at dealing with it. You're probably not great at being able to relax, calm down and center yourself at will. I think it's a fundamental skill to get in control over your behaviors and your thoughts and your feelings. So that's another fundamental piece of the program. So it's kind of those three pieces that all work together to move you towards being the person you want to be and living at the weight you want to live at. But it's not just the hypnosis. I want to make that clear. It's very important. I think the hypnosis is very powerful and a very helpful, important piece of the program. But it's just one piece out of the big three. And they all, they're all necessary, in my opinion, to get the results you're really looking for. So I hope that helps you out. I don't know if I took the screenshot yet. Yeah. So I hope that helps out. But yeah, if anyone any questions, feel free to ask them. Ken says the mantra over the thin me do changed my life. It definitely runs on autopilot now. Yeah, exactly. That is one of the core mantras. Right. And again, Kent's in the program doing awesome. And yeah, I mean, again, there's just no program on the planet like this. There's not even, and I don't even hesitate for one second, it's the number one. There's not even a hypnosis program close to this. You will never find one even close to this. If you do, shoot me a message and I will give you a thousand dollars. How about that? You find a hypnosis program that's effective as this. I won't say effective how you're going to measure that. There's nothing even like this. You will never find an eight week program that gives you daily hypnosis sessions, the weekly ones. And on top of that, there's a hypnosis library with another 30 sessions sessions in it. There's no program on the planet like this. What most programs are going to be Is you're going to get a program with 3, 4, 5 hypnosis sessions in there, 30 minute sessions. You listen to. It's supposed to change everything. It's not going to. You need consistency. You need to practice regularly being able to calm yourself, ground yourself, tap into your thoughts and guide in the direction you want, you know, so, yes, Barbara says yes, that's so true. Yes, of course I. I know because again, if you're, if you're thinking about joining, I already know you, Barbara. I already know Barbara. I know you're overthinker because no one listens to me. That's not an overthinker. So you're an overthinker. And that overthinker reality I am too, typically, is that we overthink so much that overthinking creates tension in our body. And so what happens for most overthinkers is we're walking through life very tense and stressed, and that is very difficult to succeed with. So one of the first and core things we do is ground ourselves and calm ourselves. This is the first thing I ever did, you know, but my ability to calm and ground myself now is just light years ahead of where it was. And it's fundamental because, you know, all of a sudden I'm hit with a craving. Instead of just ramping up. That's what most people do, right? Most of you dieters, you're gonna have a craving, just ramp up. No, no, no, no. I don't want to give in and you freak out. I get a craving. And that's what you start to do. I mean, it's not just the craving, but another challenge comes and you start to, like, notice that all of a sudden when the challenge, you know, appears, you kind of. You ease into it, you ground yourself into it. And when you ground yourself as an overthinker, when you calm and ground yourself and then you deal with a challenge, it is. You're shocked because the overthinking is not the problem. The overthinking is a solution. The problem is you've never learned how to truly use your overthinking mind. Never and most likely been trained to think your overthinking is the problem. It's not. It is the solution. You just have to learn how to use it. I always joke around that if you have this, if you're an overthinker, you've got like this, this super gift. It's like a sports car, but you never learned how to drive it, you know, and so you get into it and you Drive it into a pole real fast and hard, you know. So again, we got to learn how to use our mind. And overthinking is just a real gift. But most like you've never learned how to use it for your success. It's been running on its own, you know, for your stress instead. So hopefully that helps. Bookworm says. Jim, your blueprint arrived by snail mail this morning. Thank you so much. It's amazing. Very good, Very good. All right. Yes. Up in Canada, it takes a little while, doesn't it? Because I sent that a while ago. I'm glad you got it. Yeah. So you're. Oh, you're welcome. You're welcome, Bookworm. Yeah. It's my pleasure to sign it. Yes. The. The blueprint again. If you join the program, I will let you know. And I'm on the fence with this. I'm not really. I think I've already decided. But I will let you know that the program right now is $297. It is going up to $497. And that is going to be it. Again, I know I say this every day. I can understand if you don't believe me because I've said this probably for a year at least now, but there's always kind of something gets in the way and I haven't. I just haven't