Yo, what's going on, guys? Going live, sharing some, some weekly lessons. As always around this time of the week, I like to jump on here and share some insights, realizations, breakthroughs, understandings, or just things that I've observed as I go about this journey of life. We're all on. And this week, this week was a really, really interesting, fascinating week because essentially, out here in Australia, it was Father's Day on Sunday. And throughout the week was really. I'm observing how I go about my business both internally and externally, and then how that gets reflected on the outside, meaning through the way that I show up for other people, the way that I show up for clients, and as I prioritize the internal business of taking care of emotions, taking care of thoughts, taking care of energy that's coming up inside of us. What I observe when the internal business is taken care of is that everything externally tends to flow more naturally, more effortlessly, with ease. So this week has been around, okay, taking care of the internal business, how can that be prioritized without getting sucked into the demands of the external business? And for you, that external business might be going to work. Hanging out with family, hanging out friends, doing all the things we do on an external level, it demands a lot of our attention, you know, which is energy demands a lot of our energy and our time. So two of our most precious resources, right? Time and energy. And as you, I guess, start to evolve and start to realize that this is very sacred stuff, your energy and your time. And this is something that I'm always imparting onto clients or people I'm having conversations with because I notice people are dealing with a lot of anxiety, overwhelm, doubts, fears, worries. And to me that is an indication that you're not prioritizing your time and energy correctly. Why? Because if you're anxious, your time is being spent taking care of things outside and you're not looking at what's on the inside. So when you take care of what's on the outside, all your energy is going to what's on the outside. And anxiety is just a perpetual cycle of fearful thinking about the future because your energy is always in the future. So taking care of this like this inner time, right? This inner time that you have with yourself. And it can be very quick. Like it can be a very quick little check in what's going on inside, what am I feeling? What am I holding onto? Where is my energy at? Because these little check ins throughout the day is what's gonna give the mental clarity, it's gonna give you that emotional stability to handle when things outside don't go the way we want it to go, right? And ultimately there is no, like, there's never anything wrong that's happening. And this has been another really interesting lesson I've had through some conversations I've been having with people is like, even though if something happened in the past that may have seemed so terrible and wrong, and believe me, I've been in conversations where like, I'm so devastated by what people have been through in their life in that situation, in that moment of time, yes, it was wrong what happened. But in from the perspective of your growth and evolution, nothing that happened in the past is ever wrong or bad or shouldn't have happened because ultimately it was exactly what needed to happen to Give you the lessons and understanding to support you in your growth, to get you to where you are today, which is an aware human who's ultimately awakened to the, to the spirit that's inside of them. That's. And that's a perspective that once you change that meaning, because the meaning up until that point, say, for example, you experienced abuse growing up. And the. This whole time in your life, you've got this meaning around this event that says this was a traumatic event. And it's like it's impacted me and I'm stuck in this negative energy that I'm holding on to. The minute you flip the meaning around that event as to, hey, there's just a part of me down here that was doing the best they could and they didn't receive love at a core moment in time. And once you can reprocess that event and see the purpose in it and give the love and give the, the, the validation to the part of you that needed it, all of a sudden, all these past events can just be rewired to free all the stuck energy that's been down there to, like, propel you forward in your growth. It's like, man, we're essentially, once you start engaging in, in this, in this process, you know, if you're listening to this content, you're in that process. We're essentially reflecting at our emotional body to look at where there is past pain that hasn't been fully integrated and just shining the light on it and giving ourselves what we didn't get back in the past. We're just giving that to ourselves now. So we're just rewiring the past so that our future is clear. Our future is fully aligned with where it is we're meant to go energetically. Because ultimately we don't really know where it is we're meant to be going. Spirit, God, the universe, has that taken care of. We don't have to worry about that. We just have to focus on being centered, aligned, clear and balanced. And we do that by integrating our past pain by being willing and brave enough to shine a light on it. So the most important thing I always say to people is when you start to do that work, when you start to shine the light on this stuff, it's tremendously courageous. Like, if you, if you're doing this work, it's so, it's so powerful and.
