Your Highest Calorie Habit

This is a YouTube video titled "Your Highest Calorie Habit" created on July 12, 2025. The content likely discusses dietary habits related to calorie intake, but no conversational elements or multiple speakers are indicated in the excerpt.
Hey, everyone. Welcome to today's program yourself Thin podcast. Today we're talking about your highest calorie habit. Now, before we go into that, I just want to kind of set the stage here a little bit. Typically, when you try and lose weight, you try and change all your habits at once, equally. Right? Because whatever plan you're going to start, you're going to start doing it perfectly on day one, changing everything all at once until you lose the weight and beyond, right? That's a typical approach that we. It's so commonplace, we don't even consider it. Right. We don't even question if there's any other way. That's how you do it. You're going to lose weight, then you're going to start on a Monday, you're going to be 100% committed, you're going to change everything all at once, and you're well on your way to get into your goal weight. That's the plan. Now, if we take a step back and reflect on that, what typically happens, most people's experience of dieting, of weight loss, is that you will jump 100% into a plan, regardless of what the plan is, you will do it for a little while, 100%. You'll do everything perfect. You make all the right choices, do everything right, and at some point, a few days from now, a few weeks from now, you'll make a mistake, you'll find it harder and harder to keep doing this, and you will go back to doing none of it and back to your normal, regular behaviors. And this is the typical approach that most dieters, most weight loss people, go through over and over and over and over and over and over. I mean, typically tens to hundreds of times in a life where you literally do the exact same process over and over, where you jump in 100%, you do everything perfect for a little while, you can't keep it up, you go back to doing none of it, nothing at all. You get upset, you get started again. 100%. Stop. It's always this way, okay? So when I talk to you about your highest calorie habit, you have to understand that this comes from a completely different perspective. So in program yourself thin, we don't start by changing everything all at once. I don't want you to start on Monday doing everything perfect. Stop, stop, stop, stop. It's overwhelming. I don't believe you can just all of a sudden do everything perfect in one day. I don't think all of a sudden, in one day, you completely change how you think, behave, feel. I just don't think it's possible to do that and keep it up. So a program yourself, then it's much more strategic and systematic. And so instead of trying to change everything all at once, we strategically choose where we're going to focus our energy because we know there's only so much energy we got. We only have so much energy attention that we can dedicate to this. Right. We're living lives, we got other responsibilities, other things going on in our lives. It's hard to focus 1000% on just our weight. Not a good strategy. So in program yourself, then we recognize that if you want to dedicate 100%, you're free to do that, obviously. But we also got you when you're kind of feeling overwhelmed or challenged with other things in life. Okay. And so we start with a strategic choice to focus on your highest calorie habit. And how do you identify this? Well, you look for the habit that shows up daily or multiple times a week. So we're looking for things like snacking at night, overeating at dinner, grazing in the afternoons, during the day, overeating at lunch. Right. Things like this that are happening consistently and regularly. Right. So we're not looking for Thanksgiving that's once a year. We're not going to focus on that. We're not even looking for, you know, oh, every Friday night I go out and eat too much. We're really looking for even more common than that. That's where you want to start. And so let's just say, for example, you start with your evening snacking, maybe saying, that was, that was mine. So you start with even snacks every night I pretty much after dinner I sit down and I eat, you know, from 8:00 o'clock until 11:00 clock for snack, pick away all the rest of it. And it's probably, you know, 600 to a thousand calories every day pretty much. Okay. So we would strategically focus on that. Right. We're not trying to change everything. We're going to focus our energies on that until now. Here's the other piece is that in addition to strategically choosing one or two habits to work on at a time instead of all of them, the other piece is that we're really not looking to rely on willpower. So again, with dieting, you're using willpower to just make all the right decisions. Right. And so in order to do that, you have to be aware, you have to be focused, you have to be present, you have to be engaged to make the right choices each and every moment. Now, again, this is Overwhelming to your brain. You're not built to be mindful every second of the moment. You're built to run on autopilot. So as soon as you try and make all the exact right decision and be really mindful and really focused on what you're doing, you start to burn through your mental energy, your physical energy, and you get tired and overwhelmed. So, again, what we're looking to do here is we strategically focus on one habit at a time, and we want our solution to be not willpower based. Now, of course, we're going to use some willpower, but the difference is that where a dieter is going to say, oh, I'm not going to eat anymore at night, and they're just going to white knuckle, you know, grin and bear it until they don't do it. What we want to do is we want to start to strategically find a resolution to the challenge. So if snacking at night's a challenge, you know, I might say, okay, what's going on at night when I eat? Well, what am I looking for from this food? Maybe I'm looking to relax with it. Maybe it's entertainment. I watch TV while I'm eating it. Maybe, you know, this is a reward for working hard all day, whatever. And so we start to analyze it, we start to become aware, what is the pattern? What am I eating, when am I eating, how much am I eating, when am I doing it, what am I saying to myself, right, so we really want to deep dive into the habit. We want to understand it, because the more you understand it, the more you can create a strategic solution to it that's perfectly customized to that situation. And so maybe, you know, you snack at night because you're bored. You know, you're bored and you kind of scroll and watch TV and eat in order to kind of fill up the space. And so once you realize, again, this again, we can deep dive into and say, okay, what are some things I can do to stimulate myself, to entertain myself genuinely at a higher level? Because the eating and watching TV or scrolling is getting kind of boring. He said, maybe. Well, maybe I'll sign up for an art class. Maybe I'll call a friend. There's a million things you could do. But again, this is the process who kind of dive into the problem and understand it as much as we can so that we can come up with the most strategic solution that fits as possible. And so it's not built on willpower. It's built on a new way of behaving in the evening. It's practicing being the person we want to be and doing the things we want to do. It's practicing and figuring out other strategies, other things we can do at night. Instead of the eating the old way of doing it, we start to look into the mindset piece of it, how the lifestyle affects it, how the eating and what we're eating and what we're doing affects it. We dive into it. And so maybe you spend two, three, four months on this, but by the end of it, you have a real strategy and a real solution to this issue that's not just built around willpower. It's a new way of being. And when you approach things this way, the big difference is this, that, yeah, maybe in those three, four months, you don't lose as much weight as you would have if you just died and just stopped eating at night. But the real difference starts to reveal itself three months, six months, a year later, when, when you found a real resolution. What happens is now you keep it up pretty comfortably, and so the real results don't happen in the first two, three, four months necessarily. They happen over the next two, three, four years. This is what I'm saying. When you really look for strategic solutions to whatever challenges you have and really commit to those, what happens is you find real, genuine resolutions that work for you. Diet's not that right. Diet is you just forcing yourself to stop doing the wrong thing. What I'm talking about is training yourself and finding first finding out what's a better solution in this situation. How do I want to behave? What do I want to do? What do I want to feel? How do I need to think in order to make that all happen? You know, so we kind of deep dive into it. But again, the secret here is that when you put this time and effort in, you come up with real, genuine solutions that start to run automatically. And that's the big difference. Because dieting is kind of like a house of cards. I mean, as long