got the price up. But. And so I was thinking about like I was giving you one last chance until Monday, but then I was thinking I've actually got. For all of you that aren't in the program or even signed up for, my email list is I actually have a free program I'm putting together and giving out called PYT Spark. And that includes a the new thing me self hypnosis session. There's a three steps to mastering your weight masterclass. There is a new report I put together, how to use the program yourself, then method, the redo rehearsal technique specifically. And there's the goal weight quiz to help you figure out the right goal weight for yourself. And so. And there's even more stuff. I told you, no one gives you more free stuff than I do. Okay. So what I started thinking is I should give you that, let you play around with the program and kind of see what it's like. And then I will keep the price to 297 for an extra week just to give you one last chance, because I'm gonna do that too. I already decided. So. So I will give you one extra week if you want to get it. And you can go to program Yourself then right now it's 297. It's a new year pricing. I'll leave it up for one more week. And then the following Sunday, which will be what, the 18th? I know the dates on the, on Sunday. I'm going to New York. I'm going to go see a show on Broadway. I can't wait. But I know that's the 11th, so it'll be the 18th. That'll be it. That's the last day. But I'll give you guys a little bit more fair warning on it. And I will be sending out the program yourself in Spark program today or tomorrow. So if you're on my email list, you'll get an email for that and you'll be able to get that. So I just want to let you know that. But yes, super glad you got this. And the reason that what brought me on this wormhole is that if you join the program right now, you get this book, you get the digital version of this. Okay. If you want to buy it again, I sell it to you at cost. You can do that. But once the price does go up, I will be sending this as a physical version as well, but the program be 200 more. So you're better off getting the program now at 300 bucks. And if you want the physical version, ordering it. But if you wait, you'll be able to get the physical version because that, it's just going to come with that, but it's also gonna be $200 more anyways. Okay, there it is. What's up, Jane? Jane says I have a shopping issue also. I shop and then get stressed out about spending the money and head right to the market for candy or ice cream. Well, great job though, Jane. Again, you know, all change, I believe, starts with awareness. And so your awareness, you're aware now, you know, so I'm proud of you. You're aware of that specific thing. Okay. And so now that you're aware of it now you can start asking better questions. Now you're doing what most people do is that you're, you're telling me about the problem. You know, you're saying, I got a shopping issue also. I shop and then I get stressed. And see, this is what most people do. They're defining their reality with the problem. I get shopping, I go shopping, I get stressed out of my mind. I eat everything in sight. And that's how most people are going to describe the problem. But there's no way, there's no way to get to the solution. So what I want you to do, Jane, this weekend especially is I want you to start asking the question, how can I go shopping and stay relaxed? How can I go shopping and stay relaxed? How can I relax? How can I go shop in a relaxed way? What would I have to do? What would that feel like? And if you took this a step further and you said you, you went home tonight and you sat in your favorite chair or sofa and you kind of sat back and relaxed. Oh, I took a couple breaths and just calm down, ground yourself and say, okay, what would it feel like if I went shopping and I stayed relaxed and calm? If I was breathing and enjoying myself and all that, what would that feel like? Right? And you say, well, yeah, but it's the money. It's the money. We'll say, okay, but you're gonna spend the money anyways, right? So how much money would, would allow you to stay relaxed and calm? You know? And so again, I'm not saying you're just going to be hit with a perfect solution, but what I'm saying is we want to articulate the problem in a solution oriented way. And by starting to ask this question, go at it this way, you bring your brain in a different direction. All right, so kind of a quick, quick. Hopefully that helped you a little bit. Jane says, PYT Spark. Yes, PYT Spark. It looks awesome, I'm telling you. Yeah. Well, there you go. Jody, of course, she went through it. Jody's a superstar. She's a master, master practitioner in the program, I would say. And she said, I went through the spark program. Looks good. Yeah, thank you again. It's. And it's just. It looks awesome, I think. And, and I'm working on making it even better. But even right now, it's just great stuff, I think. I mean, it's a program I could charge for. Easy, easy, easy. 50 bucks. I mean, easy. But I'm giving away for free. I just want you to see there's a better way. You know, again, I was giving this away for free. I gave it, I did everything I could. I told you, I gave it away for free for five days. I can't give it away for free any more than that. They only give me five days. But you can still get it, though. And you can get the physical version now. The physical version is cheaper. It's 10 bucks. 