I'm a Christian, so I'll— and this will be regardless of faith applicable to anybody. But there's— I read the Bible for the first time ever fully in 2015 when I was going through this kind of reawakening, I would say. And there's a passage in 2 Corinthians where Paul asked Jesus to remove a thorn from his side, and he asked him 3 times. And essentially Jesus says, hey man, no, your power or my power is made perfect in your weakness. And when you are weak, then you are strong. And that blew my mind, John, because I'm like, oh, I don't have to hide from this any longer. I can show up as I am wholeheartedly and intentionally and authentically, vulnerably, dare I say vulnerable, right? And I talk to leaders all the time like, man, vulnerability is a superpower for any leader, in my opinion. And most, especially guys, we never want to let our guard down. But man, the moment you let your guard down a little bit is the moment you build a lot of trust with people. That's the mission. That's my last 11 years, I would say.