as you've got the focus and the energy, that you can focus 100% on making the right decision, maybe you can do that. But inevitably, always, at some point, life intrudes and you have new responsibilities. You get sick, some challenge arises in your life, and you have to give that energy and attention, and it pulls it away from the dieting. And now everything just collapses. With what I'm talking about, Even when those moments come up, you're prepared for them. Because what we're looking to do is to train your habits, to train your subconscious mind to do the new behavior, the New thought patterns automatically. Yes, again, there is some willpower, no doubt, but we're not relying exclusively on willpower like a dieter is. Okay? We're looking to install new behavioral programs that run on autopilot. And it's exactly for this reason we start to stack up new programs that run on near autopilot that allow us to live at our goal weight. And the beauty of this is that it runs automatically. It doesn't require 1000% focus and attention. Again, it runs on autopilot. And to give you an example what I mean, it's kind of like brushing your teeth. That's probably one of the healthiest habits you've ever installed into yourself. And you dedicated a period of time when you're growing up to brushing your teeth, maybe every night, every morning and night, always, always, always doing it over, over and over again. And now, as an adult, you just do it on autopilot or near autopilot, right? You track it a little bit, but it's pretty much an automated behavior that you just do. And so when you start to approach your weight loss, focusing on the automated behavior piece of it and dedicating your time and energy to that, what happens is you set yourself up for the long term. Because now what happens, you start stacking new good habits on top of each other, and they start to all kind of run on autopilot. And so now what happens is your weight starts lowering because your automatic behaviors are better, and they're bringing you to this new weight. And it's not just a conscious battle forever. It's your new behaviors. So I hope this makes sense, because this is really one of the fundamental kind of cores of the program yourself then approach is that we're looking to program our subconscious mind to do the things that keep us thin and healthy on near autopilot. And that's what I've seen work the best. Because again, dieting as a concept that you're going to have to be 100% focused and engaged at all times to succeed, is really set up for failure, because, again, with a human brain, you're not built that way. You're not built to be focused and, you know, constantly obsessed on something all the time. Your brain gets overwhelmed, it gets tired. You're built to be on pretty much autopilot. You make over 200 food decisions a day, and most of those are happening in the background on autopilot, when all of a sudden you have to make 200 decisions intentionally every day. Again, it starts to get overwhelming. All right? So I hope this makes sense to you. And the big thing I want to just trigger in you is a sense of hope. You know, again, if you, in your mind, the only way you can lose weight is to again, intentionally focus on something 100%. You start to get really discouraged and demoralized because you start to believe, I can't, I can't do it. I can't do that. What I'm telling you is you do not need to do that. And as a matter of fact, that doesn't work. So start realizing that you can start to program your mind to naturally and automatically do the things that get you and then keep you at your goal weight. And the more you start thinking this way, the easier the whole process becomes. And if you want some support with this, click the link in my bio, go get the hypnosis session. I give you. I give you a training too. I got a whole program I'm going to give you. It's going to be called PYT Spark. It's a Kickstart weight loss program and that will be being delivered in the Circle app. So for right now, you can just click the link. You can go to programyourself then.com and you can get the free hypnosis session or you can go to my bio, click the link and go to get the hypnosis session. And once you do that, you're going to be in my email list. I will send you information for how to get into the Circle app probably this weekend. I'm moving, cooking along with it. So I was working on it this morning, so it's pretty much ready to go. And what's going to be cool in there is there's gonna be a free section where I'm literally gonna give you a free program. It's gonna be all in there for free. You can have lifetime access to it. Use when you want. I'll give me. Give you a bunch of free hypnosis sessions, not just the one you sign up for. And just a lot of cool stuff in there. So go check that out. All right. And if you're a client, you're gonna get all that stuff too. I just finished that. A lot of new cool stuff coming. Well, I will tell you because it's done and I'm ready to go pretty much this afternoon. I'm gonna let, I'm gonna put a post out so you know this anyways. But if you're already in program yourself, then if you're a client, then one of the cool things is that you're going to have Access to support coaches. Okay. And so what that means is that right in the circle app, you can go and talk to AI agents and there's a couple of them, right? So you're going to have an eating coach, a mindset coach, and a lifestyle coach. You're going to have a bounce back bot and a combo. And so what happens is, if you want to talk about your eating, right, if you overate last night, you want to talk to the eating coach, you can help kind of dissect it and go through it. Same with your mindset and lifestyle. And then the bounce back bot, if you just kind of feel off track, you can use a bounce backpack to get you right back on track. Right. And then combo, if you, if you're feeling stressed or tense about something, go talk to Combo and it'll help calm you down. So it's kind of cool. And that's, again, that's just integrated into the program. That'll be available this afternoon. All right, so that'll be ready to go. I've been testing it out. Now, just real quick, these AIs, they're kind of new. Okay. So, you know, if they're not the greatest, I've tested them out and. And it's hard for me to test it out. Well, I'm not gonna get in the details of it, but I think you're gonna like it and, and just give it a chance, you know? So it's not the greatest answer the first time, but I think you're gonna be impressed because I've been using it. I'm shocked. I think it's really good. But, you know, give it a chance to, you know, use it a couple times because it gets smarter and smarter each time you use it. And I'll be. Keep tweaking it in the background as well. But really cool, because again, now you got another 24. 7 support network. And again, that's right in the app. You can use it anytime you want. It's free to all your clients. It's there for you to use. Again, it's not there yet. This afternoon, you'll see it. I'll send you a post and you'll get that notification. Anyways, what's up, Joy? Stell, how you doing? Still says hi, Jim. Really enjoying your program. Question for my husband. Hey. He falls asleep during the regular hypnosis sessions. Is that common for some people? Yeah, absolutely. A lot of people fall asleep during the hypnosis sessions, and I think that's fine. I'll tell you why. If you, if your husband Was like asleep. And I go and put a hypnosis session on. It's not going to do anything, okay? They tested this. It's not going to do anything at all. If he fall, if he listens to it and falls asleep while he's listening to it, it's a different story. Because, you know, it's really interesting. I mean, hypnosis and sleep are related very. So we have awake state, we have a sleep state, and we kind of cross through a hypnagogic state to get from one to the other. And so this is that state, you know, when you feel like you're actually falling asleep, you're laying down flat, but you feel like you're falling. Right? That's that crossover point. And I always think of it as that point when you go from your logical conscious mind to your subconscious imagination, dream mind, okay? And so you go from being this logical, rational creature to really being imagination driven. And that's what I think the falling feeling represents. And that's where you go, you know, that's the doorway into your dreams, right? Because again, your dreams are goofy. I mean, you have crazy dreams. I always joke. I'm talking to my, my wife and she's got lobster hands and I'm just having a regular conversation with her, right? Well, so what if she got lobster hands? So again, dream mind is not analytical. It's not questioning everything. It's. It's just going along with it. And that to some degree as a hypnotic state where we're using our imagination to imagine the things we want to imagine so we can experience some and program our mind to do it. So when we're listening to a hypnosis session and we cross over and fall asleep, what's going on is you're getting all these good suggestions put in your mind and you're going into that dream state. And so I find that to be very valuable because a lot of times when those suggestions come in, you go into that