10 bucks for this book. Best 10 bucks you'll ever spend on your weight. This is the best $10 you would ever spend on your weight, I guarantee it. And if you don't believe it, just return it, it's Amazon. Just get it, read it. This is horrible. I don't want this book. And send it back and get your 10 bucks back. But you ain't gonna do that. You're not gonna send it back. It's really good. So go check that. This is 10 bucks now, but yeah, pyt spark. So if you want to get into the Spark program, it's not 100 set up yet, but it will be this weekend. It's 99 fixed, so it's really ready to go. This is my normal shoe. I'm like, okay, I gotta set it up. It's, it's set up. Jody went through it. Okay, but if you opt in. So if you go to I put the link in Facebook. If you scroll up, you'll see it. Or YouTube if you're on Tick Tock, you can click the link in my bio and go over there and get it. Do it. Yeah. Vicki says Hi, Jim. It's $10 on the rainforest I saw for 14.99. Yeah, the price. Oh, you know what though? Actually, I forget because if I. Let me look real quick, I forget, you know, I, I, in my world, I changed the price, but I don't know. Okay. Yeah, it hasn't shown up yet. My bad, my bad. Okay, so they said it takes a little bit, but. Okay, so give it, give it a couple. A day or two, I guess. They said it could take up to 48 hours. I doubt it'll take that long, but my bad. Whoops. It's gonna be 9.9. I changed the price already, but it takes a little bit to update in the system. So yes, you can just wait, wait another day or two and then you'll be able to get this for 9.99 on Amazon. The Kindle version is $3, and I don't know if that's live yet either. Actually, it's not showing up on mine, so I don't know if it's just a cookie thing, whatever, but I can't look at any place. But. So, yeah, so I'm kind of curious. Let me, let me just look. Let me look on a different browser real quick because I am kind of curious if, If it actually went through or not or if I'm just seeing an old price. No, I'm still showing up at 14 bucks, so. Okay, so whatever. Give it a day or two and it'll be there. Yeah, it's, it's showing the old prices, so it takes a little bit to, to get populated. Oops. Because I was saying get it for 10. So anyways, not trying to trick you all, so give it a little bit of time, but it'll be there. Plan to get extra copies to give his gifts. Oh, that's awesome, Vicky. That makes me happy. Again, this is a great book. If you have anyone that gives a about weight at all that forever died or, you know, I mean those people there, get them this book. This will change their lives. This book is, you know, this is a hypnotic book. Okay. What that means is it's got 40 chapters in it. Each chapter is a page or two. Okay? So it's meant to be. Again, it's kind of like, I don't know what you call that, poetry, styling or whatever, but it's just an easy read. So once you start reading it, a lot of people tell me just kind of blast it through the whole book and. Or you can just open up to any chapter. Every chapter is kind of its own self contained thing, but every chapter is written in a hypnotic way. I am a hypnotist, okay? So I don't just want to say things to you. I want to help you think differently. And so the goal here, and thankfully I'm hearing a lot of validation that it's working, is that as you read these chapters, you are changing the way you think. That's the goal. Just as if you listen to a hypnosis session that the session's designed to change the way you're thinking in a very easy, natural way. And that's another piece of the dao. Piece of this. The dao is the way, but it's the way that is in. It's in congruence with the environment. It's the way of flow, you know, so instead of fighting against everything, we're kind of flowing with nature, we're flowing with the energy in our minds and all the rest of it. And so the hypnosis is a part of that concept, you know, because instead of relying on willpower, we're relying on new thoughts, a new mindset. And instead of having to study really hard, you're just reading fun stories that are easy to read, but they stick with you. That's the goal. And thankfully I've heard from a lot of people that they're sticking with them. And that's so cool to me, so much so. One of the best ones I've heard so far from that is I was talking with someone and they were reading it and it seems like a lot of people do like the, the water. The water chapter in here because again, it's not about water. Oh, no, not the water one. It is. Yeah. Maybe I'll just read it to you. That's the Sleep Sleep one. The Sleep chapter. How long is it? That's a little long. I'm not going to read it. But the Sleep chapter, people like it a lot, right? So anyways, she was like, yeah, I read it. So one of my favorite chapters. And she goes. Then I was. Watch a Hallmark Hallmark movie, and they were. They were doing something there. And she's like. It made me think of that. You know, that's when hypnosis is