You should be acknowledged for the strength.
That it takes to do that. Because what I've acknowledged is a lot of people aren't there yet. They're not ready they're not ready to go in there and face this stuff because it's scary. They've suppressed it for long periods of time. They don't want to look at it. And a lot of people are quite willing to do really scary shit on the outside of life, you know, like, you know, climb, climb mountains, bungee jump, do scary shit, you know, like. But they're not willing to do the scary shit on the inside. So ultimately it becomes like a distraction. Like if you're just running from all the scary stuff that you don't want to face on the inside, you, you're cutting yourself off from your growth and evolution spiritually. So yeah, that was an important realization. Understanding that I've been having around the conversations around the scary shit that's down there. And what I'm noticing around patterns of people who are ready to face their scary shit is they're very clear on what the memory or the suppressed emotion, what memory it's tied to. I reflect on for me, when I started to do this work and I first started to, and I realized there were some, there were some memories from my past that had some meanings around them that I was trying to let go of. I was very clear on what those memories were. And all it took was someone to facilitate the whole space for me as I looked at some of these suppressed emotions and just to change the meaning around what happened, which is to give some space to that inner child that didn't get love and validation at a core moment in time, just to allow that energy to be released to make room for something new and fresh to come through. And that, and then when you tie this new belief that you know you are loved, you are worthy, you are good enough, you tie that new belief with that elevated emotion that comes with being able to regulate and let go of heavy emotions. When you hide that new belief, it's like you become free. You essentially rewire yourself. And it's the inner rewiring that then creates the external, the external life, the external life that we want to create. Whether it's be more abundance, more freedom, more joy, more connection, more love. We, whatever it is you're trying to attract, it starts with that inner wiring. And that inner wiring just like emanates the energy that I'm, I'm, I'm worthy, I'm ready to receive. But a lot of us are walking around with like closed off energy that says, hey, I'm still not good enough. I'm still closed because of this past pain and because the meaning my, my mind created around that past pain. I hope that makes sense. But this is like the, to me, this is it. Like this is like the deep programming or the deep inner work that really where life, life begins. Because you can't, you can get stuck trying to change external circumstance, but if you don't change the inner game, you're just, you just, you know, you're going to be on the treadmill constantly trying to fix and change things until, until you're ready to look on the inside. So this is why I love doing this work. I just, I just love it because it's, that's where the shift start when it comes to the external strategy of trying to make money or whatever it is that you're trying to do. There's, there's blueprints for that you can follow. But if you don't get the inner game right, then it's not going to be fun. You're going to be coming up against walls. The other thing I wanted to share was on Friday I had a really, a first time experience for me which was one of my close friends, Zeiden. I don't know if he's going to watch this or not, but I went around his house. He's about to have a little kid, his partner's due any day now. It was a really amazing moment on Friday because we went around, one of his friends had organized a get together of some of Zidan's closest friends where we all got together and gave some advice around what it meant to be a dad. And obviously like, I'm still Fairly young, like 20, 26, you know, haven't really thought about having a kid yet. But when you start to see one of your good friends now about to become a dad, it got me thinking, it got me reflecting and hearing some of the amazing advice that some of these dads in the room were giving got me reflecting on what does it mean to be a good father or a good parent. And to me, like, I reflected on what my parents gave me and what they didn't give me. And even though I don't have a kid yet, I still gave advice on.
What it meant to me to be a good parent.