dream mode, you might have a dream about it, you might imagine that suggestions are coming a very vivid, powerful way. So again, no problem if he falls asleep listening to it. And you know, there's even again, in the program, there's a whole. There's two types of core hypnosis sessions. There's the regular session, there's a countdown, then you just go about your regular day or night. And then there's a sleep gnosis version with no count out. And you can listen to those when you want to go to sleep. And so the sessions, all these sessions relax you hypnosis. Hypnosis means to sleep in Greek. So in hypnosis, what I'll. What we're looking to do is I'm looking to bring people right to that edge of sleep. I don't want them to go to sleep. Ideally, I want to keep them right in that kind of suspended state where they're right kind of in the middle, because in that state their imagination kind of takes over. I can speak to their imagination. I can, you know, kind of intentionally cause them to feel and think certain things in a more powerful way. Okay, so, yeah, listening to those sessions is great. And part of hypnosis, again, is just relaxing and bringing you right to the edge of sleep. So again, hypnosis serves multiple purposes. It's not just what I'm saying to kind of program your mind. As important, if not more important, is every time you listen to a hypnosis session, you're relaxing, you're breathing more deeply, you're centering, calming yourself, and you practice that. Every hypnosis session you listen to is a relaxation session, is a breathing session, is to some degree a meditation session, because you're bringing your attention inwards and then there's all the good stuff you're hearing too. So there are many multiple benefits to listen to the hypnosis sessions in the program. And it's not just the words and the suggestions that are given. Now, of course, every program and program yourself then is built around a weight loss mantra, right? So each session has a particular mantra and there's a ton of sessions. You know, again, the way the programs we kind of book on the day. So every day you get a five minute session for eight weeks to start your day. And it's always different with a different mantra in it. And then each week you get a core weight loss mantra you listen to at night, that's 10 minutes. And you listen to that one repeatedly over the week just to really install those messages. So it's a very unique system, one of a kind. It's no question about it. I just say this confidently. It is the number one hypnosis program for weight loss on the planet. And that's just one component of the system that you get. But it's a very unique system where it bookends the day. So you wake up and go to bed relaxed, calm, with all this good stuff going in your head. And it's very helpful. But he said, I'm listening to this post on repeat. Yes, that's when I was talking about the highest calorie habit that's a good lesson. And again, for those of you that are kind of new here, I'm here every Monday through Friday, usually around noon Eastern. And if you again get on here, ask questions, whatever you want, I'm happy to help you. And this is also a podcast. So I the, the audio will be put up into a podcast. It's called Program Yourself, then you can find on any podcast platform. But again, listening to these sessions, I usually start each one with a lesson in the beginning, five, ten minutes or so, just talking about specific thing. But again, if you want to get control of your weight, I'd strongly suggest you listen to that podcast. I know it's gonna be real helpful. What's up, Julie? Julie says starting every lunch, dinner with the salad cut out, desserts at night, just a little chocolate. No more donuts or bagels. Nice job. One habit at a time. Yeah, exactly, Julie. And you know, that's the thing. And you know, and sometimes the habits, you know, they take a little bit to change. You know, I think that's the piece you got to wrap your head around. I think, you know, dieting really, dieting kind of tricks us because they're always, you know, I just joke that dieting is basically get rich quick schemes for weight loss. You know what I mean? Like, they operate the same get rich quick schemes, really prey upon a person's desperation and impatience, right? And diets do the exact same thing. And the difference though is, I mean, with get rich quick schemes, we see them within context, right? Because we see get rich quick schemes in context of, you know, going to college or getting a training and getting some value and skill under you, and then, you know, trading that for money that we get paid, right? And that's kind of the traditional way. And so we get average quick schemes in comparison to that. We see they're, you know, they're scams. But the thing with weight loss and dieting is that all we have is get rich quick schemes. You know what I mean? Like, there is no alternative point of view for weight loss, you know, surgery or, you know, injections at this point. But there's no real holistic strategy for mastering your weight that you can even reference. That's the big difference between the get rich quick scheme and dieting is that elite with get rich rich quick schemes, we have a alternative way of understanding money and making money. And, you know, that's the one most of us go with because that's the more legitimate one, right? But when it comes to weight loss, dieting is somehow completely cornered. The market on how we think about weight loss. And the only way most people can think about losing weight is like a dieter. And so it's this subconscious prison, this mental prison that you're not even aware of. And so I get out here every day to work my best to articulate a different point of view. And you know, again, what most people say when they listen to a little bit of this, that makes a lot more sense, you know, but again, the main point of everything I'm saying here comes down to this, boils down to this. If you have not been able to lose weight and you're frustrated with yourself, please stop being frustrated with yourself and start being frustrated with the diet approach. It's not your fault, it's the strategy. You keep trying. It's the diet strategy that's the core problem. Not you, not your willpower, not your cravings, not your self control. It's the diet philosophy, it's that diet mindset is the number one reason you're struggling with your weight. And you know, again, most dieters are, especially when they get older. Once you were 45 plus, you've got so many kind of failures stacked up in the back of your mind of times you try to lose weight and it didn't work or did work, and then you put it back on, you have so many of those that you now live in this state of like apathy where you think about losing weight all day long, but you never actually do anything to make it happen because you don't really believe it's going to work and you don't want to diet, you don't want to do it and you don't believe it's going to work anyways. And so now, you know, you live this perpetual reality where you're constantly thinking about losing weight but never actually do anything to make it happen. And I try and point out to you that it's not because you have no willpower, it's not because you're weak. You know, weak self control or weak personalities, none of that shit that you're probably saying to yourself, blaming yourself. It's the fact that you've been given one shitty strategy for how to lose weight. Your entire life and everyone around you has been given the same shitty strategy. And you keep following it as if it's supposed to work when it doesn't work for anyone. And to the point, you know, 100 years of dieting, there's not one diet that works better than the rest long term, because they all fail. And to sum it up in a Real simple point. Basically, dieting has convinced you to use the strategy of sprinting in a marathon, right? So again, if you're in a marathon and you're under the impression that I'm going to sprint this thing, I'm going to, you know, I'm going to get to a real fast start, I'm just going to smoke everyone and you. So the marathon starts and you start sprinting as fast as you humanly can. And for the first eighth of a mile, your first place, you're way out ahead. It's, holy shit, look at me, look at me. You know, but the next day I have a mile, you completely gas out and you fall on the ground and can't finish the race. You know, that's basically what you're doing with your weight, is you've been conditioned your entire life to sprint in a marathon because your weight's a marathon, folks. Don't you want to live at your goal weight forever? You don't want to just get to your goal weight and then just start putting the weight back on, do you? You'd like to live there. But of course, when you think about how you approach your weight, it's all about just losing weight. It's all about doing extreme, unsustainable things to get you to your goal weight. And then you have this idea that you'll figure it out later, but no one does. Literally no one does. Again, the estimates are from 84 to 98% is what I've seen of dieters that lose weight fail to keep it off. So. So 84 to 98% of dieters that lose weight are successful to lose weight end up putting it back on. So when something