You're not ready to lose weight. And until you start your weight loss at the right time, you're probably always going to struggle. Look back over the times when you tried to lose weight and you're going to notice that you always start at the same moment when you are depleted, you're depleted emotionally, energetically and mentally. You usually see a picture of yourself. Step on the scale, the clothes don't fit, and you feel absolutely devastated. And it's at that moment you say, that's it, I've got to make a change. And then from that place of feeling really low, you try and change all of your eating, you try and exercise more. You can do it for a couple days or probably a couple weeks, and then you can't maintain it. Well, that is because you do not have the physical energy, the mental focus, or the emotional stability. You need to make the changes that you need to make to get the weight loss results you want. So the next time that you get to that place where you say, I've got to make a change, give yourself a little bit of time to recover and re energize yourself so that you can approach this whole process with the energy that you need.
