Joe Downs explains how Boxwell portable storage units helped him navigate setback rules on a property deal. By assembling flat-packed units on-site and aligning them with existing permanent storage, he satisfied boundary constraints that could have killed the transaction.

There's a company called Boxwell. They make portable storage, as Tim described it. You know, when it's assembled, it comes like flat-packed. When it's assembled and standing in place and functional for a customer, I mean, it is identical. Yeah. To construction-built permanent storage. And so we had this boundary line and we had the, The permanent structures up against as far as we could go, right? And then we took the portables and just built them and dropped them right in place, right? Wow. Right up, so they were right in line with front and back, I guess, of the permanents. And then we picked back up the permanent construction-built storage, right?
