Are you anxious with money? Are you avoidant with money? Are you always hoarding your money and grabbing and holding it, wanting to save it, never wanting to spend it? Is your nervous system calm and relaxed? No matter if you have a dollar, or no matter if you have $1 million in your bank account, it should not shift how you feel.