working. That's when hypnosis is at its best. When you read the chapter and you're like, oh, that's a cool story. But then you're watching something else completely different, but it's reminiscent all of a sudden, because what that's doing is it's creating more neural connections, and it's attaching it means that you're starting to think through that lens, because even you're seeing this thing. It has nothing to do with this thing. Your brain's connecting them, and that's how real change happens. And that's what this book's designed to do, and I believe it will. And again, you can get this book for 10 bucks now on Amazon. You can get the Kindle book for three bucks. God, please. I'm telling you. And I don't really make any money off of this, so I don't. This has no. I don't give a shit. I don't care which one you buy, but I would say that extra $7 will be some of the best extra $7 you ever spent. I think having this thing in your hand is a whole nother level of energy. This book has been very. I have very thoughtfully designed this book and crafted it to be read with a. In a physical way. And it's designed to be on your coffee table next to your bed in the bathroom. Just grab it, read a chapter, go on. And if you do that regularly, it's gonna. It's gonna create changes. So, yeah, check it out. Yeah, there you go. Yeah. Vicki said blasted through it at the. At the hairdressers. Yeah, that's what I mean. Like, it's quick, easy reading, but it's fun and light. And that's what we need more of in weight loss. We need fun, easy, light feelings, not the goddamn heaviness of dieting. That's part of what's made it so miserable. Most people now subconsciously associate stress and strain and misery to losing weight. And this book you know, there's a lot of intention behind it, but one of the key things is that real, in my opinion, real weight loss, success comes through relaxation and flow and calm and working with your environment and mind and body to get the results you want rather than fighting against it. Right. And that's fundamental to this. Jane says not sure if I'm on your email list. Well, you would know, Jane, if you don't know, if you don't know if you're on my email list this week, then you are not on my email list because I have been emailing like a madman. I apologize, everyone, but I, I do want to push the book up and I'm glad we did because we got the number one, so we got the number one and number two, two different categories. So I'm really proud of that and, and I thank you all. You're the ones that made it happen, so thank you so much. But we made that happen through a lot of emails. So, yes, if you, if you don't know if you're on my email list, then you're not on it and, or you are and they're all going to spam or something because I've spent. I sent quite a bunch of messages out this week, so. But if you're not again, you can scroll up. I'll put the link in one more time. You can, you can sign up here. Yeah, Jody, the pick on Spark is new. Yeah. You like that? All the, all the graphics are new and program yourself then. Yeah, it's really cool for me. It's been fun. Even the new logo, I don't know if people have noticed this, but this is a new logo now as well. You can see the color version of it here. But. So we even got a new logo. So program yourself then. Like I said, I've been doing program yourself then for over 20 years and I created a lot of the stuff along the way or, you know, got some people to do whatever. So it was really fun. Last month I really, we redesigned the logo, all the program, you know, images and stuff and it just, it looks awesome. I, I don't know, it makes me happy. So anyways, yes, the, the, the PYT Spark. Oh yeah, my picture. Yes. Even my pictures I had to replace. I had that picture of me where I, I don't know, it's funny, it wasn't that long ago, but it was probably 10 years ago, you know, but I look like a little kid. I almost felt like. So, yes, I got my new picture up there too, so I look like I. Look. Engine. Engine. Is that it? Is it engine or is it engin? I can't tell. Now clarify that last part. Is it because you're not spelling engine like an engine of a car? Let me know. I gotta know. This is the name of the book. The dow of living at your goal weight. Dao living your way. I'll write that in two, so you can just copy it if you want to get it. Okay. Engine. Okay, all right, I got it. That's easy then. Engine. Yeah, Okay, I know that I got a reference point for that. Well, now I got it. I'll never say that wrong again. That's kind of what I was thinking. Anyways. Adrian says, oh, my gosh. Being able to deal with cravings in this way is the weirdest, best feeling ever. Yes, yes, agreed, Adrian. And it's just. It's just surreal. We're never taught that. We're always taught to fight against our cravings. But again, the real secret, I think long term is to learn how to manage. We just did. Oh, man. Talk about. In the Thrive program, which is kind of the ongoing. If you go through the regular program, want to continue being supported. The Thrive program is that program. But in that. We did a lesson this week where we talk about cravings, and we went through a book again. I got a very bad book title name. Here's my