has such a high failure rate, you've got to stop blaming yourself and start to, you know, reflect on maybe this strategy doesn't work. And that's my main message here, and it's a message of hope. Because once you realize the problem's not you, because if the problem's you, you know, I'm broken, I can't do it. Where do you go from there? You know? But if you realize the problem's a strategy, well, now the answer is as simple as, let me figure out a different way to approach this. Let me stop just focusing on getting to my goal weight. Let me start focusing on living at my goal weight. Let me stop focusing on unsustainable, overwhelming strategies to lose weight as quick as I can, and let me start looking at calm, comfortable, strategic, solution oriented ways to get to my goal weight comfortably and easily. So That I can stay there for the rest of my life on near autopilot. And so when you shift your focus like this and you start to consistently look for these sorts of strategies and approach it with this mindset, you just. Just like anything else you've learned in your life, like reading, writing, if you play a musical instrument, some skill that you've learned, you learned a little bit at a time, you kept building on what you learned. There is no shortcut. I mean, there's no shortcut to learning how to read. There's no shortcut to learning how to write. There's no shortcut to learning how to ride a bike. You know what I mean? You just. You got to put the work in, keep fixing, you know, learning, growing. And you just. Then you get to where you want to go, and the weight's no different. But you've never approached the weight loss like that. You just do the all or nothing thing where you're going to jump in one day and just totally act different and, you know, just. It doesn't make any sense. Strategically. It's a terrible strategy. Dieting is. I mean, I do this every day, and no one ever argues with me, which is the crazy part. No one ever argues with me that dieting works, which makes me wonder what you all think, you know, what are you going to do? Do you care about your weight, or are you just. Do you think the diet's eventually going to work for you? I don't know. Angie says, how do you deal with body shaming from other people, family members? Yeah. Okay, so that's a great question, and I think that's a real legitimate one for a lot of people, because, you know, I was literally. I was thinking about shame today and embarrassment. And so I got a good answer for you because I literally was just thinking about this. So here's the first thing. All right, so if someone says something to you, and I'm going to talk about shame and embarrassment, because I'm gonna. They're different, but I'm. The way I'm going to describe it, there's the same solution that we're going to use. Okay, Initial solution. So shame and embarrassment requires someone else. Typically. So someone says something to you or someone's around and you're worried they're going to say something or notice something about you. And so you start to feel shame or embarrassment about whatever it is. Let's just say your body, let's say your weight. You feel ashamed that you let yourself get this big. You feel embarrassed about how big you Are. Let's just starting point there. Okay? Now, it could have been a family member said, it could have been a stranger, could have been a doctor. Any number of people can trigger this response in us. Okay, so how do we deal with that? And so I'm going to speak about it kind of generally, just to give you a sense of how I would approach that. Okay, so the first thing is, okay, we get triggered and we feel shame or embarrassment. Let's dive into that for a second. How do you feel shame or embarrassment? I literally was thinking this today. For me, when I feel ashamed or embarrassed, I feel it physically, right? When I'm feeling ashamed, I get tense. Like I'm like. Like I kind of shrink. I want to disappear. I feel myself turning in on myself. I don't know what you do. Okay, you probably. When you feel shame and embarrassment, let me go. I'll give you an example of my body in my face, what I'm doing, and tell me if this matches up with what you do when you feel shame, embarrassment. Right. That's not how you feel shame and embarrassment. Right. So there's a. There's a very specific physiology. What my posture is, my muscle tension, relaxation, my breathing. Right. How I'm holding my head, what I'm looking at, if I'm smiling or frowning. Okay. So there's physiological factors that match up with the state that I'm in. So when I feel shame and embarrassed, tell me if this doesn't feel a little more. So this doesn't look like shame and embarrassed, right? I don't look like I feel shame and embarrassed right now. Now let's try this. Does this look more like shame and embarrassment? Do you think you look more like this when you feel shame and embarrassed? I'm overdoing it a little bit. Okay, but does this look more like shame and embarrassed or this? Well, it's obvious, right? It is a very distinct difference. Okay, So I think if you. When you reflect on. When you feel shame and embarrassed, if you reflect on what your body's doing, when you feel shame and embarrassed, I think one of the things you're going to absolutely notice is that your breathing gets shallow. Because when you feel shame and embarrassment, I want you to experiment. Maybe, maybe you don't, maybe you don't. Maybe this is how you feel shame and embarrassment. Oh, you know, but maybe. Maybe shame and embarrassment for you feels more like this, where you start shrinking inside yourself to protect yourself. Now, if you have the opportunity to do this a little bit, feel yourself shrinking, going inside, trying to Hide, because you don't want to be noticed. You don't want to feel more shame and embarrassment. Because what would make you feel more shame and embarrassment? Someone shining the light of attention on you. More people noticing something shameful or embarrassing. And we start to go inwards. Now, when you start to shrink physiologically, what happens to your breathing? Does it become deeper or does it become more shallow? Becomes more shallow? Your stomach. Does your stomach feel more relaxed and free or does it feel more tense and tight? Usually more tense and tight. Do your shoulders feel relaxed and calm or do they feel tightened, huddled in? You see? So what I would suggest, Angie, is that in your mind, because I bet your family said something and you felt embarrassed or you felt shame. And ever since they said that, you keep thinking about it and you keep feeling more shame. So what I want you to do is I want you to think about what they said to you and I want you to imagine that you sat up and you relaxed your body and you began to breathe. Because this is how you start freeing yourself from the shame and the embarrassment is you start to physiologically free yourself from it. And you can practice this. Now, again, you may say, oh, this bullshit, Jim. Yeah, okay. Until you try it, you don't have any clue what I'm talking about. So what I would suggest to you, Angie, is you go back in your mind to that memory of what they said to you and when you felt shame and go back into it and imagine physiologically responding like this, standing up again, not, not like Superman, but. But just relaxed and calm up here. Don't shrink. Open up in a comfortable, relaxed way and begin to breathe. Keep your stomach relaxed. Breathe, relax, breathe, relax. And what you'll notice probably is that the shame feeling goes down a little bit the more relaxed you feel and the more open you are. And that's the first step. Now. So that's the physiology piece. Now, the psychology piece is a little more complicated. But what we can do, just as a game, is to say, how do I want to feel about what they said? And you can play the game here. If someone. If whatever was said to you that made you feel ashamed was said to someone who you love and they felt bad about it and you were talking to them, what advice would you give to them? Give that advice to yourself. And then put these two things together and see if this helps with the body shame that you may have felt when they said that. Now, it doesn't mean it's going to get rid of it completely necessarily, but it may minimize it may make it a little bit better. And that's all we're looking for is, you know, going from feeling a lot of shame to less shame. Great. You know what I mean? That's the direction we want to go in. And it's up to you to kind of notice how much less you feel, but it's a way to deal with it. And again, it's an initial response to it. There's obviously a lot more you can do with this, but that would be an initial response that I would probably suggest. And you joined the email list. Good, good. Don says I am a weird client, as I just purchased Hypnosis, but I did not finish them and no access. Don, if you could send me a message. Shoot me a message, because that. That could happen. There's been a couple little glitchy things that have happened as I've updated the app and stuff so I can. I can get that fixed for you. So just shoot me an email or a message not through Tick Tock, but like through Circle. Send me a message or email me and I'll get that taken care of for you because