Hi there. Now, here's the thing about communication. There's 3 main ways that we communicate. 1, we listen. 2, we ask questions. And 3, we make statements. Well, most of us do number 3, we make statements. And when a top company sent out a survey to 5,000 of their clients and said, look, how best do you want us to communicate with you? 1, 2, or 3? Well, all of their clients said 1, 2. We want to be listened to. We want questions to be asked. Nobody chose make statements because that's what feels right.