new thing. That's another thing I did this week because I got a. I started. I committed to some new softwares, which is always just such a disorienting thing. Oh, I will never find this, will I? Yes, I will, because you know how I'm gonna do it? The craving mind. Hey, all right. This thing's working good. I got a new. This thing's really cool. It doesn't matter. I'm not gonna bore you with that stuff. Okay, so the Craving Mind by Judah Brewer. Great book. I like that book a lot. But it's time of cravings. And he worked a lot with. With addiction, you know, and so he. That's kind of what the book's about, how to deal with cravings. But. But basically, the long story short is that the. We're always taught to fight against cravings, but. But it's pretty much been established now that the better way to deal with cravings is kind of ground ourselves. Calm down, relax. Because you're two totally different persons. When you're relaxed, calm, and grounded, you're a different version of you than when you're stressed, tense, and, you know, anxious. You're literally two different versions of You. And so as you learn to relax and calm down, that's central, fundamental to program yourself, then I would say if I had to pick one fundamental, central thing to program yourself, then it's that we are really. Everything builds out of being more relaxed and calm. Now it doesn't mean you're always relaxed and calm. Please understand. It means that you're able to go into a relaxed, calm state at will. Pretty much. You know, there's always some outlier experiences. You're still gonna be a little tense, but most the time you're gonna be able to bring yourself back into this nice, relaxed, calm central state. And from that place you're able to think completely different, you know, and, and that, that's kind of the core of it. Right? Sweet Caroline says no link here in ig. Yeah, let me, let me put it on an error. So here, let me put in Instagram. You can follow this link to get on my email list. And you really ought to get on my email list because again, I, I have Program yourself in Spark is a new program I'm giving away for free. And again, I don't know, you're going to see other hypnotists and I love my hypnotist colleagues. I don't mean this, but there's no one doing what I'm doing. I, I'm not gonna beat around the bush. Marissa Pier, she's a great hypnotist. She doesn't. She has not dedicated her, her life and her career to weight mastery. So I appreciate her. I love hypnosis and she's a good generalist. So go get her. Let's. Look, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna. You know what? I like all these people, but I'm just saying there's nothing like program yourself. Then even the free program I give, I think you're gonna find is about. I believe Program yourself in Spark is right around the ballpark of what you're going to pay for. For 90% of hypnosis programs. I think it's better because the training alone to me is valuable. But the hypnosis sessions, I'm giving them to you. And I got a lot more stuff I'm giving you. So this is just the beginning of the PYT Spark program, which is free again. I always tell you all that my mission in life is to help as many people as possible live at their goal weight. And again, you just gotta. You got to compartmentalize things in life. But my just gnawing away at me all the time is I Just want to give away, I want to help people for free. Then you say, well, why don't you give the program away for free? Because if you do that, and I have done that, people don't value it. So, you know, how much something cost is directly in my experience as a consumer and as a, you know, creator is that people get the utility out of things, but it's definitely related to how much they value it. So if all of a sudden, you know, Mercedes costs the same as, you know, less expensive car, you just start to value it less, you know, so, so it is a factor. That's the main reason I'm raising the price on the program, you know, But I'm also giving you more stuff away for free too. So anyways, I don't know how I got onto that. But yeah, you should definitely sign up for my list. If you're on TikTok, click the little picture of me and then you'll be brought to the bio. You can click the link, go get it and then you're there. All right. Engine says, I really like the poetry style. I was thinking about reading and recording to listen at night before sleep. Do you plan to make it into an audiobook? I do plan to make it an audiobook and I may do that next week. I may at least start on it next week and it's not going to take me long. But yes, this was absolutely going to be an audiobook. I have to think about how I'm going to get that all to you. If you're a customer, if you're in the program, I'm 100%. That'll just be added to the members area. Okay, so you will just get access to that. I don't know how am I going to do that though? Because it's going to be a lot of files. I got to kind of think it out. I know I haven't done this yet, so I have to figure that out. But yes, there will be an audio version. I was kind of kicking around the idea of doing like a hypnosis program around it, but that's kind of a big commitment. I don't know, we'll see. But