there have been a couple little glitchy things. Says, thanks for showing up us for us every day, Jim. Oh, you're welcome. You're welcome. Yeah, I am here for you every day. And I'm so excited because, like I said, the Circle app is so exciting. I mean, this is really, really kind of the start of a whole new phase or age of program yourself then. And it's super duper exciting. And it's not just for my clients. It's for literally everyone. There's going to be a free section where I'm really going to be able to deliver a lot of value to you, and I'm so excited about it. So again, make sure you get on the email list, because I'm going to send out the invitation to get into Circle, the community today or this weekend, you know, because it's pretty much ready to go. Ah, it might be early next week, but. But it's gonna be quick here and there's a lot of cool stuff in there. All right? So make sure you do that again. It'll all be free. You know, they won't. It's not all free. There is a program in there. Okay. But I'm giving you a ton of free stuff. Okay. And to help you all, because again, this is a mission for me. And I say this every day, but. But again, for me, weight is not just kind of what you look like. And, you know, wearing skinny jeans and Bathing suits. I want you to do all that stuff. But for me, you know, weight is really life and death. It really is. You know, my father died at 54 of a heart attack. And so for me, you know, that's the lens I think of weight through, you know, is very, very serious, you know, and that's why I do this every day for free, because I want to, I want to genuinely help you. I mean, this is literally life and this is in my. I don't know, I don't know if people don't think this, but I think how you eat because, you know, your weight's a reflection of how you eat and live. And I think, you know, you know, depending on where you're at now, again, I was talking about this yesterday. BMR chart, BMI chart wise, if you're in the normal overweight range of the BMI chart, for most people, that's going to be. They're equally healthy. Okay. Once you start getting the obese category, you know, then, then the, the correlations with the health issues start to show up. But again, I think you'll find that it's not just the weight, but it's the way you're eating and living that probably has the biggest impact on how long you're going to live and your quality of life while you're here. So for me, you know, weight is a much bigger thing than just what you look like. You know, it's really, it's really, it's everything life is, you know, that makes life important. I think so anyways. So that's why I do this stuff all the time. And that's why I'm so committed. I'm obsessed with this stuff. You know, it's fun. I mean, I enjoy it. I genuinely do enjoy it. It's like I, I find this like a giant puzzle. I, I think taking on weight, it's really been the biggest puzzle I've ever worked on. And it's what a puzzle? Because, you know, to be honest, I would have rather just studied stuff, learned it and just taught it, but when it comes to living at your goal weight, it's been a lot of creating. There is no mindset expert on living at your goal weight that I could ever learn from. You know, there's not one, you know, there's not one single. There is. I do not have one single mentor, teacher, trainer, and I've spent over a hundred grand on trainings over the last 30 years. So I'm on the lookout. I'm, I'm, I've been doing this, I've been obsessed in this world for 30 years. I've been doing this professionally for over 20 years. I am, I'm keyed into this, this whole arena. I read 50 books a year. I cannot think of a single weight loss mindset mentor. And when I say mentor, I'm an author, trainer, teacher, guru, influencer, scientist, whatever you want to call it. I cannot think of one single mindset expert of how to live at your goal weight. I can't even think of one. Now. I've learned a million things from psychologists, therapists, nutritionists, scientists, doctors. I mean I, I'll read every single person and I just, I'm always learning new things, but I'm taking those things and putting them into this system of how to live at your goal weight. Which is why I believe programming yourself then in me personally is probably literally your best chance in on earth to live at your goalway for the rest of your life. I genuinely believe that. Now again, if I'm being a ridiculous person here, tell me some names because I'm open to it. I don't want to. I want there to be some absolute guru who has been studying this for a hundred years and knows all the secrets of living your goalie. I would sit at their feet and learn it all and teach it to you. I would have loved to have done that, you know, but instead I have found that, that, that that person does not exist. So I kind of had become that person and it's been literally over 30 year process and I'll study all these people in their own context. Amazing change workers, amazing hypnotist, amazing NLP people, amazing coaches, you know, amazing psychologists, amazing therapists. I'll study all these people, but none of them that I've seen are obsessed with living at your goal weight. I've not seen it. Now I've seen doctors, I've seen nutritionists, I've seen trainers that are obsessed with weight, health, nutrition. But I've never seen someone who's obsessed with a holistic, strategic, comprehensive plan to live at your goal weight. That includes mindset, lifestyle, needing. I've never seen it. And the ability to program your mind so you do all those things. I've never seen it. So again, my goal is to offer that to you. And again, having a circle app is the next big evolution because it's going to be, it's kind of a living, breathing location where I can give you some trainings that'll really kickstart you in a new direction. And that's what the The PYT Spark is the name of the program. You know, it's got, it'll have a couple trainings and it'll have some hypnosis sessions in it and it'll kind of give you a taste of this approach. And you know, that's what I want for you because again, my goal, I don't care if you get program yourself, then that's not my point here. What I'm looking to do is to just create a distinction. You know, we always learn through contrast. And when it comes to weight loss, there's no real contrast to dieting. I mean, again, like the surgeries, injections aren't really, you know, they're not real solutions. Do you know what I mean? They're kind of band aids on a problem, but they're not real genuine solutions. None of them. Dieting obviously isn't, but the injections in lap band and gastric bypasses are not real solutions, folks. They're not, you know, I mean, plenty of people that gastric bypass put weight back on. Now a lot don't, you know what I mean? But a of lot. And then the injections, again, it's a band aid on open wound. It's not the solution, the ultimate solution. And so in your life, you literally have never had a real solution articulated to you. And it shows up in your language because again, your, your goal for weight loss is that I just want to lose weight, I just want to lose weight. I just want to get to my goal weight. That ain't even your goal. Your real goal is to live at your goal weight for the rest of your life. Again, I got two pills here. One will get you, make you lose weight immediately and get you to your goal weight. Then you're on your own. The other pill gets you to your goal weight and cause you to remain there for the rest of your life, which you taken obvious, right? But again, your mindset is really fixated on just losing weight. And then you, you wonder why you can't keep the weight off. You've never studied maintenance. You've never mastered how to think and live like a thin, healthy person. You've never focused on that. I know you haven't. And that's. That should be jarring to you that you've been spending decades on this and you are no closer to living at your goal weight than you were before you started your first plan. You have not learned one really useful thing to live now, I'm not going to say not one. I'm sure you've learned a couple Useful things. But you are no better off at living at your goal weight now than you were before you started your first diet all those years ago. You never learn how to influence your mindset. You never really have a real strategic plan to influence your lifestyle and even your eating. You're just given plans. You're never shown how to create and customize a plan that works for you. And so what, your whole weight loss history comes down to someone saying, here you go, do this. It is not built for you, and I don't know anything about you, but here, just do this, just do this Keto plan. Just do this Weight Watchers plan. Oh, no, just do this low fat plan, you know, and you're given the plan and then it's up to you to just force yourself to do it. You're never taught how to change your habits. You're never taught how to influence your motivation and boost it. You never learned about your identity and self image and how to transform that from an overweight person to a thin healthy person. You never learned how to manage your emotions genuinely without food, how to feel the emotions you want, deal with the shitty emotions you don't want to feel. You