And for me, parenting is all about leadership. You know, like for me, when you're a kid, you're looking up to your parents to show us how to lead and live a life of meaning and purpose and they emulate the traits that we aspire to become as kids. So for me, when the minute you start to take on the responsibility of that, you don't actually have to complicate being a parent. You just have to live a life that's in integrity to yourself and true to your values. Your kid is gonna. Is gonna just absorb that, is gonna absorb that so powerfully. So, you know, to do the work on yourself. We can't be good parents until we can parent ourself, going back to that inner child that's in a child that's inside of us. Like, we have to parent out in a child first before we can actually be responsible and worthy parents of other kids. So this is where this was such an amazing reflection for me, was to see, okay, my best friend is about to have a kid. There's other fathers in the room here have just had kids hearing their insights on what they've learned since having kids, and then me getting to reflect on my insights since being a parent to my inner child and doing the inner work and seeing how that reflects back. Because I can imagine when you have a kid, a lot of your time and energy is being put to this, to taking care of this kid. But if you don't take care of your inner kid, your inner child, then you're not showing up as. As the ideal parent because you're not going to be fully there. Your energy isn't going to be fully pure. And ultimately that's where the best parenting comes from, the energetic transaction between you and that little one. So it got me reflecting. When I do have a kid, if I do have a kid, number one priority will be my energy when I'm around the kid. And obviously I know until I advocate on them and understand how challenging that's going to be. But if I can maintain a vibration that is so high around this kid, I don't have to worry about whether I'm being a good parent or not, because my frequency will just, like, rub off on this child. And they're going to learn from the. From the way that we're showing up for ourselves. They're going to learn from that. So they're going to learn to show up on themselves in a similar way. So, yeah, I was excited by that. So my good friend Zion, shout out to him if he ever watches this, and wishing him all the best on the journey of life that parenthood is about to bring him. But that was such an amazing experience for me on Friday to be a part of that and to just witness that and hear so many wise words from these guys in the room, it was amazing. So, yeah, some of the lessons that I really took from that was just take care of yourself first. So easy to neglect our inner work and forget that, you know, forget that it's number one priority. So yeah, that was that on, on Saturday when did go karting went had a bit of fun. That was another great reminder for me to just like just, just have fun, enjoy life. Saturdays have been a. Saturdays and Sundays, my weekends are about that. And if you ever follow my story is like, oh like I go out, get vegan ice cream, go do some go karting, go and have a nice lunch, go and have brunch, whatever, whatever it is allows you to just enjoy life because very, it can be very easy to be if, especially if you have a business to, to be sucked into work mode all the time. And I love my work, I love what I do. But sometimes like you need to switch off from that mode and have fun doing something else. Experience life so that you can get new perspectives and new understandings and new insights and just connect, just connect with other people and connect with your environment. So for me that was just hanging out with different people doing fun things. And it was such a great reminder that that's, that's where it's at. Like you get, you get new waves of growth when you just step away from your normal, your normal regular shit. And I've noticed that like in my mind has a tendency to do that. My mind has a tendency to cling to what's normal. My same routine, my same little thing, I'll do my same walk, I'll eat the same foods. So I'm constantly challenging myself to do something different. And don't get me wrong, routine is such a powerful tool and getting shit done. But when it comes to just like getting insights or opening up something new to come in, it does require us to just like step out of the, out of the norm, do something different. And I've spoken about this in the past around just morning routines and how powerful changing them up can be. Just doing, making little shifts instead of meditating first, go to the gym or go for a little walk or try not don't have coffee one morning, try having coffee another. Just like observe how all these little shifts can, can, can impact your energy and impact the way you think and the way you feel. So that was an insight from that. Just have fun, enjoy life and the weekends. My mind time for that. But it's so important that we give ourselves space and time to just have fun and enjoy life. The other thing that's coming up for me over the next couple of weeks that I'm planning right now is I'm going to be going off grid. I've sensed that it's time to take that time away from technology. And if you guys use social media a lot, you'll know that it can be an addiction. You can always be on your phone and that is just pulling energy away from the deeper knowing the deeper intelligence is down there, the that I want to nurture. So off grid time, maybe a few days off from technology, off from society to go in and connect with the deeper intelligence that's on the inside. That once you connect with it, guidance, you know, everything you need is down there. We just need space to be with it. Okay, guys, this is it. I'm going to leave. I'm going to leave you with this.