anyways, yes, there will absolutely be an audio version of this. Okay, but I may do someday. I cannot imagine I won't, but we'll see. So don't hold me to this. But I may. There's 40 chapters of this book. I may do like a 40 day hypnosis program with it with like each day like a five minute hypnosis session built around that day's lesson. I may do that. I just can't stop myself. I don't know. I don't know. But I will do an audio version first. The other one I'm kind of just kicking around, so I'll see. See what people think. Deborah says, how do I get on your email list, Jim? And thanks so much. I've lost ten pounds in the last month. Thanks. Listening to you. That's awesome, Deborah. Nice job. I love that, too. I get. I get emails every day from people that listen to the podcast who are successfully losing weight just from the podcast. Okay. So definitely make sure you get on my email list. All right. And you know that link I just put in? Did I put it in there? Right? I'll put it one more time in Facebook because I don't think I put the right link in. I'll put the direct link right to what's going on here. This is direct link right to the hypnosis session. And once you sign up here, you'll be on my email list and you'll get all the other stuff. But, yeah, if you're on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, you should just seen that. Oh, thank you. Engine. Yeah. Oh, that port okay. Yeah, yeah, the sparkling. Great. All right, where are we at? Oh, there's Sherry. What's up, Sherry? 100 true. For sure. The book really does build connections with life around me, and I love it. Yeah. Again, it's very intentional to do that. Like, again, there's a lot of. There's a lot of thought put in this book. There's a lot of thought for the program. Obviously, the program's like a college course. I always say that. I'm not trying to trick anyone. I mean, this is. This. This program isn't for most people. I just make that crystal clear. This is for the overthinkers, the overachievers, the perfectionists, the people that take a lot of action. This program's for you, obviously. Look who we're going through. Okay. This is serious stuff, and I know that. Okay. But I wrote this book for really for two reasons. The main reason is to help my clients that are in the program get a different view of the program. So this program's got 40 chapters, but every chapter is related to a part of the program. Let me give you an example of what I mean. So in program yourself, then we really build the strategy around the goalway pyramid. Okay? So that's kind of the general concept of the program. And so come on now. The hell's the pyramid? Come on. It's right on this other side. Hold on. This is a new version of it. So it's a little like it's sticking together more. Okay, here we go. So in program yourself, then we follow this goal. Weight, pyramid, mindset, lifestyle, eating. And within each one of these, there's categories, right? So it's like, I don't know, I could pick self image, right? So mindset, self image. And so in the program, you know, there's a training. There's a whole section in the workbook that you fill out. Okay? But now in this book, there's also a chapter. Excuse me, The magic Mirror. Right, the magic mirror. Let me see something here. So the magic mirror, seeing yourself differently is the self image chapter. Does that make sense? Right, so the next chapter is going to be about habits, right? So we get the habit loop, right? So we got a chapter struggle. So we get trapped chapter on the habit loop. Kind of the hypnotic story. Really easy to read all the rest of it. It's an overview of the mindset section. Oops, Habits, you see? I mean, and so on and so forth. So there's chapters that cover all of these. These topics. Oops, there we go, like that. And then there's another part, you know, transforming your mind, how to run your mind. There's chapters on that. So. So it's all related, but it's just a different angle on it. It's a light, accessible, easy overview of it. Then you can dive into the. The meat and the depth of it when you're ready. But it gets you on both levels. That was the big reason I wrote it. And the other reason is that people that have no idea what Program Yourself is can read this and get a ton of value without any of the depth of the program. So again, it really is intentionally written for both those types of people. Tick tock. Trying to restrict me. I can't believe it. Huh? They don't want anyone going to Amazon. Bookworm says the PYT program is worth a million dollars. To be honest, there's nothing on the planet that's equivalent. Well, I appreciate you saying that. Yes, I couldn't agree more either. There really is nothing like this. And it's exciting. I will tell you, 2026 is really program yourself in Jira, no question about this one, because finally all the ducks are in a row and things are ready to go blow up. It's gonna be fun. It's gonna be exciting because I'm gonna be helped so many more people because things are really set up, locked in now. But I agree. I. I mean, this program is just priceless, you know, because it really does change you from the inside out into a thin, healthy person. It's that guide. Yeah. Yeah. I bought the