never learn that. You never learn how to think like a thin healthy person, and you never learn how to maintain. And when I say maintain, program yourself, then we start maintaining day one because never never mind maintaining the weight loss that you achieve. How about maintaining from day one to day two, week one to week two, month one to month two. You need to have maintenance strategies right away so that you keep doing this. Now you can't just assume you're gonna get to your goal weight. What the, what, you're just gonna get to your goal weight, huh? No, you need to study maintenance right now and you need to use those strategies and tools to get to your goal weight. You know, and so again, when a real, legitimate, comprehensive strategy plan is put in front of you and you just follow it, you get to a whole different place. And I always use the example, you know, you could have no mechanical abilities, plumbing abilities, number abilities. But if you go to mechanic school, plumbing school, accounting school, and you actually go to the school, take the classes, do the work, you're going to come out the other end as a mechanic, an accountant, and a plumber. So it's, it's not about what you start with and what skills you have in the start, it's what process you're using to learn and to grow into the person you want to be. And as a dieter, you never learn those skills. You're just given this, this plan, okay? Do it. Well, what happens when you have a question? What happens when it doesn't work for you? What happens when you make a mistake and you've got no, no answers to that stuff? You know? So again, my, my main point to you of giving you the stuff I give you is to show you that there's a better way and that the main reason you're not losing weight and not living the way you want is primarily because you don't have a good strategy in your mind. You know what I mean? Yeah. N. Yeah. Bring back the saying, it's a one size fits one plan. Yeah, that's the perfect saying. That really is a good one, isn't it? And that's what we do again. And program yourself. Then you go through the goal weight blueprints, Mindset, lifestyle and eating. That's the goal goal weight pyramid. Mindset, lifestyle, eating. And you go through the blueprints in the program. And again, it's a bunch of questions that are customized to you because again, you answer these questions based on you, your lifestyle, your situation. So you have this customized roadmap to get to your goal weight and live there. And again, it's a one size fits one plan as opposed to the one size fits all plan of keto, what everyone on the planet's supposed to do. Keto. Who wants to lose weight? Just everyone. What about people that don't like to eat meat? What are they going to do? Oh, we'll be beans all day, you know. So it's like again, the, what ends up happening is with the diets, it feels like you're trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. You, you feel with your diets that you're trying to force yourself to do something that doesn't. You know what I mean? It doesn't fit you because it's not built for you. You know what I mean? Again, it's a one size fits all plan that doesn't take you into account at all. So again, I think that the idea that you would customize a plan around you to me makes a lot of sense. So what's up, Vicki? Happy Friday. Yes, Friday. Lana says seen the recent peer reviewed studies about R2M protocol. It's the best weight loss results ever. R2M, what that mean? Let's find out. R2M protocol. R2M protocol. Detox. A calorie deficit diet that has you taking supplements and protein and a shake rather than eating food. That's. I don't care what studies would say, you know, again, it doesn't matter what studies say about any diet. In my opinion, there's no. Listen, what have studies said about diets for the last hundred years? And what diet stood the test of time? What diet's the number one diet of all the diets in history? None of them. There's not even one that rises to the top. Weight Watchers are probably the closest. And that's just simply because they have the social piece of it. Without the social piece. The strategic piece of Weight Watchers is just goofy. What are you gonna do? Because they make colors, pretty colors and call points instead of calories. You know what I mean? It's just not enough. But yeah, the R2M protocol calorie deficit diet, right off the bat, I know it's a temporary thing to lose weight, so. And again, as soon as you're supplementing with proteins and shakes, it's not a long term thing for most people. So I don't give a shit. I don't give a shit what diet, how much people, how much weight people lose on a diet. Anyways, so again, I'm really concerned about long term. I don't mean to sound so dismissive, but I am because I know that diets are just short term calorie deficits. You know, again, even deficits, the word deficit, you want to stay in a deficit your whole life, it doesn't feel good, you know, so it's just. Even the languaging, right down to the languaging set you up for failure. But yeah, as soon as you start any. Anything I see built around supplements and protein shakes, I instantly am saying, no, you have a gym. But people lost more weight on that in the first two weeks than any other diet ever. I don't give a. Let me know they are doing two years later. I want to know how they're doing two years later with their supplements and shakes and no calories. And that's what I'm interested in. You know, once those studies come out from them being on it for, for two years, then I'm interested. You know, just Jade says isn't all weight loss, calorie deficit ultimately, though? Well, yeah, I guess technically, but to me it's. I think words matter, right? And so it's like where they always stay. You know, if you call a woman, you know, if you say a woman looks like the last day of winter, the first day of spring, right. It's the same day. But which way you choose to describe it leaves a distinct impression and difference in Feeling. Right. And so, yes, you have. So, so how, how do I describe it? Right. Because yes, we got to do something with the calories. Absolutely. But the, the idea to me, the phrasing of I got to create a calorie deficit, I think is, I think just implied in that concept is a short term mindset because I do not think most people want to live in a deficit of anything. A deficit implies that it's less than what? Less than what? Normal? Less than normal, Less than ideal, Less than where I want to be. That's what it implies to me. Let's go to the, let's go to the dictionary though. Let's be specific. Dictionary. I can't spell today. Deficit. What's it mean? The amount of, by which especially a sum of money is too small. Get another one. A deficiency in amounts or quality, a lack or impairment in ability or functional ability. So it's a, it's a lack, it's a, it's a, it's a, it's a negative phrase. Right. So let me give you my answer though, I'm not teasing you here. So I don't like to phrase things as a calorie deficit because I think it's just, it's subtly framed as temporary that way because very few people want to live in a deficit with almost anything. What I say is that we want to reduce our average calorie consumption. So you say, well, that's the same thing, Jim. Well, to me that's framed in a way that's much more congruent with long term thinking. Right. I want to reduce my average calorie consumption, to me seems like a long term thing, maybe it doesn't to you, so choose whatever you want. But there's an alternative. So I'm programming yourself then the whole goal, literally the whole goal of the program basically on a physical level is to reduce your average calorie consumption because if you do that, your weight's going to go down. Okay, so to my mind though, the deficit is diet talk, where you're going to drastically cut the calories dramatically. So you really lose now again. So even we bring it down. And I don't know if people are thinking this, but when I think diet deficit, calorie deficit, I, I think, okay, here's your average calorie consumption, here comes the deficit. Now most dieters deficit, they're going to create a 40 to 70, 80% deficit. So they're going to go from average to day one, 40 to 80% reduction deficit. And it's overwhelming all the Rest of it. And they feel that, but they say, I'm just going to do this deficit, look at my goal weight, and then what? That's the magical part. What. What do you do, folks, when you dieters get to your goal weight from a calorie deficit, what do you do then? Say it out loud. I know. You figure out what your maintenance calories are, right? How many of you have ever figured out what your maintenance calories are and stayed there? How many? From what I see, no one. Again, we go back to the 85 to 98% of dieters that lose weight on a diet put the weight back on. So all of those diet dieters that got to their goal weight believed they were going to figure it out once they got there. None of them did. And I think this deficit idea feeds right into it, because I think the idea most people intuitively assume when they say calorie deficit they're thinking, 40 to 80% reduction, day one. That's a huge fucking reduction. And then in their mind, they're like, and once I get to my goal weight, then I'm