Amazing. He signed it and then realized he wasn't happy about it when all I had to do was pick up the phone and call these people that hadn't paid in months. And guess what they did? They paid me. And they paid me the back debt that they owed the old seller. And they were so happy that they could pay with a credit card and that I was going to send them an invoice every month via text and email. It was amazing. I only, out of all that, I only had to auction 3 units. That's incredible. I collected $14,000 that I didn't know that was, I didn't account for that in the deal.