hard coffee. Oh, man. Well, thank you, bookworm. I appreciate. I appreciate your getting that book. Yeah, Booker said. I love that the PYT program and the DA book are so relaxing. Yes, that's a key part of the thing. Right? Again, we all need to relax. I was a stress case. I'm so much more relaxed in life, and that's fundamental not only to my quality of life, but also to my ability to weigh what I want to weigh, so. Agreed? Agreed. Oh, now, engine. I'm not sure which one I said. You said the second one. I forgot what I said. Engine. Hold on. It can't be engine now. And I don't know what G H I N G H G H. I'm have to put it into some like sound maker. Jane says, I want to do your program, but I have thrown so much money at weight loss and promised myself and my friends I wouldn't spend any more on it. I had cure, which is also a hypnosis app, and it didn't help. Oh, dear. Yeah, hypnosis by itself's not going to change your weight. And I say that as a hypnotist. You know, there's just no way. You know what I mean? Like, there's no way in the world I could hypnotize you to be a piano player. You know what I mean? Like, you could be a piano player and you could use hypnosis to become a better piano player. Right? But. But you can't just magically have a bunch of information popped in your head and you just become a different person. I think hypnosis is best when it's a supportive mechanism when it comes to weight loss. Now, there are some things, if you have a phobia, I can. I can do magic on you. But when it comes to weight loss, it's a different process. It's just there's so much to it. And my. My belief is you need a comprehensive, holistic approach to master your weight. And I would guess that most of you have never used a comprehensive, holistic approach to master your weight. And so the hypnosis is one piece of it. The knowing what to do for yourself, you know, having a strategic plan for how to think, live, and eat like a thin, healthy person that's customized to you is another piece of it. And then the other piece is being able to run your own mind which is the most important piece out of all of them, is how do you run your own mind? How do you manage your own thoughts? And that's what the Program Yourself Then method, the redo rehearsal techniques show you how to do. You know, so I get it, Jane, again, I mean, you know, I hear that all the time. People, they, you know, they just get to the point where it's like they're just so discouraged and so apathetic that they feel like they can't do it. I do guarantee it for 30 days if that makes you feel any better. But the difference with Programming Yourself then, opposed to all other programs, is Program Yourself then is built around your mistakes. This is what makes it different from every diet on the planet, is that every diet, you do it really. It's like you start it and now it becomes an endurance test for how long you can be perfect with it. Program Yourself Then. You start by listening to a five minute hypnosis session and then reviewing the mistakes you make. So Program Yourself Then is unique because honestly, at the core of it, it's built around learning and growing from your mistakes. And that's really important because you're going to make mistakes. Dieting will make you think that your success path really is about never making a mistake again. But the truth is that when you build your success around your mistakes, it's a much more stable system. So again, we make mistakes and we have a strategy to learn and grow and get ourselves back on track quickly. That's the reader rehearsal technique. That's fundamental to the program. And so I think that's one of the things, the main things that makes it different, because I know everything else you've done, Jane, it's like, oh my God, it's going amazing. It's great. I'm doing, I'm losing weight, everything's perfect. And then all of a sudden it's not, and you quit. And once you stopped, once you made a mistake, once that motivation disappeared, you had no strategy to get yourself back on track. That is why, by the way, and program yourself then the very first thing you do, mindset's on the bottom is most important. And the first mindset thing you do, if you can all read that, it says motivation, you have to learn how to motivate yourself. Most of you dieters have no idea how to motivate yourself. Sometimes you get motivated, you don't know why, and it's great when it happens. And then it goes and you don't know how to get it back. So we got to learn how to run our motivation. Good news is there's a science of motivation that you can rely on and use to keep you moving forward in a way that's powerful. Your motivations like the engine of the car. And the truth is you all have no idea how to run it. You have no idea how to crank up that engine. You're trying to, you know, drive a car with a 10 horsepower engine in it up a hill. Ain't gonna work. You need to put a bigger engine in the. In the car. And it's metaphor for. You need to learn how to tap into deeper motivation. Good news is it's not hard to do. But tree says I want the free. Yeah, then go sign up for there. It's all free. Right. Go check it out. Check it out. And I got more stuff coming again. You