gonna bring my calorie deficit back up to what? To what? I don't like that idea, and I don't like that framing of that approach at all. I don't think it works. So me, I wanna start with where we're at and then program yourself. Then the goal is to reduce our average calorie consumption down to our goal weight. So we have the average calorie consumption up here, right? Let's say this is the calories, this is your weight. So you start, this is your starting point. We want to reduce 10 to 20% of the calories at a time so that it's not overwhelming. So that it's not, you know, we don't freak out from it. We remove 10 to 20% of the calories, we let the weight come down, and we continue this process until we get to our goal weight. So it's not this, the deficit model. It's a slow and steady figuring out slowly and comfortably and easily reducing our average calorie consumption down to our goal weight. So there's a lot there. I don't know if that makes sense or not. It makes all the sense in the world to me, but teach their own man. Paul says, you're correct. Eat whole foods. Yes. Whole foods are definitely gonna make it a lot easier. Definitely. What's up, Raven? Raven says, I listen to your podcast every single day on my morning. Walk down £20 in just three months with you in my ear. Hey. Oh, look at that. Congratulations, Raven. That's awesome. I'm so excited because like I said in the circle community, get in my. Get in my world, click the link in my bio, go get the hypnosis session, get on my email list, because I got the circle community coming. It's a free, whole free section to it. And this is what you're going to get so far. I'm just kind of starting with it. I'm going to give you the Spark program, right, which includes a hypnosis session, a training, maybe a few bonus trainings as well. All the podcasts I do are. They're right in there. I got free hypnosis sessions for you in there. I'm like an hour, four hour ones you can listen to. No ads either, right? I know YouTube people like to listen to my hypnosis and they keep putting the ads and I can't stop them. But I got. I got all this cool stuff for you. There's a community piece in there, so you have questions, you can, you know, talk to people. So again, I got you. Folks, I really. I'm the real deal. Like, I'm really giving you all this for free. Yes. I have a program, you know, if you want to commit to it, but even if you just want to do the free shit, I. My goal, this is my mission in life. Like, literally my mission in life is help as many people as possible live at their goal weight. And this free community is the biggest step ever for me to be able to do that. And again, there is a whole free level. And I mean, it's a legit free level. This is just the very beginning of it, because I'm also going to put in there our live trainings as well. For free. For free. Genuinely. Okay. I really want to help you, so get in there. All right. And great job, Raven. Right. Nice job. Glad you listen. That's from the podcast. Right? So again, the free circle. So it's going to help you a lot, too. Obviously, the program helps you the most. The coach helps me be more. But again, my goal here is to set you on the right path. And I think if you're on the right path, you know, the right path starts by quitting dieting, but great job, Raven. Nice job. What's up, Jody? Jody says managing the principles of calorie density makes sense, combined with mindfulness and behavior makes sense to me. Yeah, absolutely. Jody just hit the nail on the head. The. The sci. The principles of calorie density, to me is the fundamental. The fundamental Most important piece to reducing your average calorie consumption comfortably, right? To me, the holy grail of, of weight loss and, and living at your goal weight is being able to reduce calories while feeling satisfied that that's most of the game. There's a lot of mindset stuff behind it, but on a physical level, the core thing is to how do I reduce my cab. My average calorie consumption in a comfortable way? And understanding calorie density to me is the main principle of that. So agree, Jody. I agree 1000% with what you're saying. And that's literally, that's that's kind of a cool way to explain program yourself then to some degree is that we absolutely use the principles of calorie density and a lot more. I mean, again, folks, there's so much about food and eating in your mind that you have no clue about. You know, I was talking the other day about sensory satiety. Sensory specific satiety. That's just like one thing out of a million that you learn in the program. And it's like, you know, sensory specific satiety is basically if you eat the same food, like you have one type of food, you'll eat that and you'll get bored quickly. You'll consume less calories than if you've got 10 different types of foods in front of you, right? So they call it the buffet effect. If you go to a buffet, you tend to eat a lot more because the different sensory satiety. So different sensory. You have sweet and sour over here, and you have spicy over here, and you have crunchy over here, and you have, you know, you get me, all these different types of foods, they trigger your brain and body to eat more than if you ate just one type of food. But again, once you start to understand how your mind and body work with food, you can become much more strategic. And that's what I'm really want for you. You know, it doesn't have to be so hard where you're just always fighting against yourself. Listen, the diets. The diets are wolves in sheep's clothing. The diet industry is a branch of the food industry, which is a branch of the cigarette industry. But again, all the big diets you're learning from are all owned by big food companies. Weight Watchers was owned by Heinz. Jenny Craig was owned by Nestle Atkins Food Products, owned by the same company, owns onions, pretzels and Cinnabon Slim Fast owned by the same companies on Ben and Jerry's ice cream. These companies don't want you to lose weight and stop eating their products forever. They want to take your money when you want to lose some weight, fill your head with rocks when you're listening to them. So you go back to eating the bullshit foods. Ultimately, in a nutshell, that's their whole business model. So, you know, again, they've never taught. As a matter of fact, I was thinking that today. What an evil world. Like, I know. I understand subconscious communication and how to. I know how diets work. And I cannot get over the idea that diets, to me, are the perfect expression of. If I wanted to create a plan that seemed like it was going to help you lose weight, but really caused you to always be stuck with being overweight, I would literally create a diet. Every psychological piece of a diet mindset is built to seem like it's helping you, but it does not help you. And I'll just leave it at that. But again, it gets back to the point that I know because I know you're all smart and intelligent. The only people that listen to me are overthinkers. And I know your mantra basically is, is that I know what I need to do. I just need to get myself to do it. Now, you said all the time, I know what I need to do. I know what I need to. I just need to not eat for 16 hours. I just need to stop eating carbs. I just need to. I just need to. I just need to get myself to do it. That. That You. The next time you say that, dip your head in some cold water. Because what. What are you talking about? You don't know how to get yourself to do it. That. That's the core problem you have. You can't just get yourself to do it. And that's what you smart people think you can do. You know, what you need to do is you need to have a better strategy. You need to learn some new stuff. You know, when you have that stuff, then it becomes much more obvious, much more common sense. Is it. And yeah, I'd say it's Ange. And she's only just discovered you. And the first thing I learned was imagining I am at my goal weight. I've lost weight, not sure how much as I haven't weighed myself. Simplified my eating, too. Great job, Ange. Yeah. Imagining at your goal weight, I mean, again, that's. Program yourself in a nutshell, is that we start to. At first, you start to kind of articulate and design your mind and think about who you want to be. Who are you at your goal weight? Right. You start Thinking about yourself. Who am I when I live at my goal weight? Me at my goal weight? How do I think? How do I act? How do I feel? What does it feel like at my goal weight? Let's put jump into that little manifestation. That's okay. We'll use a little bit of that. And then we also strategically come up with a plan. Again, that's the blueprints. Program yourself then really is boiled down to. It's really three components, but the two key components are knowing what to do. And so we have the goal weight blueprints that you go through. This becomes your customized roadmap of how to think, live and eat like a thin, healthy person, broken down into, you know, detail of. So anytime you're stuck, you can just go to it and figure out what to do. The other piece is, again, you have to know what to do. The other piece is you don't have to know how to get yourself to do it. And that's the rehearsal technique. And so I show you how to use the rehearsal