know, I'm going to refine some of the stuff, but you know, the other thing that's going to be coming is I'm gonna be sending you emails every day. If you want them, you know, you don't have to have them, but I've got more stuff coming at you for free than. Than anyone I know of. You know, if someone's giving you more stuff away for free than me, let me know because I'm very competitive about that. So I'll just give you more free stuff. But. And thread throughout the year, I send you stuff. But again, it's going to another level. The free program's going to another level. And I'm so excited for you. So again, 2026, I'm helping you lose weight whether you join the program or not. Tough. That's what's happening. Yeah. All right. I like this bookworm. Yes, sir. People won't need a GLP1 after joining the program and reading the dial book. Appreciate you saying that. Yes. And that's the goal. And again, I'm telling you, the shine's gonna come off of GLP1s. It's gonna happen this year as much as this year is the year of program yourself thinner. 2026 is going to be the year the shine comes out. The GLP ones, mark my words. We will see. Lois says I lost some more weight, but even better, my doctor remeasured my height and I am now 145 and 48 tall. And increased. Wait, it got taller? All right. Nice job, Lois. Doing good. Doing good. Engin. Engin, we got it. Thank you. Thank you, Engin. I knew it was an engine. I knew that that didn't make sense. That's Engin. Thank You. That's what I needed. Yes, like the G and guinea pig. Thank you. That's funny, Engin, but now I got it. It's in there. It's in there. I might slip sometimes. Where do you get your book? Amazon. You can go to Amazon and go get it. Oh, it looks like I was unrestricted and here I am trying to. Oh, now I'm restricted. I'm restricted on TikTok. They won't let me say Amazon. They don't want me sending people off the platform. But I'm restricted now, so all bets are off. Go get it. Amazon.com you can download, although wait on this. I would suggest waiting at 24 hours because I just changed the price. So this book, it's going to be set at the physical book is 10 bucks. That's the book you should get. You know what I mean? Like, like spend the extra 10 bucks. I'm telling you, the Kindle book's great. If you love Kindles, obviously, get that it's gonna be $3, but this is formatted better. And it's just, it's got the, the energy to it. It's got the physical book energy to it. Man, this book feels nice. I, I gotta tell you, I love this book. I just love it. I don't know, it's just the whole thing again, I don't know. Like, this is one of those magic projects. I would say I love my blueprint too. Maybe I just love everything I do. I take it back. I think I just love everything I do. I don't though this one. I, I lot of Anyways, all right. Lois says, so I agree. It's so relaxing is so beneficial. Oh, yes, absolutely. Yeah. And again, Lois in the program, and again, the success is most likely, you know, supported by the feeling of relaxation. You know, relaxation makes everything better. And a mate says, what's the first thing to get? I just started following Super. Yeah. Okay. Well, again, if you, I, I'll put it in one last time because I'm gonna get out of here. But if you go here, so I see you're on YouTube, so you should see this little message come through. But if you click this link. Whoops. If you click this link, you should be brought to a page where you can download a hypnosis session. And once you download that hypnosis session, you're on my email list and I will send you information about the Spark program, which is a free program I'm letting out into the world this weekend with a bunch of tools for you for free. Check them out and go get them. So, all right, I'm gonna get out of here, though. Gotta go, gotta go. So, yes, first thing is, if you're not in my world, click the link in my bio if you're on Tick Tock. If you're in Facebook or YouTube land, I just put the link up there. Go click that and go get the hypnosis session I give you. Once you do that, you're in my world. And I got some other stuff I'm gonna send you this weekend. I'm here every Monday through Friday use around noon Eastern, and I'm here to answer your questions. So anything you got, I'm happy to do it. And if you can't make the live and you like listening to this, it is a podcast, so you can search program yourself then on any of the podcast platforms and you'll see program yourself then pop up and you can listen whenever you like. And then finally, boom, you can get this book on Amazon. It is available now. I would wait. Wait another day, I guess it might take. But I lowered the price so the physical book is less than $10. Technically, it's $9.99. I can't beat that because this book is worth every single penny. It might be the deal of the century with the weight. And again, it's Amazon. You read the book and you say, this is a bunch of Jim, I don't like this. So you send it back and get a refund. Okay, but you ain't gonna do that. It's a really good book. So go check that out if you're looking for a new book to help you live at your goal weight. All right, all right, everyone. Have a super duper weekend and we'll talk soon. Bye.