technique to program your subconscious mind to do the things in the blueprint so that you do them on near autopilot. And then I believe you need a support system. I think it's very difficult to create any real profound change in your life by yourself. I just, you know, and so program yourself then. And again, the support and program yourself thin now is just off the charts. Because like I was just saying, for any of you that weren't here, if you're in the program, literally this afternoon, I got it all ready to go. I'm just testing a couple things out this. Right, this afternoon, you're going to get a message in the circle app to about all your new coaches, Right? So they're AI coaches. You're going to have a mindset coach, a lifestyle coach, and an eating coach. You're going to have a bounce backbot in a combo in addition to Lumi. I already know about Lumi. And so these are coaches that you can go speak to you overeat. You want to talk to someone about it, go talk to the coach. And it'll help kind of work you through it using the program yourself in principles. So this is amazing for me. And so that'll be there this afternoon. Go use it again. Give it a little bit of patience, right? Because the AIs get smarter and smarter as they go forward. But I think, you know, they'll knock your socks off. You know, I think that they're. They're pretty good from what I've tested so far. So you can explore that. That's right in the app. So it's 247 coaching you got right there. That doesn't include Jim AI. But enough of that. So anyways, great job, Angie. Keep it up. Gotta get out of here. Oh, there goes Raven. Yeah. Then your four hour YouTube hypnosis at night. Actually, that's one of those things too. So Raven, you'll love that. You, Raven, definitely get in the circle app, because you can't get there yet. It's gonna probably this weekend or this early next week. But I've got a free section then it's got. I put the. That four hour hypnosis session for weight loss in there and it has no ads, so you can listen to it and it's. It'll just go straight through because I know again, the YouTube one, I cannot get to not do ads. Even if I turn it off, they'll do it, you know. So yeah, Raven says after diet industry totally agree. Yes. They're shady. Shady shits for sure. A name I can't pronounce says, my problem is that I am obese. But I think that I am okay. I think I am good until I see some pics. That's a common one, you know. And if that is a problem, what you have to do is steep yourself in reality, you know, you have to recognize that as a challenge. Listen, we all got different challenges. Every single person's path is different and littered with different challenges. So the process is the same, though. The process is always the same. We have to recognize what's my challenge. Oh, I always think I'm fine. I always think I'm a lot slimmer than I am. Okay, so let's work on that, you know, I mean, let's adjust how we're thinking about ourselves. Let's see things accurately. Oh, that's okay. We need to see things accurately so we can fix it for real. Because I don't want to live in fantasy land. I know this is an issue. My brain naturally kind of slims me down when I'm thinking on myself and it's hurting my results because I'm doing that. So let me focus on that and let me clarify it and move forward with it, you see? So again, I get that's an issue. That's a lot of people struggle with that. But it's not. You're not just at the mercy of that forever. You know what I mean? That's what I think. That's another huge part of where a big difference between program yourself thin and dieting you know, is that again, dieting. It's kind of like you're just like, well, I think I'm slimmer than I am. Okay, so what? Who gives a. I was talking about this yesterday. It's like, you know, you could sit on the, sit at the piano and be like, well, I don't play the piano. Well, yeah, you don't know how to play the piano, but you could learn. Just because you don't know it now doesn't mean you can't learn. It's the same thing with the weight. It's like, well, I'm overweight. Well, yeah, you're overweight now, but if you learn how to think and live and act differently, then you're going to lose weight, you know? So just because we're in a situation now doesn't mean we can't change it. Just because you regularly think of yourself as being slimmer than you are, okay? So identify that. Recognize you have this pattern that you tend to do. You tend to minimize the issue, tend to lower your weight when you actually weigh more and work to correct that. You're not. You don't mean you're not hardwired, folks. There's a thing called neuroplasticity. You can rewire your brain, you can learn new things, you can think differently. So once you recognize kind of a, you know, a harmful or, you know, a habit that's not serving you or, you know, a thought pattern that's not serving you. Don't you don't. Oh, well, I, Well, I always think I'm thinner than I am. Okay. And yeah, so great. That's your challenge. And let's fix it. You know what I mean? And when you. Again, so I'm program myself, then we. One of the big shifts we make is problem oriented mindset. Solution oriented mindset. So a lot of times what dieters are doing is they're articulating their problems and they're just living in that space. Well, I'm an overeater. I've got no willpower. I always think I'm thinner than I really am. Great. Again, that's the starting point. Now let's move over to solution land. You know, how can we fix this? What can I do to deal with this? And when you spend more time in solution land, you're never going to believe it. You get more solutions, you know, and the more solutions you have, the more better the results tend to be. So anyways, all right, everyone, I gotta get out of here. If you're not in my world, make sure you go click the link in my bio, go get the hypnosis session, get on my email list. That's the key thing right now because again, I do have this circle community that's going to kick off and there's gonna be a whole free level. It's gonna be awesome. And I'm just starting it so, you know, you can help me build it. You know, again, this is a legit free thing. I'm really genuinely. I can't wait for you to see it. And again, there's a program, too, which is a million times better. But I know, you know, everyone gets to make their choices. But I'm really excited to be able to offer the free stuff. So go get the hypnosis session, sorry, on the email list, and I will send you the information to get in there. And again, this is a live. I do every Monday through Fridays around noon Eastern. So pop in here, ask your questions. Let me help you. Let me, you know, give you, take a swing at any problems you have. See if I can help you. And if you like listening to this and you missed the live, It's a podcast, too, program yourself then on all the podcast platforms, I see Ang asking, how do I find all this? You know, I'm gonna put. I see because you're on Facebook there, so I'm going to give you the. I'm gonna just put the email link right in the. Or the website link right in the chat. Watch this. This is another thing I'm going to fix as we move in the future is my broadcast. I might be able to put stuff into the broadcast that's gonna be cool. But that. That's gotta wait a little bit. I got some other stuff I got to do first. But so anyways, you should have that, Ange. And if, if for whatever reason, it's program yourself then.com forward/Hypno to go straight to that page and get the hypnosis session. You can click my link, my bio, and it's somewhere around there if you look for it. But yeah, go get on there because again, I got a bunch of free for you and I want you to go check it out. All right? So. All right. Yeah, you're welcome. Funny girl. Yaya. It's funny. Funny girl. Yeah, I just, I emailed you yesterday and then like an hour later, I was like, oh, she's Greek. Yaya. I didn't get it because I was thinking that the spelling, the spelling of yaya was a little different, but I didn't realize. So, yes, you Must be a Greek yaya. Yes. Just like my mom Virginia says. Me too, please. Well, how do I find all this? Do you see the link there? Where are you at? It should be there. Again, program yourself in dot com, forward slash, hypno. You can go to program yourself then.com and navigate around. You'll see it. You can go click around. You can go click around. You can message me. I got to make it easier, right? All this is going to get easier, I'm telling you. Like, the next couple months are so exciting. I can't even wait. I'm as excited as I've ever been. I really. I really am fired up for all of you. So, anyways. Yeah. And if, for whatever reason, you have any questions, you can always just message me. Whatever app you're listening to. This. And. And I usually get those. They'll give me a little bit of time. I'm not the best at responding. I will say that's. That's something I'm working on, too. I'm not the best at getting back to emails. I'm working on it. But give me a little bit of. A little bit of slack and I will get back to you, though, most of the time. And if I don't, just message me again. No, no, I don't mean to be that way. It's one of my. One of my bad things. All right, everyone, have a super duper weekend. We'll talk soon. Bye.
